Australia Now Has a Female Prime Minister: Prophetic Ramifications?

Julia Gillard began her job as Australia’s first female prime minister by promising to smooth relations with mining, its biggest industry.

The 48-year-old Wales-born lawyer took office today after ousting Kevin Rudd, whose slump in opinion polls threatened to make their Labor Party the nation’s first one-term government in 80 years. Why am I mentioning this?

Because this will partially fulfill a prophecy in Isaiah 3:12:

As for My people, children are their oppressors, And women rule over them. O My people! Those who lead you cause you to err, And destroy the way of your paths…

Of course, women are influential in the English-speaking nations and it was not absolutely required that Australia would have a woman prime minister. But since this has happened it is at least a partial, but significant, fulfillment of that prophecy.

Both biblical and Roman Catholic prophecies indicate the destruction of the English-speaking peoples and it would seem that a major attack by the European Beast power will occur in the next 4-12 years. And if any of those Anglo-descended nations are to have female leaders to fulfill Isaiah 3:12 (the UK had Margaret Thatcher as prime minister and the USA has Hillary Clinton is Secretary of State), they need to have them prior to this destruction as it will result in the end to their nations.

By virtue of her timing, Julia Gillard may inadvertently pursue policies that will lead to the fulfillment of various end time prophecies. Her role as Australia’s new prime minister will have prophetic ramifications.
