The Vatican wants a system of global economic control:<\/p>\n

In an 18-page document issued through the Vatican\u2019s Office of Justice and Peace, … has called for, among other repressive and wealth-destructive measures, the establishment of a \u201csupranational [monetary] authority\u201d to oversee international monetary affairs:<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In fact, one can see an emerging requirement for a body that will carry out the functions of a kind of \u2018central world bank\u2019 that regulates the flow and system of monetary exchanges similar to the national central banks.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The paper, \u201cTowards Reforming the International Financial and Monetary Systems in the Context of a Global Public Authority,\u201d <\/strong><\/em>contends that a world central bank is needed because institutions such as the IMF have failed to \u201cstabilize world finance\u201d and have not effectively regulated \u201cthe amount of credit risk taken on by the system.\u201d …<\/p>\n

{The Vatican report} acknowledges that if a central monetary authority is established it will mean a loss of sovereignty and independence among nations, but such \u201ccosts\u201d are well worth the overall societal and economic gains<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Of course, this transformation will be made at the cost of a gradual, balanced transfer of a part of each nation\u2019s powers to a world authority and to regional authorities, but this is necessary at a time when the dynamism of human society and the economy and the progress of technology are transcending borders, which are in fact already very eroded in a globalized world.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The ongoing and deepening financial crisis … is not because there has been no global central bank to regulate more effectively the money and credit flow of the various nation states, but the crisis is because<\/em> of the machinations of central banking.\u00a0 Central banking, through the fraudulent practice of fractional-reserve banking, has been the culprit in almost every financial calamity that has beset the Western world since the institution was first created.\u00a0http:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/news\/2017-01-09\/pope-francis-now-international-monetary-guru<\/a><\/p>\n

A major document from the Vatican\u2019s Justice and Peace department\u00a0condemned what it called \u201cthe idolatry of the market<\/em>\u201d as well as a \u201cneo-liberal thinking<\/em>\u201d that it said looked exclusively at technical solutions to economic problems.<\/p>\n

The 18-page document, \u201cTowards Reforming the International Financial and Monetary Systems in the Context of a Global Public Authority,\u201d was at times very specific, calling, for example, for taxation measures on financial transactions. …<\/p>\n

Such an authority should start with the United Nations as its reference point but later become independent and be endowed with the power to see to it that developed countries were not allowed to wield \u201cexcessive power over the weaker countries<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Effective Structures<\/strong><\/p>\n

In a section explaining why the Vatican felt the reform of the global economy was necessary, the document said:<\/p>\n

\u201cIn economic and financial matters, the most significant difficulties come from the lack of an effective set of structures that can guarantee, in addition to a system of governance, a system of government for the economy and international finance.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

It said the International Monetary Fund (IMF) no longer had the power or ability to stabilize world finance by regulating overall money supply and it was no longer able to watch \u201cover the amount of credit risk taken on by the system<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

The world needed a \u201cminimum shared body of rules to manage the global financial market\u201d and \u201csome form of global monetary management.<\/em>\u201d\u00a0(Dmitry B. So, the Vatican has wanted apparatus for global control of finances for some time.<\/p>\n

Consider that Bible prophecy teaches the following:<\/p>\n

The “He” in Revelation 13:15 is the “two-horned beast” also known as the final Antichrist. This individual, according to various writers including certain Roman Catholic ones, will be an antipope (one claiming to be pope, but in that case, not truly believing a lot of Roman Catholic doctrine).<\/p>\n

The final Antichrist will support financial controls. While ‘666’ will be the “Beast of the Sea” (Revelation 13:1-10) who will be a European political leader, not a Roman pontiff.<\/p>\n

We are seeing a move towards ‘cashlessness’ and more financial controls happening around the world.<\/p>\n

The Vatican has been advocating the idea of global control of finances.<\/p>\n

The final time of 666 is drawing nearer.<\/p>\n
