Julia Kloeckner, the frontrunner in the CDU Rheinland-Pfalz, …\u00a0 she included Philipp zu Guttenberg in her competence team. With this person you have to ask the question, will the little Guttenberg level the way for the big Guttenberg, in order to return to the political stage. A member of the federal government said: \u201cWith one Guttenberg you always get the other Guttenberg too. The family sticks together very closely.\u201d …<\/p>\n

Karl-Theodor\u2019s glamor engulfed the whole family<\/strong><\/p>\n

The little brother looks similar to its big brother, he too has a bit of an elastic walk. And yet, both are very different. The big one is a talented rhetorician, who can draw people under his spell. The little one rather shies away from a big show. …<\/p>\n

His father Enoch zu Guttenberg is not only a famous conductor but also a well-known environmentalist and fighter against wind turbines. The father never overcame the dishonor, which was done to his son Karl-Theodor. In February 2010, Philipp zu Guttenberg was elected as president for the German Organisation of Forest Owners, when his brother was at the top of his popularity. A bit of his brilliance also has shown on the younger. After the big one\u2019s dissertation was exposed as plagiarism and he plunged, Philipp too had to feel the dishonor – which led to an even more united family<\/p>\n

It was probably not the idea of Julia Kloeckner to prepare the ground for a comeback of Karl-Theodor. But you cannot assume that the name Guttenberg didn\u2019t matter at all regarding her choice. So, some think that Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg’s younger brother Philipp is assisting someone who may soon become Prime Minister .\u00a0 This would be an interesting political connection.<\/p>\n

Some had thought that the political career of Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg was over because of his plagiarism scandal that led to his resignation as Germany’s Defense Minister in March 2011.\u00a0 Others thought he might re-emerge in politics about now.<\/p>\n

What seems to be happening is that he probably is seeing how much public acceptance his brother Philipp is getting, so he can test the waters for him.<\/p>\n

He was an upcoming star for the CSU.\u00a0 So much so, Karl-Theodore zu Guttenberg was once considered to be a likely replacement for German Chancellor Angela Merkel, until he resigned in disgrace after being accused of plagiarizing substantial parts of his doctrinal dissertation.<\/p>\n

I have been warning since that time that he would be expected to re-emerge in European politics.\u00a0 His positions and the public disgrace he has suffered seem consistent with certain prophesies related to the final King of the North<\/a> of Daniel 11 and others about the Beast of the Sea in Revelation 13<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The fact that Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg has been disgraced DOES make him a possible candidate.<\/p>\n

Notice three translations of Daniel 11:21:<\/p>\n

21 And there shall stand up in his place one despised, and the kingly honour shall not be given him: and he shall come privately, and shall obtain the kingdom by fraud. (Daniel 11:21, Douay-Rheims)<\/p>\n

21 \u201c\u2018His place will be taken by a reject, a man spurned and passed over for advancement. He\u2019ll surprise everyone, seemingly coming out of nowhere, and will seize the kingdom. As mentioned, the Baron was considered to have had a major chance to become Chancellor of Germany before the plagiarism scandal. That is why the German press just referred to him as the \u201cex-CSU Crown Prince.\u201d\u00a0 So in a real sense, Karl-Theodore zu Guttenberg was \u201ca man spurned and passed over for advancement\u201d as THE MESSAGE version of Daniel 11:21 indicates.<\/p>\n

I would add that if he ever establishes a claimed \u2018Catholic\u2019 religious order, he will have confirmed various biblical and Catholic prophecies about a leader of Europe.<\/p>\n

Since I first wrote about him in late 2009, there have been at least seven or eight speculative predictions that I posted online that Baron Guttenberg has somewhat fulfilled.<\/p>\n

The eighth has to do with the possibility of him getting a beard, which the photo at the beginning of this post now shows (he did not start to publicly appear with a beard until sometime in 2015, and I speculated that he might do that),<\/p>\n

Of course, none of this proves<\/em> that Karl-Theodor von und zu Guttenberg will have to be the King of the North, but these items may be more than an interesting coincidence. Time will tell.<\/p>\n

Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg could simply be a politician, like many others, that has problems.\u00a0 And all his intentions could be fine.\u00a0 We will see.\u00a0 But Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg does seem, to me at least, to be taking the types of steps that one who could possibly be the final King of the North would actually take.\u00a0 And his ability to gain popularity seems consistent with scripture.<\/p>\n

It is important to remember that there are more than a dozen<\/em> New Testament admonitions to watch and be alert<\/em> to the signs of the times in the last days (see Matthew 24:42-44; 25:13; Mark 13:33-37; Luke 21:34-36; Acts 20:31; 1 Thessalonians 5:6, 20).<\/p>\n

Although Karl Guttenberg may not become the Beast leader, at this time, it still seems that he is one<\/em> to watch. The fact that his younger brother is getting some attention, is consistent with having Europeans turn to Karl-Thoedor in the future (cf. Revelation 17:12-13).<\/p>\n
