THE COMING GLOBAL ECONOMIC COLLAPSE<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The global economy survived the crisis of 2008 by governments printing and borrowing money to prevent the collapse of the global banking system.\u00a0 While this has temporary saved the world from economic collapse at the time, nothing has been done to correct the problems that caused the crisis in the first place.\u00a0 As a consequences the world is now about to experience a far worse economic disaster than what caused the 2008 crisis.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The causes of the previous crisis were:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. 1.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Governments operating on large deficits financed with borrowed money.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. 2.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Large consumer debts financed by a highly liquid banking system.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. 3.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A shift of capital from investment in goods and services into speculative activities.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. 4.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 An insolvent banking system<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. 5.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A growing welfare budget to support an ageing population<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. 6.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Governments draining the productive sectors of the economy to support regulatory environment to support their socialistic agendas, subsidies and military adventurism.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    WHAT IS THE CURRENT SITUATION<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    As a result of governments printing money since the last crisis to purchase government debt and prop up an insolvent banking system, the world is now awash with liquidity.\u00a0 Yet this newly created money has not restored the global economy to health. Rather it created an economic time-bomb, waiting for the fuse to be lit. Many governments around the world are still suffering from:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. 1.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 High unemployment<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    2. 2.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Budget and current account deficits<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    3. 3.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Low economic growth.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    4. 4.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Growing gulf between rich and poor.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    5. 5.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Unsustainable Government debt.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    6. 6.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rising property prices<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    7. 7.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Over investment into production, causing a collapse in commodity prices.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      WHAT IS EXPECTED TO HAPPEN NEXT?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      Sadly it will take another crisis to bring about the necessary changes. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      Changes necessary will not be made unless governments are forced to give up their independence – they would rather resort to military conflict than give up their sovereignty to preserve the benefits of a privileged few in power than care for the welfare of their citizens. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      Many economies are now in deep trouble.\u00a0 China has unsustainable local government and corporate debt. \u00a0Japan\u2019s government debt threatens the survival of theirs and the world\u2019s economy. \u00a0North America Government debt is now so large that the USA is technically bankrupt. The Russian economy is in danger of unravelling. Many EU countries are in a similar position.\u00a0 The world is sitting on a political and economic powder-keg.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      Already we are seeing the growing threat in Asia, especially between China and Japan. In Europe the conflict between Russia and the EU could quickly evolve into a much large war. Meanwhile the USA and its allies continue to engage in conflict in the Middle East.\u00a0 These conflicts can only worsen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      The one nation that has opposed the print and borrow policies is Germany, but Germany cannot save the world alone. Chancellor Angelika Merkel acknowledges that the only solution of reviving the EU economy is by creating a Federal United States of Europe.\u00a0 The fear that unless Europe can form a Federal European Government, it will be unavoidable to save the EU economy from unravelling. A new Federal EU Government would take over the debts of member states, managed by single Central Bank and with the power to tax similar to the USA today.\u00a0 It is becoming clear that the UK will no longer be a part on this new EU Government.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      This new Federal Europe would be dominated by Germany, the only nation with the economic power to bring about the changes, creating a new super-power that will have the economic muscle to bring out the reforms to restore a shattered global economy.\u00a0 It will be this new Global Super-Power which will have the capacity to restore a new world order. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      CHANGES THAT NEED TO BE MADE TO SAVE A COLLAPSE<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      Governments cannot continue printing money without inflation eventually causing loss of value in the currency.\u00a0 No longer can economic growth be achieved with borrowed and printed money. Rather there needs to be drastic changes on how the global economy is managed.\u00a0 We now live in an inter-connected world where national boundaries are circumnavigated by multi-national corporations and money speculators. There needs to be a world government to oversee the management of the global economy.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      The economic and social changes that will need to be made are:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. 1.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A single global currency<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      2. 2.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 One global taxation system \u2013 a flat tax system.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      3. 3.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Removal of trade tariffs allowing global free trade.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      4. 4.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Reform of the world\u2019s banking system, directing capital into productive enterprises rather than speculation. To be monitored by the IMF.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      5. 5.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Land reform \u2013 property ownership rights protected.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      6. 6.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A common global legal system.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      7. 7.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Reform of state welfare system \u2013 reduction in the role of the State in providing welfare to what nations can afford.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      8. 8.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Management of the planet\u2019s environment to prevent a break-down of the world\u2019s eco-system.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        In my view, the only thing that can prevent a collapse of the USA dollar in the future is national repentance.\u00a0 Nothing else that will be attempted will otherwise change that.\u00a0 The climate will also not be saved without repentance.<\/p>\n

        I would add that I do not believe that there will be a one global taxation system in this age nor that a single global currency is the answer to the current economic problems.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        \n

        That being said, the USA and various other governments have been printing excess amounts of currency.\u00a0 Because these currencies are backed by nothing tangible, the excess production dilutes the value of the respective currencies and is a modern form of ‘dross’ (a coin that is worth less than it appears because it is not pure silver or gold despite its outward appearance.<\/p>\n

        4 Take away the dross from silver (Proverbs 25:4a).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

        22 Your silver has become dross, Your wine mixed with water.\u00a0 (Isaiah 1:22)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

        25 I will turn My hand against you,\u00a0 And thoroughly purge away your dross, And take away all your alloy.\u00a0 (Isaiah 1:25)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

        18 \u201cSon of man, the house of Israel has become dross to Me; they are all bronze, tin, iron, and lead, in the midst of a furnace; they have become dross from silver. 19 Therefore thus says the Lord God: \u2018Because you have all become dross, therefore behold, I will gather you into the midst of Jerusalem. 20 As men gather silver, bronze, iron, lead, and tin into the midst of a furnace, to blow fire on it, to melt it; so I will gather you in My anger and in My fury, and I will leave you there and melt you. 21 Yes, I will gather you and blow on you with the fire of My wrath, and you shall be melted in its midst. 22 As silver is melted in the midst of a furnace, so shall you be melted in its midst; then you shall know that I, the Lord, have poured out My fury on you.\u2019\u201d\u00a0 (Ezekiel 22:18-22)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

        Although the Bible warns against using dross and diluting the money supply, modern ‘experts’ have a different view.<\/p>\n

        The wrong views on economics will lead to economic problems and ultimately the total crash of the dollar of the USA.\u00a0 Economic problems in Europe may well propel the rise of the Beast power<\/a> that the Bible warns about.<\/p>\n

        Various ones have indicated that either late this year (watch Market Collapse then New World Order in 2015?<\/a>) or sometime in 2015 (watch Project Prophecy: Economic Collapse Starting in 2015?<\/a>) a major collapse will take place. A true collapse, however, will not occur until later.\u00a0 But one will come.\u00a0 Get your spiritual life in order so that you will be in a better position to face what will be coming.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
