Worldwide Church of God Transformed from Truth to Fairy Tales

COGwriter

Art Gilmore, who for decades was the announcer for the telecast and many other audio-video projects for the old Worldwide Church of God, died on September 25, 2010 in Irvine, CA at age 98 .  Though he had a sincere-sounding voice, he never was a member of the old WCG.

J. Tkach of GCI (the group that took over the old WCG) reported today that GCI has 900 local congregations.  But congregations that no longer are supposed to keep the Fall Feast days or other biblical holy days.

Ronald Weinland of COG-PFK announced his “newest truth” during the Fall Holy Days–basically that he feels that Satan is not immortal and will die (note: this position is not unique to Ron Weinland as others have also come to this conclusion).

Roderick C. Meredith of LCG spoke at the Last Great Day in Panama City Beach yesterday.  LCG had at least 1200 attend the Feast of Tabernacles there this year.  Including me and my family 🙂
