COGwriter<\/a><\/p>\n The USA has now stationed troops in Australia essentially to try to deal with China’s growing influence:<\/p>\n \u200eNew York Times – April 5, 2012<\/p>\n HONG KONG \u2014 The new deployment of U.S. marines to Australia is part of the much-discussed \u201cpivot\u201d by the United States toward the Asia-Pacific region, a series of muscular military and diplomatic initiatives intended to balance the rise of China.<\/p>\n The first group of marines arrived Wednesday in the port city of Darwin, as reported by my colleague Matt Siegel.<\/p>\n The Marines will engage in training exercises with the Australian Defense Force during their six-month rotation as part of the agreement signed in November by President Barack Obama and Prime Minister Julia Gillard of Australia. The pact is part of the president’s stated strategy of shifting the U.S. military’s long-term focus toward the Pacific and an increasingly assertive China. Beijing has accused Obama of escalating military tensions in the region.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n The Chinese are not pleased (bolding<\/strong> mine):<\/p>\n \u200eForbes- April 4, 2012…<\/p>\n Selected comments from Wang, again for emphasis, a Chinese foreign policy insider:<\/p>\n America\u2019s \u201cmeddling\u201d in the South China Sea territorial disputes by asserting freedom of navigation concerns there is particularly disturbing to Beijing.<\/p>\n In Beijing\u2019s interpretation, many of Washington\u2019s latest actions in Asia, including the decisions to deploy U.S. marines in Darwin, Australia, encourage Myanmar (Burma) to loosen domestic political control, and strengthen military ties with the Philippines, are largely directed at constraining China…<\/p>\n The Chinese military leadership views these activities as deliberately provocative.<\/strong><\/p>\n Leading Chinese observers continue to view U.S. policy toward China as aimed to \u201cWesternize\u201d and \u201cdivide\u201d the country.<\/p>\n It is now a question of how many years, rather than how many decades, before China replaces the United States as the largest economy in the world.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Many Chinese political elites suspect that it is the United States that is \u201con the wrong side of history.\u201d<\/p>\n The USA being \u201con the wrong side of history\u201d means that the leadership in China believes that the USA is a declining power that will not be able to recover.\u00a0 On that point, the Chinese are correct.<\/p>\n Relying more on a declining military power is not the answer for Australia. And even if the presence is not huge, just having US troops ‘permanently’ stationed in Australia shows more reliance by Australia on the USA’s military.<\/p>\n I have had concerns about China and Australia for some time. Here is something from my book 2012 and the Rise of the Secret Sect<\/a><\/strong><\/em> on that:<\/p>\n There is also an ancient Chinese prophecy that might<\/em> hint that areas like Australia and\/or New Zealand could end up as part of China…Perhaps it should be mentioned that the dividing of the conquered lands also seems to be foretold in the Bible in Lamentations 4:16 and Joel 3:2…<\/p>\n The ancient Chinese prophecy states, \u201cPopulation mouth takes territories south of the Yangtze river. The capital is moved again. The two divide up the territories, of which each maintains and defends.\u201d<\/p>\n This may be related to a deal that perhaps the Chinese will make in the future with Europe, as opposed to military conquest. It also may not be related to the taking of Australia or New Zealand, but perhaps might be.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n This Chinese prophecy, combined with Bible prophecy and recent developments, should be of concern to those living in Australia or New Zealand.\u00a0 Notice something I warned about on June 24, 2010 (see Australia Now Has a Female Prime Minister: Prophetic Ramifications?<\/a>):<\/p>\n Certain biblical, Chinese, and other prophecies, mentioned in the Arroyo Grande, California published book 2012 and the Rise of the Secret Sect<\/a>, discuss that how Australia itself may become taken over.\u00a0 By virtue of her timing, Julia Gillard may inadvertently pursue policies that will lead to the fulfillment of various end time prophecies.\u00a0 Her role as Australia\u2019s new prime minister will have prophetic ramifications.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Notice what I posted on November 10, 2011 (see Obama Putting \u2018Permanent\u2019 Troops in Australia Because of China, But\u2026<\/a>):<\/p>\n The presence of US troops in China may be used as part of its possible future justification for taking the land of Australia.\u00a0 The Chinese may claim something to the effect that Australia is really a military pawn\/representative of the USA\u2026The implication for Australia is more than profound\u2013the implications are disastrous.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n And within a week of posting the above, the Chinese began to confirm my concerns (see Chinese Upset Enough About USA in Australia that its Hinting About Militarily Hitting Australia<\/a>):<\/p>\n China getting upset enough about the USA troops to be stationed in Australia that it is dropping militaristic hints:<\/p>\n A Marine Base for Australia Irritates China<\/strong><\/p>\n DARWIN, Australia \u2014 Fresh from announcing an expanded American military presence in Australia, a plan that has angered China<\/a>, President Obama<\/a> came to this remote northern town that will be the base of operations\u2026<\/p>\n The Global Times, a state-run news organization known for its nationalist and bellicose commentaries, issued a stronger reaction in an editorial, saying that Australia should be cautious about allowing the United States to use bases there to \u201charm China\u201d and that it risked getting \u201ccaught in the cross-fire.\u201d\u00a0 http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2011\/11\/18\/world\/asia\/obama-addresses-troops-at-final-stop-in-australia.html<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n The Australians themselves have had various concerns about China, but while they seem to feel that allowing the USA in the country in a bigger way will protect them, I have a different view. The presence of US troops in China may be used as part of its possible future justification for taking the land of Australia. The Chinese may claim something to the effect that Australia is really a military pawn\/representative of the USA and thus, since the USA owes them money, taking over Australia will help settle that debt.<\/p>\n China is rising up and the USA is declining militarily relative to it and Europe right now. This does not bode well for the USA nor its allies like Australia. The implication for Australia is more than profound–the implications are disastrous.<\/p>\n The Bible suggests that the land of the Anglo-descended peoples will be conquered and divided (Daniel 11:39; Lamentations 4:16; Joel 3:2-3; Amos 7:17; Ezekiel 5:1-2,12; 6:8; Ezekiel 22:13-15; )<\/p>\n Without national repentance, the Australia is doomed. Period. So is the USA. Details are in the Bible and are more specifically explained in my book 2012 and the Rise of the Secret Sect<\/a>.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Many do not wish to accept that, either here in the USA, over in New Zealand, or in Australia, but it is the truth.
