How the New Silk Roads are merging into Greater Eurasia<\/h2>\n

Russia is keen to push economic integration with parts of Asia and this fits in with China’s Belt and Road Initiative<\/h3>\n

The conceptual heart of Greater Eurasia is Russia\u2019s Turn to the East, or pivot to Asia, home of the economic and technological markets of the future. This implies Greater Eurasia proceeding in symbiosis with China\u2019s New Silk Roads, or Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). And yet this advanced stage of the Russia-China strategic partnership does not mean Moscow will neglect its myriad close ties to Europe. …<\/p>\n

Russia is aiming to establish a new paradigm not only in geopolitics and geoeconomics, but also on a cultural and ideological level.<\/p>\n

Conditions are certainly ripe for it. Northeast Asia is immersed in a power vacuum. The Trump administration\u2019s priority \u2013 as well as the US National Security Strategy\u2019s \u2013 is containment of China. Both Japan and South Korea, slowly but surely, are getting closer to Russia. …<\/p>\n

As China heads West in myriad forms, Greater Eurasia and the Belt and Road Initiative are bound to merge. Eurasia is crisscrossed by mighty mountain ranges such as the Pamirs and deserts like the Taklamakan and the Karakum. The best ground route runs via Russia or via Kazakhstan to Russia. In crucial soft power terms, Russian remains the lingua franca in Mongolia, Central Asia and the Caucasus.<\/p>\n

And that leads us to the utmost importance of an upgraded Trans-Siberian railway \u2013 Eurasia\u2019s current connectivity core. In parallel, the transportation systems of the Central Asian \u201cstans\u201d are closely integrated with the Russian network of roads; all that is bound to be enhanced in the near future by Chinese-built high-speed rail.<\/p>\n

Iran and Turkey are conducting their own versions of a pivot to Asia. A free-trade agreement between Iran and the Eurasia Economic Union (EAEU) was approved in early December. Iran and India are also bound to strike a free-trade agreement. Iran is a big player in the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC), which is essential in driving closer economic integration between Russia and India. …<\/p>\n

Russia and China have become inevitable allies because of their \u201cshared objective of restructuring global value-chains and developing a multipolar world\u201d. It\u2019s no wonder Beijing\u2019s drive to develop state-of-the-art national technological platforms is provoking so much anger in Washington. And in terms of the big picture, it makes perfect sense for BRI to be harmonized with Russia\u2019s economic connectivity drive for Greater Eurasia.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s irreversible. The dogs of demonization, containment, sanctions and even war may bark all they want, but the Eurasia integration caravan keeps moving along. http:\/\/www.atimes.com\/article\/how-the-new-silk-roads-are-merging-into-greater-eurasia\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

While much of the mainstream media in the USA seems focused on Donald Trump and their hopes he will be forced out of the presidency, much of the world is moving towards a type of integration that will result in the final time of the Gentiles\u00a0(Luke 21:24; see also The Times of the Gentiles<\/a>) and the end of Anglo-American dominance.<\/p>\n

While the European Union<\/a> is not part of Asia, China’s One Belt, One Road Initiative (also called the Silk Road project) connects Europe to more locations in Asia.<\/p>\n

And since the European Union<\/a> is upset with the UK over Brexit, the USA because of Donald Trump (and his sanctions), it believes it must move further away from the Anglo-Americans and would like to cooperate more with the Eurasian Economic Union<\/a>. A de facto coordination of Gentile powers against the Anglo-Americans is occurring.<\/p>\n

Based upon several biblical prophecies, I believe that the Asians and Europeans will cooperate, for a time, and eliminate the USA and its Anglo-Saxon descended allies. They will divide their lands among them per Daniel 11:39, and many of the survivors will be made slaves (for more detail check out the article Will the Anglo-Saxon Nations be Divided and Have People Taken as Slaves?<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Notice also the following prophecies from the Old and New Testaments:<\/p>\n

23 ‘Make a chain,
\nFor the land is filled with crimes of blood,
\nAnd the city is full of violence.
\n24 Therefore I will bring the worst of the Gentiles,
\nAnd they will possess their houses<\/strong>;
\nI will cause the pomp of the strong to cease,
\nAnd their holy places shall be defiled.
\n25 Destruction comes;
\nThey will seek peace, but there shall be none. (Ezekiel 7:23-25)<\/p>\n

23 But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! For there will be great distress in the land and wrath upon this people. 24 And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. (Luke 21:23-24)<\/p>\n

2 But leave out the court which is outside the temple, and do not measure it, for it has been given to the Gentiles. And they will tread the holy city underfoot for forty-two months. (Revelation 11:2)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Notice that Ezekiel, Jesus (whose words are recorded in Luke), and John (who penned Revelation) were talking about the same time.<\/p>\n

The time of Gentile domination is prophesied (Ezekiel 7:24, 30:1-3, 34:25-30; Jeremiah 10:25; Luke 21:23-24; Revelation 11:2)–though it is not quite here yet. It will be here for the 3 1\/2 years of the Great Tribulation and the Day of the Lord (see also When Will the Great Tribulation Begin? 2019, 2020, or 2021?<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The Great Tribulation itself is further described in Revelation 6:9-11 (the fifth seal, that seems to occur because the faithful church has suffered martyrdom, cf. Daniel 11:31-35; Matthew 24:9-10), Lamentations, Daniel, and other parts of the Bible. It starts with Matthew 24:21 and Daniel 11:39.<\/p>\n

Some would call this World War III (WWIII; see also World War III: Steps in Progress<\/a> and\/or watch Is World War III About to Begin? Can You Escape?<\/a>).<\/p>\n

What is commonly known as ‘Armageddon’ could perhaps be called WWIV.<\/p>\n

The term Armageddon is only used once in the Bible. It is the sixth of seven bowls of God’s wrath:<\/p>\n

1 Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, “Go and pour out the bowls of the wrath of God on the earth.” (Revelation 16:1)<\/p>\n

12 Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared. 13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.<\/p>\n

15 “Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.”<\/p>\n

16 And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, Armageddon. (Revelation 16:12-16)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

For them to gather, they must cross over land to get to Armageddon. China’s Silk Road project will make this easier.<\/p>\n

The kings of the east reference refers to Asian nations, including Russia, whose border extends to the farthest parts of the east.<\/p>\n

50:41 “Behold, a people shall come from the north<\/strong>,
\nAnd a great nation and many kings
\nShall be raised up from the ends of the earth.
\n42 They shall hold the bow and the lance;
\nThey are cruel and shall not show mercy.
\nTheir voice shall roar like the sea;
\nThey shall ride on horses,
\nSet in array, like a man for the battle,
\nAgainst you, O daughter of Babylon.<\/p>\n

43 “The king of Babylon has heard the report about them,
\nAnd his hands grow feeble;
\nAnguish has taken hold of him,
\nPangs as of a woman in childbirth…”(Jeremiah 50:41-43).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Russia is in the north and is in the northern and eastern ends of the earth. Looking at the maps at the beginning of this post, you will see other nations that border Russia or are otherwise involved with it.<\/p>\n

Notice also that the Bible shows Babylon tied together with birth pains\/pangs to a group from a far country:<\/p>\n

1 The burden against Babylon which Isaiah the son of Amoz saw.
\n2 “Lift up a banner on the high mountain, Raise your voice to them; Wave your hand, that they may enter the gates of the nobles. 3 I have commanded My sanctified ones; I have also called My mighty ones for My anger–Those who rejoice in My exaltation.” 4 The noise of a multitude in the mountains, Like that of many people! A tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together!<\/strong> The LORD of hosts musters The army for battle. 5 They come from a far country<\/strong>, From the end of heaven–The LORD and His weapons of indignation, To destroy the whole land. 6 Wail, for the day of the LORD is at hand! It will come as destruction from the Almighty. 7 Therefore all hands will be limp, Every man’s heart will melt, 8 And they will be afraid. Pangs and sorrows will take hold of them; They will be in pain as a woman in childbirth; They will be amazed at one another; Their faces will be like flames (Isaiah 13:1-8).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Thus, both the accounts in Jeremiah and Isaiah seem related to the same invaders. This is referring to an end time confederation that has a distance to travel–apparently a type of union of powers from the east including Russia, who is also the major power of the far north.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, a “far country” also seems to be tied to the powers of the east elsewhere in Isaiah:<\/p>\n

\n

11 Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man who executes My counsel, from a far country. Indeed I have spoken it; I will also bring it to pass. I have purposed it; I will also do it. (Isaiah 46:11)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

We are seeing steps for such a confederation beginning to come to pass.<\/p>\n

When will it end?<\/p>\n

The old Worldwide Church of God taught:<\/p>\n

\n

With the second coming of Christ, the “times of the Gentiles” will at last come to an end. (Stump K. The Arab World in Prophecy. Plain Truth, December 1979, p. 38)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

For the final time of the Gentiles to arise, the Gentiles will need to cooperate together against the USA and its Anglo-Saxon descended allies. The BRICS, EAEU, SCO, and Silk Road arrangements are all intended to do that–as is the European Union–and the nations involved in them are all taking steps which align with properly understood biblical prophecies. A block of nations from North Africa and the Middle East will also be involved (cf. Daniel 11:27, 40-43)–this is something that US President Donald Trump and others have encouraged (see How Will Middle East Peace be Brought About?<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Yet, most in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand do not understand what is now happening on the world scene and how they will be affected.<\/p>\n

In the American television news, how often have you seen the Silk Road project or the Eurasian Economic Union mentioned?<\/p>\n

Perhaps not at all.<\/p>\n

The focus of the media is obscuring what is really happening in the world.<\/p>\n

We are getting closer to the Great Tribulation as well as Armageddon and steps continue to be taken that are leading to them.<\/p>\n
