The Obama Administration has decided that schools must permit ‘transgender’ people to use whatever restroom they feel they should use as Voice of America<\/em> (VOA), an official US government news source, reports:<\/p>\n

Transgender students must be allowed to use the bathrooms that match their chosen gender identity, the Obama administration is going to tell all U.S. public school districts on Friday.<\/p>\n

The letter, signed by Justice and Education department leaders, will give guidance to school leaders to ensure that no student is discriminated against.<\/p>\n

“There is no room in our schools for discrimination of any kind, including discrimination against transgender students on the basis of their sex,” Attorney General Loretta Lynch said in a statement issued late Thursday that will accompanying the directive being sent to school districts on Friday.<\/p>\n

“This guidance gives administrators, teachers, and parents the tools they need to protect transgender students from peer harassment and to identify and address unjust school policies,” Lynch said.<\/p>\n

The letter will say that public schools are obligated to treat transgender students in a way that matches their gender identity, even if their education records or identity documents indicate a different sex.<\/p>\n

The directive does not have the force of law but contains an implicit threat that schools that do not abide by the administration’s interpretation of the law could face lawsuits or a loss of federal aid.\u00a0http:\/\/www.voanews.com\/content\/us-public-schools-must-allow-transgender-students-bathroom-choice\/3328648.html<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The federal government still has no legal right to force this, so it will use financial threats and other means to try to force this absurdity. The Obama Administration does not hold to the US Constitution the way many believe it was intended.<\/p>\n

Federal and state governments have opened a new Pandora\u2019s box of dangers to the public, especially for women and girls, with the new push for \u201cgender neutral\u201d public bathrooms and locker rooms, allowing people to choose such facilities based on self-perceived gender, rather than biological sex.<\/p>\n

Consequence of such absurd ideas are predictable. This video<\/a> graphically illustrates many case examples of the dangers to vulnerable women. Just recently, a Seattle man began undressing at a public swimming pool women\u2019s locker room when a group of young girls were changing for a swim team practice. He was not arrested, as a result of Washington\u2019s new law allowing \u201ctransgender\u201d men to use women\u2019s restrooms. I use quotes around the term transgender because this man had no outward identifying statements or attire to suggest he thought of himself as a woman.<\/p>\n

Bathroom equality or \u201cgender neutral\u201d locker rooms is just the latest absurdity in the move by \u201cprogressives\u201d to \u201cprogress\u201d the United States right out of common sense and public safety. It continues the liberal expansion of \u201crights\u201d for a minority few against safety and privacy rights of the majority.<\/p>\n

To put the tyranny of the minority<\/em> in perspective here: There are approximately 700,000 transgender people in the U.S., representing about 0.3 percent of the entire population. That means the safety, privacy and common decency concerns for 99.7 percent of the American population are sacrificed on the altar of political correctness and \u201cfeel good\u201d policies for a tiny fraction of the public.<\/p>\n

Indecent exposure (males exposing genitals to women in public is the most common occurrence), sexual battery, assault, molestation, sex with minors and rape are all crimes<\/em> in almost all jurisdictions. It shouldn\u2019t take a rocket scientist to see that telling men they can suddenly decide they \u201cfeel\u201d like a woman and thereby use women\u2019s bathrooms is a slippery slope to more of all types of these sexual crimes. How does the \u201cfeeling\u201d of a gender dysphoric man take priority over the safety of your wife, daughter, girlfriend, mother, sister or friend?<\/p>\n

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons released a statement about the importance of separate facilities for men and women to protect public safety: \u201cAttempts by activist groups to force businesses or government facilities to harm, threaten demean, or offend women and girls who do not want to share facilities with biological males are to be resisted and condemned as immoral, irrational, oppressive, and contrary to public order, human rights, public health, and our founding principles.\u201d http:\/\/www.wnd.com\/2016\/04\/doc-gender-neutral-bathrooms-are-dangerous\/#CgSgUxyLYoS4HJcU.99<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Rush Limbaugh…He cited the work of Johns Hopkins psychiatrist Paul McHugh, who \u201csaid that transgenderism is a \u2018mental disorder\u2019 that merits treatment, that sex change is \u2018biologically impossible,\u2019 and that people who promote sexual reassignment surgery are collaborating with and promoting a mental disorder.\u201d<\/p>\n

He noted McHugh is author of six books and \u201cat least 125 peer-reviewed medical articles.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201c[McHugh] also reported on a new study showing that the suicide rate among transgendered people who had reassignment surgery is 20 times higher than the suicide rate among non-transgender people. Dr. McHugh further noted studies from Vanderbilt University and London\u2019s Portman Clinic of children who had expressed transgender feelings but for whom, over time, 70 percent to 80 percent spontaneously lost those feelings,\u201d Limbaugh said.<\/p>\n

\u201cA-ha. We may be on to something here. Dr. McHugh and his boys have studied all this, and young kids, 70 to 80 percent of them, eventually grow out of this confusion. DALLAS -\u2013 Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick said he would look for ways to reimburse Texas school systems if they lose federal funds over transgender restroom policies.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think the people of Texas would join with the legislature to try to find a way around it\u2026 to try to find money somewhere,\u201d Patrick told WFAA late Thursday night. \u201cI don\u2019t want their money. This is dirty money from the federal government. It\u2019s really our tax money they\u2019re sending back. We send it up clean to Washington, and he sends it back dirty. He says \u2018I\u2019m not going to give you your money, unless you do what I tell you to do.\u2019\u201d …<\/p>\n

The Obama administration\u2019s order appears to be a direct response to what happened in Fort Worth on Tuesday, when the local trustees heard public input on its restroom policy for transgender students.<\/p>\n

The Fort Worth policy lets transgender students use a single-stall restroom or a restroom when no other students are present, according to the Star-Telegram.<\/p>\n

Mike Huckabee, former governor of Arkansas and presidential candidate, took to Twitter<\/a> Friday morning to express outrage at President Obama\u2019s all-court press for transgender rights \u2013 specifically, to allow males to use females\u2019 restrooms \u2013 and saying the directive issued by his Justice Department demanding schools turn a blind eye to biology and sex is a revealing insight into the president\u2019s personality.<\/div>\n

\u201cIt tells you a lot about a man and his priorities when he spends more time pushing transgender bathrooms \u2026\u201d Huckabee wrote, in one tweet.<\/p>\n

And that was seconds later, followed by another: \u201c\u2026 than he does on improving high school graduation rates or decreasing Black on Black violence.\u201d …<\/p>\n

Sen.\u00a0\u00a0John Cornyn from Texas said \u201cwhat the president needs to do is focus on his job and his job is not to intervene in state and local affairs under our constitutional scheme\u201d and clarified \u201cthis ought to be a choice made by local officials at the local level held accountable by their own voters.\u201d<\/p>\n

Texas schools receive about $10 billion over a two-year period from the federal government. But Patrick said most of that goes toward the free lunch and breakfast program for lower-income families with students.<\/div>\n

\u201cSo Barack Obama, if schools don\u2019t knuckle down to force girls showering with boys and force 8-year-old girls to have to endure boys coming into their bathroom, he\u2019s taking money from the poorest of the poor. The president of the United States will be ending the free breakfast and free lunch program. That\u2019s what he\u2019s saying.\u201d<\/p>\n

Patrick said he\u2019s received a \u201cstanding ovation\u201d from \u201ca number of caucuses\u201d for taking on Obama\u2019s transgender push.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will not sell out our children to the federal government,\u201d he said. \u201cAnd the people of Texas and the legislature will find a way to find as much of that money as we can if we are forced to. There is no compromise on this issue. In a sign of what defiant states may face, the Justice Department this week asked a U.S. district court in North Carolina to declare the state in violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and order it to stop enforcing the ban.\u00a0http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-usa-lgbt-idUSKCN0Y403J<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Basically, the 1964 Civil Rights Act point in question says one cannot discriminate on the basis of sex. The federal government wants the definition of sex to be changed from biological sex, to whatever sex the individual wants to claim to be.\u00a0 This was also how NPR (National Public Radio) said the legal issue hinges on when I heard it discussed today.<\/p>\n

The transgender agenda is evil. Many, if not all, transgender people ‘cross-dress.’ \u201cCross-dressing\u201d is condemned as an abomination in the Bible:<\/p>\n

5 A woman shall not wear anything that pertains to a man, nor shall a man put on a woman\u2019s garment, for all who do so are an abomination to the Lord your God. (Deuteronomy 22:5)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Bible clearly condemns cross-dressing. It does not consider it to be harmless like school board member Falk claimed.<\/p>\n

Cross-dressing is not something that children (or adults) should be doing. Nor should having unmarried people of different genders undressing and toileting be forced by a government.<\/p>\n

Sadly, in states like Mississippi and North Carolina, who have made some legislative attempts to minimize the threats, they are being subject to various forms of economic boycott:<\/p>\n

The rock star joined politicians, municipalities and businesses that had withdrawn cultural events, projects and official travel to North Carolina, dealing symbolic and economic blows to the state because of the new law, which bars transgender people from using public bathrooms that do not match the sex on their birth certificates. …<\/p>\n

‘Being a bully’<\/strong><\/p>\n

Earlier Monday, North Carolina sued the federal government to keep the law in place.<\/p>\n

McCrory said Washington is “being a bully… trying to define gender identity, and there is no clear identification or definition of gender identity.”<\/p>\n

McCrory and other supporters of the measure defend it as necessary to protect privacy in public bathrooms and guard against men using women’s restrooms to spy and prey on women.<\/p>\n

Lynch said the state invented a problem that does not exist as an excuse to discriminate and harass people.<\/p>\n

In addition to possibly losing federal funds, North Carolina could also lose hundreds of millions of dollars in tax revenue from businesses that are canceling plans to open offices in the state.<\/p>\n

Survey results<\/strong><\/p>\n

A recent Reuters\/Ipsos poll found that Americans are divided over which public restrooms should be used by transgender people.<\/p>\n

The poll, released late last month, showed 44 percent saying people should use them according to their biological sex and 39 percent saying they should be used according to the gender with which they identify.<\/p>\n

Age was a major factor in the issue, the survey found.<\/p>\n

Americans aged 18 to 29 favored letting transgender people use the restroom of their identity by a 2-to-1 ratio. Among Americans aged 60 or older, the ratio was 2-to-1 in reverse with people saying restroom use should be mandated by the gender on one’s birth certificate.\u00a0http:\/\/www.wnd.com\/2016\/04\/doc-gender-neutral-bathrooms-are-dangerous\/#CgSgUxyLYoS4HJcU.99<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Bible warns against not only sexual immorality, but approving it:<\/p>\n

The USA is not benefiting from pornography or the LGBT agenda. This will not end well for the USA and its Anglo-Saxon descended allies (cf. Daniel 11:39) nor the rest of the West (cf. Daniel 11:44-45).<\/p>\n

So, what should parents do?<\/p>\n

Parents should teach their children the word of God and press the importance of biblical morality.\u00a0 Notice the following:<\/p>\n

6 Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Consider that God made humans male and female:<\/p>\n

27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. (Genesis 1:27)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Nowhere in the Bible is any human considered to be any sex\/gendere other than male and female. And those who act otherwise are warned against (Deuteronomy 22:5; 1 Corinthians 6:10-12; Romans 1:18-32). One is not a different gender than their actual genitalia.<\/p>\n

But now the USA has its own, antibiblical ideas. Yet:<\/p>\n

33 God is not the author of confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The transgender agenda encourages and exploits confusion. It is NOT good for those who consider themselves transgendered.<\/p>\n

Parents should also warn their children of the consequences of the immoral agenda that is being foisted off in the USA and other parts of the world. Sexual immorality will be a factor in bringing about the Great Tribulation and Day of the Lord<\/a>.<\/p>\n
