Adolf Hitler saw Germans as the master race that he wanted to see ethnically ‘pure.’ Yet now, Germany is seeing a change in its demographic makeup:<\/p>\n

Germany sees record number of people with immigrant background<\/h2>\n

A total of around\u00a018.6 million\u00a0people with foreign roots live\u00a0in Germany, according to latest figures released Tuesday by the\u00a0Federal Statistics Office (Destatis). It is the\u00a0fifth year running that numbers have represented a new record<\/a>. More than one in five people (22.5 percent) are reported to have a “migrant background” – the biggest single rise in numbers since 2005.<\/p>\n

Officials at Destatis said that the significant increase was due to the influx of migrants coming to Germany<\/a>\u00a0in 2015 and 2016. The vast majority of those recorded as having a foreign background came from Turkey and other European countries.<\/p>\n

However, the fastest-growing groups were from\u00a0Africa and the Middle East. Germany has seen\u00a0a 50 percent rise in arrivals from the two regions since 2011. Around 740,000 people living in Germany have African roots, with 2.3 million orginating from the Middle East. http:\/\/www.dw.com\/en\/germany-sees-record-number-of-people-with-immigrant-background\/a-39917868<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Many of the immigrants from Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa are Islamic.<\/p>\n

Is Germany destined to be a multicultural melting pot or will it change?<\/p>\n

Prophetically, we know that it will change (cf. Revelation 17:12-13, Isaiah 10:5-12; Daniel 11:39-43).<\/p>\n

As far as Germans go, the late evangelist Dr. Herman Hoeh wrote the following as part of the old Radio Church of God:<\/p>\n

Germany has contributed more military leaders than any other nation in history. Its governments have, in the past, claimed the right to rule the “Christian world.” The German State, from its beginning, has nearly always been a confederation of states \u2014 often an empire of German ruling over non-German. It is the German people who, more than once, have believed themselves to be the “Herrenvolk” \u2014 the Master Race.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

German leaders once again \u2014 just as in centuries past \u2014 openly are attempting to unite all Europe in a United States of Europe \u2014 and, through Europe, to reshape the world in order to fasten German leadership and culture on all nations and peoples. German philosophers still regard this as a special calling from heaven itself. … <\/span><\/p>\n

Ninus (his Bible name was Nimrod), according to Genesis 10, led the ancient Assyrians from Babylon and supervised their building of Nineveh, the capital of ancient Assyria. (In 1957 Dr. C. Paul Meredith and I viewed in Iraq, the ancient Mesopotamia, the very cities originally settled with the Assyrians by Nimrod.) From there the Assyrians began their conquest of the ancient world. They, too, called themselves “the Master Race.” But why do the German records speak of the son of an ASSYRIAN King as the builder of their first city? What connection have the German tribes WITH THE ASSYRIANS of history?

Jerome, who lived at the time when the Indo-Germanic tribes were invading Europe, gives the answer: “For ‘Assur (the Assyrian) also is joined with them'”! (Letter 123, \u00a7 16, quoted from Psalm 83:8; from “Nicene and Post-Nicene Fathers”.)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Did the Assyrians Invade Europe?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes! Jerome said so! But how did he know?
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

He saw them! He was an EYEWITNESS to their migrations from Mesopotamia and the shores of the Black and Caspian seas!
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Only 300 years before Jerome, the Roman naturalist Pliny the Elder declared the “Assyriani” \u2014 the Assyrians \u2014 were dwelling north of the Black Sea (“Natural History”, IV, \u00a7 12, page 183). But the Assyrians did not remain there! They are not there today! Of course not \u2014 they migrated into Central Europe \u2014 where the Germans live today! <\/span>(Hoeh H. It’s in Your Bible<\/strong><\/p>\n

Let us turn back the pages of history nearly 4000 years. The time is in the days of Abraham. The event is recorded in Genesis 14. It is the story of an invasion, by four kings of Mesopotamia and Asia Minor, of the land of Palestine. Josephus, the famous Jewish historian, describes this event in these words: “At that time, when the Assyrians had the dominion over Asia… the Assyrians made war upon them” \u2014 the Canaanites \u2014 “and dividing their army into four parts, fought against them. Now every part of the army had its own commander… then the army of the Assyrians came upon them, under their commanders, Amrephel, Arioch, Chodorlaomer, and Tidal.” (“Antiquities of the Jews”, I, ix, \u00a7 1.)
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

These men were ASSYRIAN generals, commanding an ASSYRIAN army divided into four parts. Notice that the Assyrians are making war, conquering and plundering other people. But did you notice the NAMES of these Assyrians? Not a single name is Hebrew. All are of foreign derivation.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

The name of one of these four Assyrian commanders was Tidal. It is an INDO-GERMANIC name. It is not Semitic. Here we have evidence that even before the days of Abraham the Assyrians were speaking more than one language \u2014 and one of the languages was an INDO-GERMANIC tongue! More on this later. But now, back to King Tidal.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

The name Tidal was a common throne name among the ancient Hatti or Chatti kings of Anatolia, or Asia Minor. Since Tidal was ALSO an Assyrian king or commander, that would make the Hatti or Chatti AN ASSYRIAN TRIBE! The Chatti were the ruling tribe in Anatolia (Asia Minor). They forded it over several other nations. Notice that in Genesis 14:1<\/a> Tidal, the Hattian king, is called “king of nations.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The Hatti Were Hessian Germans!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now what does the word “Hatti” or “Chatti” mean in the Hebrew language? Its closest derivation is the root “chathath” (Strongs – 2865). It means “to terrorize, or break down, as in war, hence a warrior or MAN OF WAR.” The Chatti were therefore Men of War or Germans. The name Chatti is but the Hebrew form of the word GERMAN, THE VERY WORD which the Romans applied to the Assyrians. <\/span><\/p>\n

That means that the ancient Chatti were Assyrian \u2014 or German \u2014 migrants who early settled in Asia Minor. Did these Chatti or Hatti later also migrate into Western Europe, where the Germans are today?
\nIndeed! The Chatti were the chief people who settled in modern Germany. Their descendants are the HESSIANS today! In fact, the Old High German spelling of Hesse was Hatti! \u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

The land of Hatti was the WESTERN part of the Assyrian Empire. The ancient Assyrian Empire was divided just as the modern Germans are divided between East and West Germany and Austria. THE ANCIENT KINGS OF ASSYRIA called themselves Khatti-sars \u2014 meaning the “Kaisers of Hatti,” or “Kings of Hatti.” The chief people of Hatti regarded themselves AS ASSYRIANS. …

The Assyrian Hatti claimed to be “the Master Race.” So have the modern Germans! The Hatti lorded it over other peoples who lived in Asia Minor. They were the inventors of the DOUBLE-HEADED EAGLE which has always been A SYMBOL OF THE GERMAN EMPIRE! Professor A. H. Sayce states it was left to these people “to invent a double-headed eagle” (page 116 of “The Hittites”). (Hoeh H. Germany in Prophecy! – Part 2<\/span>. So, Dr. Hoeh reported that various German ancestors considered themselves to be the master race.<\/p>\n

Adolf Hitler did not want the ‘master race’ ‘contaminated’ by mixing with peoples of other ethnic backgrounds–many in Germany still hold to that view today.<\/p>\n

For a little more on German history, notice the following published by the old Worldwide Church of God:<\/p>\n

The Third Reich<\/strong><\/p>\n

On January 30, 1933, Hitler is asked to form a government. After years of careful planning, he has at last become Chancellor.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

The Weimar Republic is finished. A modern-day interregnum \u2014 a “time without an emperor” \u2014 it has lasted but 14 years.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

The Third Reich has begun.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Hitler’s emergence as Chancellor is hailed enthusiastically by the Italian press. Mussolini naively views Hitler as his Fascist prot\u00e9g\u00e9, someone he can control and utilize for his own purposes.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Hitler asks the Reichstag to pass an enabling bill, giving his government full dictatorial powers for four years. The parliament passes the sweeping legislation, and the Nazis assume complete control of Germany.
\nIn 1934, the offices of Chancellor and President are merged. Hitler assumes the title of Fuehrer und Reichskanzler.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

In short order, the German dictator reinvigorates a demoralized country. He strengthens the shattered economy, reduces unemployment and raises the standard of living.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

But Hitler’s aims far transcend his own country’s borders. He is convinced he has a great mission to perform. He feels destined to become ruler of a great Germanic Empire. He holds an unshakable conviction that the Reich will one day rule all of Europe \u2014 and from there will seize the leadership of the world! A new order will emerge in the world, with the German “master race” at its head!
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Hitler compares himself with Charlemagne, Frederick the Great and Napoleon. From his mountain fortress in Obersalzberg, overlooking Berchtesgaden, the Fuehrer has a panoramic view of the Untersberg. It is in this mountain, as legend has it, that Charlemagne still sleeps, and will one day arise to restore the past glory of the German Empire. “You see the Untersberg over there,” Hitler tells visitors in a mystical tone. “It is no accident that I have my residence opposite it.”
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Concordat with Vatican<\/strong><\/p>\n

Like Mussolini, Hitler \u2014 a Catholic by birth \u2014 sees a need to come to terms with the Vatican.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

On July 20, 1933, the Vatican signs a concordat with the Nazi regime, protecting the rights of the Church under the Third Reich. Pope Pius XI hopes that Hitler will discourage the extreme anti-Christian radicalism of National Socialism. For Hitler, the concordat gives his new government an outward semblance of legitimacy.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

But relations between Berlin and the Vatican are strained. Pope Pius has no illusions about Naziism. He authors several protests against Nazi practices. (Stump K. THE HISTORY OF EUROPE & THE CHURCH Part Nine THE THIRD REICH.<\/span> Plain Truth, May 1984)
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Ironically, there was nothing really all that revolutionary in the racial, nationalistic gospel that Hitler preached. It had its roots embedded deeply in Germanic history. Hitler was in effect simply rekindling the fires of ancient Teutonic and Germanic yearnings that had been smoldering for centuries.Like the orthodox Russians, the ancient Germans felt themselves to be the chief defenders of the Christian faith, champions of the realm and the master race of \u00b7medieval Europe. <\/span><\/p>\n

During the heydays of the Holy Roman Empire they wielded the sword while the Papacy tended to matters of the spirit \u2013 more or less. As the Empire deteriorated in the south, the Germans in the north had to take up the slack. Naturally, they took pride in being the last bastion of Imperial virtue in the Empire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout the middle ages this Teutonic ideal was nourished in many a German breast. Its chauvinistic flavor is well reflected in a sampling of oratory given to the Emperor in the early 1500s: “Our race, on the contrary, was judged worthy of the imperium because of its innate virtue and because of the
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Even after the Reformation and the rise of modern secular states in the West, many Germans still clung to this imperial concept. Germany will NOT keep tolerating Islam and Islamic immigrants. Change will come.<\/p>\n

Notice the following related to Islam and Angela Merkel from nearly seven years ago:<\/p>\n

BERLIN\u2014German Chancellor Angela Merkel joined her country\u2019s increasingly acrimonious debate about immigration over the weekend, declaring that multiculturalism in Germany had been a \u201ctotal failure.\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n

Ms. Merkel\u2019s party has railed against multiculturalism for years, arguing for the primacy of German Leitkultur<\/em>, a term that evokes the country\u2019s Judeo-Christian traditions, as well as the principles of the age of the enlightenment.<\/p>\n

Yet the timing of Ms. Merkel\u2019s comments, which come in the midst of a public debate over what Germany can do to better integrate immigrants, many of whom are Muslim, has drawn attention. Polls indicate that a growing number of Germans believe that too many of the country\u2019s foreigners live in what are often referred to as \u201cparallel communities\u201d with little or no connection with German culture\u2026<\/p>\n

Though immigration has been a hot political topic in Germany for years, the latest debate began in August after the publication of a book by Bundesbank official Thilo Sarrazin in which he warned against the growing Islamization of Germany\u2026<\/p>\n

Last week, Horst Seehofer, the leader of the Christian Democrats Bavarian sister party, said Germany should consider cutting off immigration from Turkey and Arab countries altogether, an idea Ms. Merkel has opposed.<\/p>\n

The balancing act Ms. Merkel is trying to pull off by trying to appeal to both conservative and mainstream voters was apparent in her weekend speech. Even as she attacked multiculturalism, Ms. Merkel endorsed a recent speech Germany\u2019s president in which he said that Islam is \u201ca part of Germany.\u201d http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/article\/SB10001424052702304250404575558583224907168.html?mod=googlenews_wsj<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The German plan, that Angela Merkel later stated, is to eventually send many of the Muslims back. Adolf Hitler pushed for ethnic ‘purity’ and his echos are still in Germany. Germany will be a leader in pushing out Islam (watch also European Unity to be like Hitler?<\/a>). Muslims will not like this, yet the reality is that more and more in Germany want to do something NOW about the Islamic situation.<\/p>\n

Germany itself, along with the rest of Europe, will change. The Bible shows that Europe will reorganize and a strong leader will emerge:<\/p>\n

12 \u201cThe ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. 13 These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast<\/strong>. (Revelation 17:12-13, NKJV)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The final European Beast leader, who is also known as the final King of the North<\/a>, will ultimately promote his religion (Daniel 11:36-38; which will not be Islam, he will at first feign and claim a form of Roman Catholicism). He will make a deceptive deal with the leader of a confederation of peoples in North Africa and the Middle East (cf. Daniel 11:27; Psalm 83:3-8) and then destroy the USA and its Anglo-Saxon allies (Daniel 11:39; see also USA in Prophecy: The Strongest Fortresses<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Yet, Islamic issues will be a factor in the rise of this Beast leader–the Bible shows that a European Beast<\/a> leader will, after destroying the USA (Daniel 11:39), push against and overwhelm a power from the Middle East and North Africa (Daniel 11:40-43).<\/p>\n

It should be noted that this Beast leader is NOT Russian (see also Is Russia the King of the North?<\/a>). Despite claims from Protestant<\/a> Joel Richardson, this Beast leader is NOT Islamic (see also Is There an Islamic Antichrist?<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Notice a Catholic prophecy:<\/p>\n

What kind of a dance?<\/p>\n

A warring one.<\/p>\n

Catholic writings tell of a time when a European ruler will push Islam out of Europe:<\/p>\n

St. Francis de Paul<\/em> (1470):\u2026From your lordship shall be born the great leader of the holy militia\u2026the Great Monarch\u2026He shall be a great captain and prince of holy men, who shall be called \u2018the holy Cross-bearers of Jesus Christ,\u2019 with whom he will destroy the Mahometan sect and the rest of the infidels\u2026He shall be the great founder of a new religious order different from all the others<\/strong>\u2026This shall be the last religious order in the Church and shall do more good for our holy religion than all other religious institutes. By force of arms he shall take possession of a great kingdom. He shall destroy the sect of Mahomet\u2026There will be one fold, one shepherd. He shall reign until the end of time. On the whole earth there will be twelve kings, one emperor and one pope. (Culleton, p. 157-161).<\/p>\n

Venerable Bartholomew Holzhauser <\/em>(died 1658):\u2026\u201dWhen everything has been ruined by war; when Catholics are hard pressed by traitorous co-religionists and heretics; when the Church and her servants are denied their rights, the monarchies have been abolished and their rulers murdered\u2026There will rise a valiant monarch anointed \u2026 \u201cHe will root out false doctrines and destroy the rule of the Moslemism. Jean Paul Richter<\/em> (d. 1809): Through a terrible purgatory Europe will return to the faith (Culleton, p. 182).<\/p>\n

Brother Louis Rocco<\/em> (19th century): All over Europe there will rage terrible civil wars\u2026The German sections of Austria will join Germany, so will also the commercial cities of Belgium and Switzerland. A Catholic descendant of a German imperial house will rule a united Germany with peace, prosperity and great power, for God will be with this sovereign (the Great Monarch?)\u2026A Great Monarch will arise after a period of terrible wars and persecutions in Europe. He will be a Catholic; he will not be a German (Culleton, p. 195).<\/p>\n

Blessed Joannes Amadeus de Sylva<\/em> (died 1482): Germany and Spain will unite under a great prince\u2026After much slaughtering, the other nations will be forced to come into this union. There is no hope for the unbelievers until all of Germany is converted; then all will happen quickly\u2026the time will be prolonged until all countries unite under the Great Ruler. After this union, mass conversions will take place\u2026 (Connor, Prophecy for Today, p. 34).<\/p>\n

Catholic Priest and saint John Bosco<\/em> (19th century): War will come from the south, peace from the north. \u2026 But behold, a great warrior from the north appears, a banner in his right hand, his arm bearing this inscription: \u2018Irresistible is the hand of the Lord.\u2019 At that moment the Venerable Old Man of Rome went forward to meet him, wielding a flaming torch. The banner then grew larger and its blackness became white as snow; in its center stood out the name of the Almighty in golden letter. The warrior and his followers bowed profoundly to the Venerable Old Man and joined hands with him. (THE THREE PROPHECIES OF ST. Pseudo-Methodius<\/em> (7th century): This new Muslim invasion will be a punishment without limit and mercy\u2026In France, people of Christians will fight and kill them\u2026At that same time the Muslims will be killed and they will know the tribulation\u2026The Lord will give them to the powers of the Christians whose empire will be elevated above all empires\u2026The Roman King (Great Monarch) will show a great indignation against those who will have denied Christ in Egypt or in Arabia (Araujo, Fabio R. Selected Prophecies and Prophets. BookSurge LLC, Charlestown (SC), 2007, p. 103).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The \u2018Great Monarch\u2019 that is spoken of above is quite similar to the final King of the North<\/a> that the Bible warns against. Both Catholic and biblical prophecy teach that this leader will be a European, probably at least partially of German heritage and he will fight those of the Arab\/Muslim lands. As the 21st century proceeds, do not be surprised that Islam will be pushed out of Europe to a major degree (Daniel 11:36-38; Revelation 13:4,8,11-17).<\/p>\n

Notice both a Catholic and a biblical prophecy:<\/p>\n

Rudolph Gekner<\/em> (died 1675). \u201cA great prince of the North with a most powerful army will traverse all Europe, uproot all republics, and exterminate all rebels. His sword moved by Divine power will most valiantly defend the Church of Jesus Christ. He will combat on behalf of the true orthodox faith, and shall subdue to his dominion the Mahometan Empire.\u201d (Cited in Connor, Edward. Prophecy for Today. Imprimatur + A.J. Willinger, Bishop of Monterey-Fresno; Reprint: Tan Books and Publishers, Rockford (IL), 1984, p.36).<\/p>\n

40 \u201cAt the time of the end the king of the South shall attack him; and the king of the North shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter the countries, overwhelm them, and pass through. 41 He shall also enter the Glorious Land, and many countries shall be overthrown; but these shall escape from his hand: Edom, Moab, and the prominent people of Ammon. 42 He shall stretch out his hand against the countries, and the land of Egypt shall not escape. 43 He shall have power over the treasures of gold and silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt; also the Libyans and Ethiopians shall follow at his heels. (Daniel 11:40-43)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Notice that the \u2018great prince of the North\u2019 is expected to subdue an Islamic Empire. Notice that the Bible teaches that the \u2018king of the North<\/a>\u2018 will go into the Middle East and North Africa and eliminate the leader called the \u2018king of the South<\/a>.\u2019 The lands of the \u2018king of the South\u2019 are currently Islamic. Perhaps it should be mentioned that Syria is expected to support the confederation of the king of the South (see also Ezekiel 30:2-8), though the time will come that its capital will be destroyed (Isaiah 17:1).<\/p>\n

Germany and other European nations will decide that they must take steps against the growing number of Islamic immigrants (see also War is Coming Between Europeans and Arabs<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The destruction of a coming Islamic confederation (see The Prophesied \u2018Islamic\u2019 Confederation<\/a> ) will be part of the result of what is happening in the Middle East and in the West.<\/p>\n

Although we need to rely on the Bible, and not \u2018private Catholic prophecies,\u2019 notice the way some of them mirror the Bible. This should give us pause to consider that some who claim Catholicism will point to them as part of their justification for actions they may take in the future.<\/p>\n

As I have been saying for a long time, it may well be that migrant issues will be one of the triggers to get Europe to ultimately reorganize as the Bible teaches it will in Revelation 17:12-13, Daniel 11:21-38, Daniel 2:41-43, and other passages.<\/p>\n

For years I have written that Islamic migrants in Europe will become an issue that Europe will decide it has to address.<\/p>\n

The actual war prophesied in the Bible between Europe and the Arabs, will not come until more than 3 1\/2 years after a \u2018peace deal\u2019 has been confirmed by a \u2018prince\u2019 (Daniel 9:26-27) who later will become the final King of the North (Daniel 11:31-44). This leader will be European, and eventually destroy the nation with the strongest fortresses (Daniel 11:39), which in the 21st century would be the USA. He will proclaim peace and safety:<\/p>\n

25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many<\/strong>: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand. (Daniel 8:25, KJV).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This leader will encourage proclamations of peace, yet sudden destruction will come (cf. 1 Thessalonians 5:3). After destroying the USA, etc., he will turn against a power in the Middle East and North Africa (Daniel 11:40-43).<\/p>\n
