CAIRO \u2014 Muslims from Arab nations, other Islamic countries and the U.S. expressed gratitude that President Obama traveled to Egypt to address the Muslim world \u2014 even though some were disappointed that his speech was short on specific solutions, particularly to the Arab-Israeli conflict.<\/div>\n

“Going to an Arab capital and speaking directly to Muslim people shows how serious he is about improving relations with the Islamic world,” said Abbas Ali, 26, a Baghdad restaurant worker…<\/p>\n

Challenging stereotypes, Obama reminded his audience of dignitaries, students and journalists of his own roots as the son of a Kenyan Muslim.
