South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham thinks the world is falling apart. He apparently believes he has the solution to reverse that as he expressed his desire for the office of US President today:

The Republican senator from South Carolina says on “CBS This Morning” that he would officially announce whether he’ll be running for president on June 1. Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham said on Monday that he will make his presidential ambitions known on June 1 in South Carolina.
“You’re all invited to come, spend money when you do, and I will tell you what I”m going to do about running for president,” Graham said on “CBS This Morning.”
Graham all but confirmed that he will jump in the race, saying in the interview, “I’m running because of what you see on television. I’m running because I think the world is falling apart. I’ve done more right than wrong on foreign policy. It’s not the fault of others, or their lack of this or that that makes me want to run. So, while apparently planning on waiting until June 1, 2015 to make his ‘official announcement,’ Lindsey Graham plans to run to become the next President of the United States.
Here is some information about him:
Graham has been pejoratively referred to as a “moderate Republican” by Tea Party opponents.He describes himself as a “Reagan-style Republican” and has been described as a fairly conservative Republican with “a twang of moderation” and as having “an independent streak”.
Much of the criticism focuses on his willingness to be bipartisan and work with Democrats on issues like climate change, tax reform and immigration reform and his belief that judicial nominees should not be opposed solely on their philosophical positions. …
In response to the 2013 disclosures about the United States National Security Agency and its international partners’ global surveillance of foreign nationals and U.S. citizens, Graham said that he was “glad” the NSA was collecting phone records. …
Graham was a supporter of “comprehensive immigration reform” and of S. 2611, the McCain-Kennedy Immigration Reform Bill of 2006 as well as S. 1348 of 2007, the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2007. His positions on immigration, and in particular collaborating with Senator Ted Kennedy, earned Graham the ire of conservative activists. …
A leading war hawk, Graham supports an interventionist foreign policy. …
Graham has signed Grover Norquist’s Taxpayer Protection Pledge. However, in June 2012, he went on record supporting the closure of tax loopholes without compensating decreases in other tax revenue, saying “We’re so far in debt, that if you don’t give up some ideological ground, the country sinks.” …

Anyway, like others who have already announced their candidacies, Lindsey Graham is a politician who seems to believe he knows what the USA needs. Well, it needs national repentance, which is not something I expect him to meaningfully call for.
Now that being said, I agree with his statement “I think the world is falling apart.”

The world is going to fall apart, but Lindsey Graham will not stop that.
However, before it actually falls apart, certain parts of the world will greatly prosper for a time (cf. Revelation 18), but that will be a time after the USA is no more. The politicians of the USA will NOT stop the world from falling apart.
