There isn\u2019t going to be peace in the Middle East. In fact, the most apocalyptic chapters of the Great Middle East War are still ahead of us. If President Trump decides to bomb the living daylights out of Iran before January 3rd, 2027, there is very little that the Democrats can do to stop that from happening. After the new Congress is sworn in on January 3rd, 2027, the Democrats will have more power but President Trump will still be able to simply veto any bill that they pass. Of course it is entirely possible that President Trump could change his mind and choose not to attack Iran at all, but if that happens I guarantee you that Israel is going to go in anyway. If Iran responds to new airstrikes by the United States and\/or Israel by using unconventional weapons or by destroying the nuclear facility at Dimona, there is nobody on the entire planet that will be able to stop what happens next. &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Trump\u2019s thinking may have changed a bit.<\/p>\n<p>When asked about what is coming next, he admitted that there are no <a title=\"\u201cimmediate\u201d\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/live-news\/iran-war-news-trump-elections-oil-prices-november-4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201cimmediate\u201d<\/a> plans to bomb Iran again\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">President Donald Trump discussed the possibility of renewed military action against Iran, saying he remains open to a binding agreement preventing Tehran from obtaining nuclear weapons but warning he could \u201cfinish the job\u201d if negotiations fail. &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Some time about the middle of this month the USS Theodore Roosevelt will be in position.<\/p>\n<p>Will that be the moment when the U.S. and Israel start conducting airstrikes?<\/p>\n<p>The number one target that the U.S. and Israel would like to take out is the nuclear facility at Pickaxe Mountain.<\/p>\n<p>The problem is that it is <a title=\"hundreds of feet underground\" href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-us\/news\/other\/what-a-us-nuclear-strike-on-iran-s-pickaxe-mountain-could-look-like\/ar-AA2gKf9l?ocid=hpmsn&amp;cvid=6aeb567576ac4e4dad43d08e585ba57e&amp;ei=101\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hundreds of feet underground<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Some estimates put the heart of Pickaxe Mountain as far as 100 meters (nearly 330 feet) underground\u2014meaning even the most destructive non-nuclear U.S. bombs, such as the GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator, or \u201cbunker busters,\u201d would be hard-pressed to destroy it.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I agree with that assessment.<\/p>\n<p>I do not believe that conventional weapons would be able to get the job done.<\/p>\n<p>But using nuclear weapons would be absolutely insane.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, that is precisely what some are suggesting that we should do. &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>If there is any sort of attack on Iran at all, the Iranians are threatening to use <a title=\"\u201cnew conventional weapons technology\u201d\" href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-us\/politics\/government\/iran-threatens-trump-after-midterm-loss\/ar-AA2gLg4z?uxmode=ruby&amp;ctsrc=dgst\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201cnew conventional weapons technology\u201d<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIf America or the Zionists take any action, Iran will respond differently than before, using a new doctrine and new conventional weapons technology,\u201d said Hamidreza Moghaddamfar, an adviser to the IRGC\u2019s commander in chief.<\/p>\n<p>Should Arab states such as the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain allow their territory to be used for attacks, he added, \u201cIran\u2019s strikes will go further\u201d than the US bases. He said the assassination of Iranian officials or commanders would draw \u201csurprising responses\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Iran, Mr Moghaddamfar said, had \u201cset aside the principles of symmetry and proportionality a long time ago\u201d, and would retaliate \u201cbeyond any geographical limits\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In addition, the IRGC is warning that they now have missiles that can <a title=\"\u201ctarget areas beyond the Middle East\u201d\" href=\"https:\/\/www.iranintl.com\/en\/liveblog\/202610312594\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201ctarget areas beyond the Middle East\u201d<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>One wrong move could spark all-out war.<\/p>\n<p>Chuck Schumer <a title=\"is promising\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/live-news\/iran-war-news-trump-elections-oil-prices-november-4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">is promising<\/a> that Congress is going to end the conflict with Iran\u2026<\/p>\n<p>But there is only so much that he can do, and he knows it.<\/p>\n<p>An apocalyptic showdown is looming, and the clock is ticking. &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Netanyahu wanted to attack Iran in October, but Trump was able to persuade him to wait until after the elections.<\/p>\n<p>Now the elections are behind us, and Netanyahu appears to be quite eager to take action. &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>From this point forward, any moments of peace will just be temporary. <a href=\"https:\/\/endoftheamericandream.com\/a-lot-of-people-think-that-the-midterm-election-results-mean-that-the-war-with-iran-is-over-but-the-world-will-be-shocked-by-the-death-and-destruction-that-are-ahead\/\">https:\/\/endoftheamericandream.com\/a-lot-of-people-think-that-the-midterm-election-results-mean-that-the-war-with-iran-is-over-but-the-world-will-be-shocked-by-the-death-and-destruction-that-are-ahead\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Yes, moments of peace in the Middle East now are temporary.<\/p>\n<p>And, according to the Bible, a temporary peace deal will come to the area:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"style18\">26 And the people of the prince who is to come<br \/>\nShall destroy the city and the sanctuary.<br \/>\nThe end of it shall be with a flood,<br \/>\nAnd till the end of the war desolations are determined.<br \/>\n27 Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week;<br \/>\nBut in the middle of the week<br \/>\nHe shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering.<br \/>\nAnd on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate,<br \/>\nEven until the consummation, which is determined,<br \/>\nIs poured out on the desolate (Daniel 9:26-27).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"style18\">The \u2018one week\u2019 time element has generally been understood by prophecy watchers to mean a seven year deal (2520 days, based on prophetic 360 day years), that will be broken in the middle of it (after 3 1\/2 years). The Hebrew word translated as \u201cweek\u201d literally means \u201csevened\u201d (OT:7620 literal, sevened. Copyright \u00a9 1994, 2003, 2006 Biblesoft, Inc. and International Bible Translators, Inc.).<\/p>\n<p class=\"style18\">The \u2018with many\u2019 referred to in this passage would seem to indicate that \u2018many\u2019 nations, as opposed to one or two, are agreeing to something. Nations such as Jordan and Egypt are likely to be involved as they both have signed peace agreements with Israel in the past.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style18\">Notice that the prince is the one who later brings an end to the sacrifices and is involved with the abomination of desolation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style18\">While Daniel 9:26 calls this leader a \u201cprince,\u201d he is later is referred to as the king of a developing European empire (Daniel 11:40; see also <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/kingofthenorth.htm\">King of the North<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/europa.htm\">Europa, the Beast, and the Book of Revelation<\/a>). Daniel 9:26-27 tie directly in with Daniel 11:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"style18\"><span id=\"en-NKJV-22068\">31\u00a0And forces shall be mustered by him, and they shall defile the sanctuary fortress; then they shall take away the daily <em>sacrifices,<\/em> and place <em>there<\/em> the abomination of desolation.<\/span> (Daniel 11:31)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"style18\">The prince who confirmed the deal is the King of the North (cf. Daniel 11:40) when he musters forces, stops sacrifices, and puts in the abomination of desolation.<\/p>\n<p>That said, for Israel to agree to the prophesied peace deal, I have long felt that it would have to be sufficiently damaged first by a regional war.<\/p>\n<p>As it turns out, such damage looks to be prophesied by Isaiah:<\/p>\n<div id=\"ctl00_ctl00_cpAB_cp1_cbcContentBreak\">\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"style4\">6<strong> Elam bore the quiver With chariots of men and horsemen<\/strong>, And Kir uncovered the shield. 7 It shall come to pass that your choicest valleys Shall be full of chariots,And the horsemen shall set themselves in array at the gate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style4\">8 <strong>He removed the protection of Judah<\/strong>. You looked in that day to the armor of the House of the Forest; 9 <strong>You also saw the damage to the city of David, That it was great<\/strong>; And you gathered together the waters of the lower pool. (Isaiah 22:6-9)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"style4\">Elam seems to be a reference to at least some in Iran. The old Worldwide Church of God published the following:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"style4\">Iranians comprise nearly 70 percent of the country. Iranians, though Islamic, are totally distinct from the neighboring Arab peoples of the Middle East. They are a mixed people of the remnants of Media and Elam and other ancestors of Semitic and Hamitic stock. (Stump K. South Asia in Prophecy. Plain Truth, July\/August 1986, p. 5)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As I wrote last year:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The Book of Isaiah points to an Iranian confederation causing great damage to Jerusalem (Isaiah 22:6-9) &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Such damage may cause Israel to retaliate, and perhaps even dropping one or more nuclear bombs on Iran. We are getting towards the end of this age right now.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style18\">The \u201catrocious crime\u201d could refer to an attack (possibly nuclear) by Israel or some other Israeli action. Or perhaps a combination of factors.
