COGwriter<\/a><\/p>\n A celebrity made a blasphemous statement about USA President Obama:<\/p>\n \u00a0November 26, 2012<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx recently called Barack Obama “our lord and savior.”<\/p>\n This occurred at the previously recorded Soul Train Awards broadcast on BET Sunday…http:\/\/newsbusters.org\/blogs\/noel-sheppard\/2012\/11\/26\/jamie-foxx-calls-obama-our-lord-and-savior#ixzz2DKou43ep<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Hopefully, Jamie Foxx will say that he was not really serious about that.\u00a0 Truly those at BET are aware that Barack Obama is not our “lord and savior.”\u00a0 24 of the 24 times (NKJV) the New Testament uses the term “savior” it is a direct reference to God and\/or Jesus Christ.\u00a0 While in a sense Barack Obama is a political lord, combining that word with “savior” is inappropriate, and in my view blasphemous (the Bible combines the two terms for Jesus the Christ, see for example, Luke 2:11).<\/p>\n And, of course, Barack Obama is NOT some type of messiah (the above photo was put together several years ago and was popular for a time on internet; see Obama Crowned as Messiah?)<\/a>. Nor, as some at the other extreme believe, the final Antichrist.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n But, because of his timing, background, and policies, Barack Obama is apocalyptic and will help enable the rise of the King of the North<\/a> and the King of the South<\/a>, and hence the destruction of the United States.<\/p>\n Iran, who probably has a lot of reason to fear Barack Obama, is apparently pleased that he was re-elected:<\/p>\n In his first news conference after re-election, President Obama<\/a> said there was still time for a diplomatic solution on Iran<\/a>\u2019s nuclear program and that Iran<\/a> could enjoy \u201cpeaceful nuclear power\u201d if it meets international obligations.<\/p>\n Diplomacy has failed and international sanctions, though having some effect, have not persuaded the radicals ruling Iran<\/a> to stop their illicit nuclear program. The economic screws must be tightened.<\/p>\n Iranian leaders did not hide their satisfaction in Mr. Obama\u2019s re-election and the prospect of more negotiations, which, in their view, will buy them more time to develop nuclear weapons…<\/p>\n http:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/news\/2012\/nov\/23\/iran-thrilled-over-obama-re-election\/<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n And while Mitt Romney may have been a tougher one for Iran to deal with, Iran is making a mistake if it feels that getting Barack Obama in office ultimately will be good for it. \u00a0 Believing that will be an error–the current government of Iran will change and\/or be at least partially neutralized and Barack Obama may well play a part in that.<\/p>\n Now there is another reason that Iran probably was pleased with Barack Obama]s re-election, years ago Iran posted a prophetic item that seemed to point to Barack Obama and has made other statements that he could be involved in.\u00a0 Here is some of what I included of them in my book Barack Obama, Prophecy, and the Destruction of the United States<\/a>:<\/p>\n According to a commentary by Amir Taheri\u00a0in Forbes<\/em>, there is an amazing old Shi\u2019ite prophecy that some in Iran believe seems to fit Barack Hussein Obama\u00a0personally:<\/p>\n Is Barack Obama\u00a0the \u201cpromised warrior<\/strong>\u201d coming to help the Hidden Imam<\/strong>\u00a0of Shiite Muslims conquer the world?<\/p>\n \u2026a pro-government Web site published a Hadith\u00a0(or tradition) from a Shiite text of the 17th century. The tradition comes from Bahar al-Anvar<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(meaning Oceans of Light) by Mullah Majlisi, a magnum opus in 132 volumes and the basis of modern Shiite Islam.<\/p>\n According to the tradition, Imam<\/strong>\u00a0Ali Ibn Abi-Talib<\/strong>\u00a0(the prophet\u2019s cousin and son-in-law) prophesied<\/strong> that at the End of Times<\/strong> and just before the return of the Mahdi, the Ultimate Saviour, a \u201ctall black man will assume the reins of government in the West.\u201d Commanding \u201cthe strongest army on earth,\u201d the new ruler in the West will carry \u201ca clear sign\u201d from the third imam, whose name was Hussein Ibn Ali. The tradition concludes: \u201cShiites should have no doubt that he is with us<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n In a curious coincidence Obama\u2019s first and second names\u2013Barack Hussein\u2013mean \u201cthe blessing of Hussein\u201d in Arabic\u00a0and Persian. His family name, Obama, written in the Persian alphabet, reads O Ba Ma, which means \u201che is with us,\u201d the magic formula in Majlisi\u2019s tradition.<\/p>\n Because we are near the end of times and<\/em> Barack Hussein Obama\u00a0is considered to be black and <\/em>he is now the new \u201cruler in the West\u201c and <\/em>he does lead the \u201cstrongest army on earth,\u201c it makes sense that certain Shi\u2019ite Muslims believe that he may fit that Islamic\u00a0prophecy.\u00a0 Apparently this prediction shows that some type of deal is made between the Mahdi\u00a0(Arabic\u00a0for \u201cthe guided one\u201c) and the West.<\/p>\n Is any of that specific to Barack Obama?<\/p>\n It is difficult to know for certain, other than to say that some Shi\u2019ites seem to believe their writings have alluded to Barack Hussein Obama\u00a0in prophecy…<\/p>\n Apparently in March 2011, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad approved a video that quotes someone as saying this Imam Mahdi leader arrives after a time of great earthquakes and sedition.\u00a0 It says that, according to the Hadith<\/em>, Iran is to be among the \u201cpreparers\u201d for the arrival of the Imam.\u00a0 It blames the U.S.A. and its allies for causing Islamic fear-mongering since 9\/11\/2001.\u00a0 The video indicates that Islamic writings have warned that westerners would invade the Middle East first; it suggests that Iraq and other western military interventions are proof that the Imam Mahdi is about to appear.\u00a0 It tells that a time of Arab\/Islamic cooperation is prophesied, while also claiming that annihilation of the \u201cZionist regime\u201d needs to happen prior to the arrival of the Mahdi…<\/p>\n It also essentially tries to explain who is Seyed Khorasani (the current top leader of Iran).\u00a0 It also says that 72 months prior to the arrival of the Imam Mahdi that Seyed Khorasani will appoint Shoeib to assist.\u00a0 It then asks if \u201cDoctor\u201d Ahmadinejad could be the Shoeib.\u00a0 It shows Ahmadinejad making various speeches and discusses him taking over Jerusalem in the future\u2013and prior to the arrival of the Imam Mahdi.\u00a0 It basically ends with stating that the Imam Mahdi will rise up soon and that all should praise God with Jihad.<\/p>\n In earlier speeches, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has suggested that the Imam Mahdi would rise up prior to him leaving his office, as preparing the way for him is supposedly his mission.\u00a0 (Thiel, B,\u00a0 Barack Obama, Prophecy, and the Destruction of the United States<\/a>.
