China keeps taking steps to eliminate the US dollar as the primary reserve currency in the world:<\/p>\n

New Zealand and China are in talks about making their currencies directly convertible, aiming to reduce costs as trade between the two countries is targeted to surge 33 percent in the next two years.<\/p>\n

The talks were initiated during New Zealand Prime Minister John Key\u2019s visit to China last month, his spokeswoman Lesley Hamilton said by telephone yesterday, confirming an earlier report in the Wall Street Journal. The negotiations are in an early stage and are progressing without a specific timeframe, she said…<\/p>\n

New Zealand\u2019s exports to China jumped 32 percent in the first quarter, surpassing shipments to Australia for the first time…Direct trading between the yuan and the Australian dollar began last month, making the Aussie the third currency to be directly convertible with China\u2019s, following the U.S. dollar and the Japanese yen.\u00a0 http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/2013-05-26\/n-z-china-may-allow-direct-currency-conversion-to-boost-trade.html<\/a><\/p>\n

WELLINGTON, New Zealand\u2014Seeking to help its exporters, New Zealand is negotiating with China to make their currencies directly convertible, a spokeswoman for Prime Minister John Key said…<\/p>\n

Direct convertibility between the Chinese yuan and New Zealand dollar would end the need for New Zealand’s companies and currency traders to convert New Zealand dollars or yuan into U.S. dollars when making or receiving payments.\u00a0 http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/article\/SB10001424127887323855804578506383781598470.html<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Decades ago, the world decided to do much\/most of its trade in US dollars.\u00a0 Although the old Communist block and some others did not, most of the rest of the nations decided that the US dollar was the best currency for international trade.\u00a0 China wants its renminbi yuan to replace the US dollar and has taken steps to conduct trade with Russia, Brazil, Australia, and others using its own currency.<\/p>\n

What most in the USA do not realize is that the US standard of living has been subsidized by foreign nations for decades, partially because of the widespread use of the US dollar as the primary reserve currency of the world.\u00a0 When this changes the USA will see high inflation and at least a relative drop if not a massive actual drop in its economic standard of living.\u00a0 The USA will not be able to maintain its lead in the military, and despite its strength will be taken over per Daniel 11:39, Daniel 8:25,\u00a0 and Habakkuk 2:6-8.\u00a0 But this will not be limited to the USA as New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and Canada will also be taken over.<\/p>\n

As far as China goes, it has also been accumulating gold to demonstrate that its currency has more tangible backing than currencies like the US dollar.\u00a0 However, because of internal and other matters, it will not be the power to takeover the USA–but because of China, the USA will fear it more than the power that the Bible says will end up dominating the world’s financial system (Revelation 13; see also the video Is China THE Threat to the United States of America?<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Interestingly, one foreign creditor, China, has raised concerns about the U.S. debt that are so serious,\u00a0 that its potential dumping of that debt has been called China\u2019s \u201cnuclear option\u201d (Gertz B,\u00a0 China Debt Threat.\u00a0 Washington Times, March 2, 2011) against the U.S.A.\u2014an option that involves no military intervention, but that could greatly harm the U.S.A.The Bible clearly warns against cheapening the money supply and encourages having it hold its value (Proverbs 25:4 Isaiah 1:25, Ezekiel 22:18-22).\u00a0 Barack Obama\u2019s policies, following certain other administrations, have ignored these warnings.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the time will come when the U.S.A. government will no longer be able to borrow at low interest rates and\/or it will create more money electronically and\/or via the printing press to try to continue. \u00a0Massive inflation is coming. \u00a0Make no mistake about it, the U.S.A. dollar will ultimately crash and be worthless.\u00a0 That \u201cpride\u201d of American power will be broken (cf. Leviticus 26:19)…<\/p>\n

Since the Roe vs. Wade decision in 1973, the U.S.A.\u00a0switched from being a creditor nation and instead has become the greatest debtor nation in the history of humankind\u2014perhaps this is resulting in a biblical curse?\u00a0 \u00a0Because the U.S.A. owes alien nations trillions of dollars, it appears that the curse in Deuteronomy 28:44 of having to borrow from aliens is happening now.\u00a0 President Barack Obama\u00a0has put forth economic policies that will (for at least several years) greatly increase that debt and ultimately interest rates\u2014this is something that the U.S.A. will not truly be able to afford.\u00a0 Increasing national debt will lead to destruction at the appointed time\u00a0of the end (Habakkuk\u00a02:3\u20138).\u00a0\u00a0 Others will not be able to reverse enough of the debt to stop Habakkuk 2:3-8 from being fulfilled…<\/p>\n

The credit rating for the U.S.A. will drop further (though it could temporarily improve).<\/p>\n

When the U.S. dollar is no longer the de facto <\/em>reserve currency for the world, this will hurt the U.S.A. financially.\u00a0 Increasing debt, including \u201cquantitative easing,\u201d is a form of dishonest profits that is not something that God approves of and will punish the U.S.A. for (cf. Ezekiel 22:13-16).\u00a0 Inflation will eventually hit the U.S.A. extremely hard.\u00a0 As the world becomes less attached to the American dollar, many financial jobs and opportunities will be in places other than the U.S.A.\u00a0 Eventually, and not in Barack Obama\u2019s second term, the U.S.A. dollar will become worthless. I would also add that WHEN the USA has to increase interest rates, this will lead to a downward spiral, that while it likely will have some “ups”, while result in the USA being taken over and destroyed. The Bible warns about the indebted one getting taken over by its creditors at the appointed time of the end (cf. Habakkuk 2), and the USA is currently the greatest debtor nation in the history of the world. And after interest rates rise for the USA dollar, it will be worse in the USA than almost any economist will publicly admit.<\/p>\n

The USA dollar will be replaced.\u00a0 Nations around the world are taking steps to replace it, and the USA itself continues to increase debt, which will help make the replacement of the US dollar biblically required.<\/p>\n
