The Day of Atonement was taught in the Old Testament. Is it relevant for Christians? If so, when is it? Did any of the goats involved with the High Priest of Israel represent Jesus? If Jesus is the Passover lamb, why might God have had a sacrifice at the Day of Atonement? What does afflicting of the soul have to do with fasting? How often was Jesus to be sacrificed?
