The\u00a0Breaking Israel News<\/em> article then had the following:<\/p>\n

“And I will wipe out the inhabitants of Ashdod And the sceptered ruler of Ashkelon; And I will turn My hand against Ekron, And the Philistines shall perish to the last man \u2014said Hashem. Amos 1:8 (The Israel Bible\u2122) …<\/p>\n

One rabbi, an end-of-days expert, believes that this meteoric decline in the Palestinians\u2019 political clout may be because their relevance in the end-of-days process has now expired. …<\/p>\n

Rabbi Pinchas Winston<\/a>, a prolific end-of-days author, believes the political marginalization of the Palestinians is a sign that they have fulfilled their purpose in the Messianic process and are no longer necessary.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is clearly a divine process since it was totally unexpected. It certainly wouldn\u2019t have happened under Obama and probably not under any of the previous presidents who promised to move the embassy but didn\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

To illustrate his point, he related a midrash<\/i> (homiletic teaching) from the Talmud (Tractate Baba Batra 73b). According to the Talmud, Rabbah Bar Hana was traveling on a ship and went ashore to cook some food. The island turned out to be an enormous fish covered in sand. Feeling the heat of the fire, the fish turned over, sending Rabbah Bar Hana scrambling for his ship, which fortunately was ready to sail.<\/p>\n

Rabbi Winston cited Rabbi Yaakov Lorberbaum<\/a>, the rabbi of Lissa Poland in the 1800\u2019s, known as Rabbeinu Yaakov.<\/p>\n

\u201cRabbeinu Yaakov taught that this peculiar story in the Talmud is actually an allegory of what will happen in the days before Messiah,\u201d Rabbi Winston said. \u201cHe explained the Talmud as teaching that the Jews will return to our land but we will end up ruling over another nation. The other nation will appear weak and small but they will actually turn everything upside down, causing disproportionate amount of suffering for the Jews.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is clearly referring to the Palestinians,\u201d Rabbi Winston said. \u201cSo much of the politics revolves around the Palestinians. They have become the poster-child for Israel being the abuser, but for some reason, they have also become part of the platform of every liberal cause, no matter how unrelated to the region. Their only purpose for existing is to play this role for Israel in the end-of days. They were abused by all the Arab nations but no one paid any attention until they took this prophesied role.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIf the \u2018boat is ready,\u2019 if the Jews are ready for Messiah, everything will be fine and we will enter into the Messiah,\u201d Rabbi Winston explained. \u201cIf the Jews are not ready, we will drown from the problems this small nation will cause us.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAs we approach the Messiah, the Palestinians will have served their purpose and will become irrelevant, \u00a0ignored by the people who currently support them as a tool against Israel,\u201d Rabbi Winston concluded. 09\/12\/18 https:\/\/www.breakingisraelnews.com\/113715\/palestinians-fulfilled-end-days-purpose\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Any who believe that Amos 1:8 will be fulfilled before Jesus returns are in error.<\/p>\n

While it is basically correct to tie the Palestinians with the Philistines, to say that they are about to have no more prophetic relevance is false.<\/p>\n

In addition to prophecies about the Palestinians affecting Ephraim in the end times (cf. Isaiah 9:8-9, 11-12), the Bible shows that those of Gaza will attain lands that are currently under control by the State of Israel.<\/p>\n

The NKJV has the term “Gaza” 21 times and “Gazites” twice.<\/p>\n

Bible prophecy tells of calamity coming to Gaza and other lands:<\/p>\n

17 Then I took the cup from the Lord’s hand, and made all the nations drink, to whom the Lord had sent me: 18 Jerusalem and the cities of Judah, its kings and its princes, to make them a desolation, an astonishment, a hissing, and a curse, as it is this day; 19 Pharaoh king of Egypt, his servants, his princes, and all his people; 20 all the mixed multitude, all the kings of the land of Uz, all the kings of the land of the Philistines (namely, Ashkelon, Gaza, Ekron, and the remnant of Ashdod); 21 Edom, Moab, and the people of Ammon; 22 all the kings of Tyre, all the kings of Sidon, and the kings of the coastlands which are across the sea; 23 Dedan, Tema, Buz, and all who are in the farthest corners; 24 all the kings of Arabia and all the kings of the mixed multitude who dwell in the desert; 25 all the kings of Zimri, all the kings of Elam, and all the kings of the Medes; 26 all the kings of the north, far and near, one with another; and all the kingdoms of the world which are on the face of the earth. Also the king of Sheshach shall drink after them.<\/p>\n

27 “Therefore you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: “Drink, be drunk, and vomit! Fall and rise no more, because of the sword which I will send among you.”‘ 28 And it shall be, if they refuse to take the cup from your hand to drink, then you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts: “You shall certainly drink! 29 For behold, I begin to bring calamity on the city which is called by My name, and should you be utterly unpunished? You shall not be unpunished, for I will call for a sword on all the inhabitants of the earth,” says the Lord of hosts.’ (Jeremiah 25:17-29)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Many of the lands above are listed as supporters of the final King of the South<\/a> (Daniel 11:40-43) and\/or part of a confederation that will be destroyed that will involve Egypt (Ezekiel 30:3-8). Some of those lands, Ashkelon (located 50 kilometres south of Tel Aviv, and 13 kilometres north of the border with the Gaza Strip), Ekron (modern Tel Miqne, which is 35 kilometers west of Jerusalem<\/a>), and Ashdod (located 32 kilometres south of Tel Aviv, 20 km north of Ashkelon, and 53 km west of Jerusalem.), are currently dominated by the nation of Israel. This indicates change coming to Israel, as well as Gaza\/Palestine.<\/p>\n

I would like to add that, biblical prophecy teaches that the Palestinians of Gaza and the West Bank will support confederations which will not end well in this age. They will, for a time, believe that they will be protected by a temporary ‘peace deal’ (Daniel 9:27) that will not end well (Daniel 11:11:31, 40-43) according to biblical, and even Islamic prophecy (see also The Arab and Islamic World In the Bible, History, and Prophecy<\/a>), this will not end well for those in Gaza.<\/p>\n

There will be changes coming\u2013including war.<\/p>\n

One day, Jerusalem will be attacked:<\/p>\n

8<\/span> He removed the protection of Judah. You looked in that day to the armor of the House of the Forest; <\/span>9<\/span> You also saw the damage to the city of David, That it was great; And you gathered together the waters of the lower pool. (Isaiah 22:8-9)

One day, the nation of Israel will lose territory (for details, see the prophecies in the article Gaza and the Palestinians in Bible Prophecy<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Ultimately, and probably after conflict, a temporary peace deal will be put in place (cf. Daniel 9:27; see also The \u2018Peace Deal\u2019 of Daniel 9:27<\/a>).<\/p>\n

But this will not end as hoped by the USA (cf. Daniel 11:39; see also USA in Prophecy: The Strongest Fortresses<\/a><\/span>) or Israel (cf. Daniel 11:31).<\/p>\n

Despite certain Jewish and American hopes, steps are moving in this direction.<\/p>\n

Things will go more towards the way of the Palestinians in time, but that will also not be optimal for them.<\/p>\n

The only real solution for the region is for Jesus to come and straighten this world out (see also The Gospel of the Kingdom of God<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Jewish leaders should NOT be relying on the Talmud or other ‘traditions’ over the Bible. Here are two Jewish translations of the Bible that warns them against doing that:<\/p>\n

4 \u2026 And their lies have caused them to err, After which their fathers did walk. (Amos 2:4, JPS)<\/p>\n

4 \u2026 their lies caused them to fall into error and live the way their ancestors did. (Amos 2:4, CJB)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Furthermore, if they would believe the Bible, more would also accept Jesus (see also Proof Jesus is the Messiah<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Ignore Jewish fables, believe the Bible. The Palestinians are NOT irrelevant for the future.<\/p>\n
