I don&#8217;t want to deal with them anymore. They are scum &#8230; They are sick people. They are led by sick people. But they have to come back to me,&#8221; the US president went on to say.<\/p>\n<p>Trump told the reporters it was a \u201cwaste of time dealing with them,\u201d adding that there is \u201csomething wrong with them\u201d and repeating that the truce is \u201cover.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey are liars. We make a deal, they go outside, talk to the press and say we never even talked about it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, air defense sirens blared across Bahrain for the third time on Wednesday morning, following Tehran\u2019s response to the latest wave of US airstrikes on Iran.<\/p>\n<p>The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) released a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tasnimnews.ir\/en\/news\/2026\/07\/08\/3642177\/irgc-strikes-85-us-military-targets-in-bahrain-kuwait\">statement <\/a>detailing its retaliatory strikes on US military assets in Kuwait and Bahrain.<\/p>\n<p>The IRGC said it struck 85 US targets in Bahrain and Kuwait with missiles and drones, calling the attack an \u201cinitial response.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn an initial response to this aggression, the naval and aerospace forces of the IRGC, through joint missile and drone operations, destroyed 85 major US military installations in Port Salman, the US Fifth Naval Base in Bahrain, and Kuwait&#8217;s Ali Salem Airbase,\u201d the IRGC said. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecradle.co\/articles-id\/38663\">https:\/\/thecradle.co\/articles-id\/38663<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"ctl00_ctl00_cpAB_cp1_cbcContentBreak\">\n<div>\n<p>Michael Snyder posted:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2 class=\"entry-title\">\u201cThis Is Punishment\u201d \u2013 Does The Massive Wave Of U.S. Airstrikes In Iran Mean That The Next Chapter Of World War III Has Begun?<\/h2>\n<p>As I write this article, large explosions are being reported all over Iran. But when fighting has flared up in the past, a way has always been found to settle things back down. Will that be true this time, or has the next chapter of World War III started?<\/p>\n<p>According to U.S. Central Command, the goal of the latest U.S. airstrikes is to <a title=\"\u201cimpose heavy costs\u201d\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/CENTCOM\/status\/2074603238175998290\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201cimpose heavy costs\u201d<\/a> on Iran for attacking commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Snip20260707_3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-102121\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Snip20260707_3-300x113.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"358\" height=\"135\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Snip20260707_3-300x113.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Snip20260707_3-1024x386.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Snip20260707_3-768x289.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Snip20260707_3.jpg 1136w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 358px) 100vw, 358px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Needless to say, we have seen this happen before.<\/p>\n<p>When Iran has attacked commercial vessels traveling through the Strait, there has been a \u201cproportional\u201d response from the United States.<\/p>\n<p>But this time around we are being told that <a title=\"\u201cthis is punishment\u201d\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2026\/07\/07\/world\/live-news\/nato-summit-trump\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201cthis is punishment\u201d<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>According to Axios, the latest wave of U.S. airstrikes is approximately <a title=\"four to five times larger\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/FaytuksNetwork\/status\/2074621070330753119\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">four to five times larger<\/a> than the airstrikes that occurred late last month\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Back on June 27th, President Trump warned that if he was forced to finish the job in Iran, the end result would be <a title=\"\u201cthe Islamic Republic of Iran will no longer exist\u201d\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/world\/2026\/07\/07\/us-iran-strikes-strait-hormuz-ceasefire\/90840721007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201cthe Islamic Republic of Iran will no longer exist\u201d<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThere may come a point when we are no longer able to be reasonable and will be forced to militarily complete the job that we very successfully started,\u201d Trump said on Truth Social on June 27. \u201cIf that happens, the Islamic Republic of Iran will no longer exist!\u201d &#8230;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>we are literally watching World War III play out right in front of our eyes. 07\/07\/26 <a href=\"https:\/\/endoftheamericandream.com\/this-is-punishment-does-the-massive-wave-of-u-s-airstrikes-in-iran-mean-that-the-next-chapter-of-world-war-iii-has-begun\/\">https:\/\/endoftheamericandream.com\/this-is-punishment-does-the-massive-wave-of-u-s-airstrikes-in-iran-mean-that-the-next-chapter-of-world-war-iii-has-begun\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Now, the current war is not the start of WWIII.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>However, it is a factor that will lead to the fulfillment of other biblical prophecies.<\/p>\n<p>Jesus warned about wars and rumors of wars (Matthew 24:6-8). What has been going on at the NATO conference in Turkey actually has more to deal with the beginnings of WWIII than what is happening between Iran and the USA (cf. Lamentations 1:1-2); Daniel 11:39).<\/p>\n<p>The Bible speaks of damage coming to the City of David&#8211;Jerusalem&#8211;from what appears to be an Iranian-led confederation in Isaiah 22:6-9. Hence, while Iran can be greatly damaged, beyond the ways it has already been neutralized, Iran is still going to exist, irrespective of statements from Donald Trump.<\/p>\n<p>Donald Trump is admitting that he has a difficult time understanding the Iranian regime.<\/p>\n<p>Well, it has been known for at least a decade or two that the religious zealots in Iran actually hope to accomplish that as the conquering of Jerusalem&#8211;Iran even posted a video about it 15+ years ago.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style4\">In March 2011 then Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad approved a video that quotes someone as saying the Shiite Imam Mahdi leader would arrive after a time of great earthquakes and sedition.\u00a0 It showed photos of American, Jewish, and European leaders that it did not approve of.\u00a0 It states that, according to a Hadith (a saying attributed to Muhammad), Iran is to be among the \u201cpreparers\u201d for the arrival of the Imam.\u00a0 It blamed the USA and its allies for causing Islamic fear-mongering since 9\/11\/2001.\u00a0 The video indicates that Islamic writings have warned that Westerners would invade the Middle East first and its suggests that Iraq and other western military interventions are proof that the Imam Mahdi is about to appear. It claims Iran is the premier military power in the Islamic world and indicates that other Muslims should now support it. The video tells that a time of Arab cooperation is prophesied, while also claiming that annihilation of the \u201cZionist regime\u201d needs to happen prior to the arrival of the Mahdi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style4\">And the video goes further.\u00a0 It says that the Hadith tells of a leader named Abdullah, states that the then ill King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia is the first Abdullah leader in a hundred years, and then it cites something that states when Abdullah dies the reappearance is guaranteed (he died in 2015).\u00a0<strong>The video claims that their prophecies state that a Seyed Khorasani will turn Jerusalem over to the Imam Mahdi.<\/strong> It discusses prophesies that Islamic antichrists must rise up and hints that the Free Masons, with their influence on American, European, Israeli, and apparently certain Arabic, leaders, has fulfilled this.\u00a0 <strong>The video shows Hosni Mubarak along with a prophecy that the leader of Egypt must die prior to the arrival of the Imam Mahdi, Hosni Mubarak is no longer the leader of Egypt and is now dead (he died 02\/25\/20).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"style4\">The video also essentially tries to explain who is Seyed Khorasani (the claim was for the then top leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei). It also says that 72 months prior to the arrival of the Imam Mahdi that Seyed Khorasani will appoint Shoeib to assist.\u00a0 It then asks if \u201cDoctor\u201d Ahmadinejad could be the Shoeib. It shows Ahmadinejad making various speeches and discusses him taking over Jerusalem in the future\u2013and prior to the arrival of the Imam Mahdi.\u00a0 It basically ends with stating that the Imam Mahdi will rise up soon and that all should praise God with Jihad. Currently, Ahmadinejad is out-of-office and no longer would seem to be a viable candidate, though things could change with him as he is still around. Furthermore, notice the following headline about him on December 19, 2023: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iranintl.com\/en\/202312180260\">Iran Ultra-Hardliners Push To Bring Ahmadinejad Back To Politics<\/a>. On 28 February 2026, the first day of the 2026 Iran war, reports emerged that a house belonging to Ahmadinejad in Narmak, Tehran was struck and allegedly destroyed; the attack killed three members of the IRGC who were serving as his bodyguards. Although some claim he was killed, he was spotted at the Ayatollah Ali Khamenei&#8217;s funeral on July 6, 2026. Whether or not he returns to political power, Iran still wants Jerusalem.<\/p>\n<p>While Iran will NOT gain control over Jerusalem as they hope, they very well may cause great damage to come to Jerusalem.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, WWIII will involve Europe rising up against the USA and its British-descended allies.<\/p>\n<p>Some may wish to see what the old Worldwide Church of God said would begin the Great Tribulation and World War III, as taught by the late <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/herbertwarmstrong.htm\">Herbert W. Now, verse 12, \u201cBlessed is he that waiteth, and comes to the 1335 days.\u201d \u2026 We shall then be warned, and readied to be taken to a place of refuge and safety from the Great Tribulation. <strong>Forty-five days later \u201cthe beast\u2019s armies\u201d will surround Jerusalem. Thirty days later the Great Tribulation will probably start with a nuclear attack on London and Britain\u2013and possibly the same day or immediately after, on the United States and Canadian cities<\/strong>. The GREAT TRIBULATION, we shall fully then realize, is the time of \u201cJacob\u2019s Trouble,\u201d spoken of in Jeremiah 30:7. And Jacob\u2019s name was named on Joseph\u2019s sons, Ephraim and Manasseh (Gen. 48:16). At that time a third of the people in our nations will die, or shall have died, by famine and disease epidemics; another third will dies of the war\u2013our cities being destroyed (Ezek. 6:6), and the remaining third will be carried to the land of our enemies as slaves (Ezek. 5:12). Armstrong referred to \u201cthe seventeenth chapter of Revelation.\u201d In it, Mystery Babylon is mentioned along with two reorganizations in Europe\u2013one one which turns power over to the beast. The armies of the beast are prophesied to destroy the strongest military in Daniel 11:39. So, for WWIII to happen in the next decade or less, that would point to the USA itself getting destroyed\u2013and that is consistent with what Herbert W.
