Pope Francis is in Morocco pushing aspects of his interfaith agenda:<\/p>\n

Pope Francis sought to encourage greater Christian-Muslim dialogue on Sunday, telling his flock that showing the country’s Muslim majority they are part of the same human family will help stamp out extremism. …<\/p>\n

Francis has stressed a message of Christian-Muslim fraternity during his first trip to Morocco, a majority Muslim nation of 36 million. Proselytism is a prominent issue in religious discourse in the north African country, even though Christians, Muslims and Jews have coexisted peacefully here for centuries.<\/p>\n

After reaching out to the Sunni majority and Morocco’s ever growing community of migrants from countries in sub-Saharan Africa on Saturday, Francis turned his attention Sunday to Christian minorities. His aim was to highlight their constructive presence in Moroccan life. …<\/p>\n

In a speech to Catholic priests in the city cathedral Sunday, Francis drew applause when he told them they should not proselytize. https:\/\/www.voanews.com\/a\/after-migrant-appeal-pope-ministers-to-flock-in-morocco\/4855537.html<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Pope Francis does not want Catholics to offend Muslims, through trying to convert them. Instead he is pushing his interfaith agenda.<\/p>\n

While the difference in the view of Jesus is probably the most significant difference (Muslims deny Jesus<\/a> was the Son of God), there are many other incompatible differences (see also Differences Between Islam and the Continuing<\/em> Church of God<\/a>).<\/p>\n

For example, the New Testament teaches:<\/p>\n

19 Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, \u201cVengeance is Mine, I will repay,\u201d says the Lord. 20 Therefore<\/p>\n

\u201cIf your enemy is hungry, feed him;
\nIf he is thirsty, give him a drink;
\nFor in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.\u201d<\/p>\n

21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.\u00a0 (Romans 12:19-21)<\/p>\n

36 Jesus answered, \u201cMy kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here.\u201d (John 18:36)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This was understood by early professors of Christ (see also Military Service and the Churches of God: Do Real Christians Participate in Carnal Warfare or Encourage Violence?<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Yet, the Qu\u2019ran teaches:<\/p>\n

\n

[Remember] when your Lord inspired to the angels, \u201cI am with you, so strengthen those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved, so strike [them] upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip.\u201d (Quran 8:12)<\/small><\/p>\n

So when you meet those who disbelieve [in battle], strike [their] necks until, when you have inflicted slaughter upon them, then secure their bonds, and either [confer] favor afterwards or ransom [them] until the war lays down its burdens. That [is the command]. And if Allah had willed, He could have taken vengeance upon them [Himself], but [He ordered armed struggle] to test some of you by means of others. And those who are killed in the cause of Allah \u2013 never will He waste their deeds. (Quran 47:4)<\/small><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The prophet Amos was inspired to write:<\/p>\n

3 Can two walk together, unless they are agreed? (Amos 3:3)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

No.<\/p>\n

While true Christianity and Islam are biblically incompatible, let\u2019s see some statements from the Catechism of the Catholic Church<\/em> from the Vatican\u2019s official website http:\/\/www.vatican.va\/archive\/ccc_css\/archive\/catechism\/p123a9p3.htm<\/a> accessed February 14, 2019:<\/p>\n

<\/a>841<\/b> The Church\u2019s relationship with the Muslims<\/i>. \u201cThe plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind\u2019s judge on the last day.\u201d330<\/sup><\/p>\n

<\/a>842<\/a><\/b> The Church\u2019s bond with non-Christian religions<\/i> is in the first place the common origin and end of the human race:<\/p>\n

\n
All nations form but one community. This is so because all stem from the one stock which God created to people the entire earth, and also because all share a common destiny, namely God. His providence, evident goodness, and saving designs extend to all against the day when the elect are gathered together in the holy city. . .331<\/sup><\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

<\/a>843<\/a><\/b> The Catholic Church recognizes in other religions that search, among shadows and images, for the God who is unknown yet near since he gives life and breath and all things and wants all men to be saved. Thus, the Church considers all goodness and truth found in these religions as \u201ca preparation for the Gospel and given by him who enlightens all men that they may at length have life.\u201d332<\/sup><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So, the Vatican officially claims that the Muslims and Catholics adore the same deity.<\/p>\n

It is that type of \u2018Chrislam\u2019 that the Vatican and various others wish to promote.<\/p>\n

Yet, much of Islam is not truly comfortable with that view:<\/p>\n

February 14, 2019<\/p>\n

Dr. Kedar told Breaking Israel News<\/i>. \u201cThe essence of Islam is that Judaism and Christianity are no longer relevant in the world. The reason Islam exists is to replace them. Any visible reminder that Christianity or Judaism still exists is proof that Islam has failed in its primary mission.\u201d https:\/\/www.breakingisraelnews.com\/122081\/temple-mount-prophecy-schedule\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Plus the Bible warns:<\/p>\n

14 Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? 15 And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? 16 And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said:<\/p>\n

\u201cI will dwell in them
\nAnd walk among them.
\nI will be their God,
\nAnd they shall be My people.\u201d<\/p>\n

17 Therefore<\/p>\n

\u201cCome out from among them And be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, And I will receive you. 18 \u2018I will be a Father to you, And you shall be My sons and daughters, Says the Lord Almighty.\u201d (2 Corinthians 6:14-18)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If that is not strong enough language to discourage real Christians from Chrislam, perhaps the following will get even professors of Christ to consider it as a problem:<\/p>\n

4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. (James 4:4)<\/p>\n

1 One of the seven angels that had the seven bowls came to speak to me, and said, \u2018Come here and I will show you the punishment of the great prostitute who is enthroned beside abundant waters, 2 with whom all the kings of the earth have prostituted themselves, and who has made all the population of the world drunk with the wine of her adultery.\u2019<\/strong> 3 He took me in spirit to a desert, and there I saw a woman riding a scarlet beast which had seven heads and ten horns and had blasphemous titles written all over it. 4 The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet and glittered with gold and jewels and pearls, and she was holding a gold winecup filled with the disgusting filth of her prostitution; 5 on her forehead was written a name, a cryptic name: \u2018Babylon the Great, the mother of all the prostitutes and all the filthy practices on the earth<\/strong>.\u2019 6 I saw that she was drunk, drunk with the blood of the saints, and the blood of the martyrs of Jesus; and when I saw her, I was completely mystified. (Revelation 17:1-6, NJB)<\/p>\n

9 \u2018This calls for shrewdness. The seven heads are the seven hills, on which the woman is sitting\u202618 The woman you saw is the great city which has authority over all the rulers on earth.\u2019 (Revelation 17:9,18, NJB)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

This year the Vatican released what I have referred to as the \u2018Chrislam cross\u2019 logo related to an interfaith gathering to be held in Morocco next month. Here is some information about it:<\/p>\n

The official logo of the Pope\u2019s visit was chosen from about 50 entries in a competition. An explanatory note accompanying the logo\u2019s release says that a cross and a crescent in the logo are symbols of Christianity and Islam which highlight the inter-religious relations between Christians and Muslims. \u2026<\/p>\n

The logo has the colours of the two countries: green and red for Morocco, yellow and white (background) for the Vatican.<\/p>\n

Pope Francis said that his visit to the 2 predominantly Muslim countries, \u201crepresent two important opportunities to advance interreligious dialogue and mutual understanding between the followers of both religions, in this year that marks the eight-hundredth anniversary of the historic meeting between Saint Francis of Assisi and Sultan al-Malik al-K\u0101mil.\u201d https:\/\/feliciancjpo.wordpress.com\/2019\/01\/10\/pope-francis-servant-of-hope\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The first of the two visits mentioned above was in the United Arab Emirates, where Pope Francis and Sunni Imam Sheikh Ahmed al-Tayeb signed a document that some suspect may lead towards a \u201cone world religion\u201d on February 4, 2019. It has been called \u201cthe most important interfaith document in history<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pope Francis signs \u2018one world religion\u2019 document!<\/a><\/h3>\n

On February 4, 2019, at the \u2018 Global Conference on Human Fraternity,\u2019 Pope Francis and leading Sunni Imam Sheikh Ahmed al-Tayeb signed a document that some suspect may lead towards a \u201cone world religion.\u201d The World Council of Churches (WCC) General Secretary, Dr Olav Fykse Tveit, who also attended, pushed for religious leaders and institutions to push towards a particular cooperative agenda to help bring world peace. Will there be real peace or just a temporary one? Will destruction come to the USA and nations in the Middle East and North Africa? What will be some characteristics of this \u201cone world religion\u2019? Will all have the same religious practices? Might it have commonalities with the ancient Roman Empire? The Grand Mosque in the UAE was renamed \u201cMary, Mother of Jesus.\u201d Will Catholic, Islamic, and even Hindu reverence for Marian figures play a role? Is that part of the plan? Should real Christians support the interfaith and ecumenical agendas or remain separate from them? What does the Bible teach? What did Jesus teach? Dr. Thiel addresses these issues and more.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Before going further, it should be pointed out that the head of the World Council of Churches (WCC) supported the above. And WCC’s Albin Hillert wrote the following that was published yesterday:<\/p>\n

March 30, 2019<\/p>\n

A group of ecumenical accompaniers from the World Council of Churches have shared Shabbat dinner with Jerusalem’s Kol HaNeshama congregation whose people are seeking to reach out in the communities around them.<\/p>\n

“We believe all people are created in the image of God, and that religion comes after,” said Rabbi Tamara Schagas as she recently welcomed the group of international participants in the WCC’s Ecumenical Accompaniment Program in Palestine and Israel<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The program that is known as EAPPI came from a call of the churches in the Holy Land to be there, observe and walk with the people they live with during a time of heightened conflict involving Israel and the Palestinian West Bank area that started in 2001. …<\/p>\n

“Being at this Shabbat dinner was balm for my soul,” said one of the ecumenical accompaniers coming out of the synagogue. “We spoke to an Israeli woman who was so wholeheartedly committed to the well-being of the Palestinians, and by that, of the Palestinians and the Israelis.” https:\/\/www.ecumenicalnews.com\/article\/jews-at-shabbat-dinner-engage-with-christian-accompaniers-who-work-with-them-and-palestinians\/60663.htm<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Note the very subtle form of deception. Yes, all people are created in the image of God, but to imply that their religion is not much of an important view is in biblical error.<\/p>\n

But the WCC’s agenda is not biblically focused, so its various forms of subtle (and not so subtle) deception have long been a mark of its organization.<\/p>\n

Now let\u2019s get back to something related to the Chrislam cross:<\/p>\n

\u2026 the Vatican rolled out a new logo for Pope Francis\u2019 upcoming visit to the Muslim nation of Morocco, and what is the design? Chrislam.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.\u201d Revelation 17:1,2 (KJV)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The pope\u2019s new logo<\/strong> shows a New Age style cross that is encircled about with the crescent moon of Islam, with the colors of yellow and white for the Vatican, and red and green for Islam. That, my friends, is not only the pope\u2019s new logo, it will also serve as the official logo for Chrislam. 02\/10\/19 https:\/\/www.nowtheendbegins.com\/vatican-officially-releases-chrislam-logo-for-pope-francis-upcoming-servant-of-hope-tour-to-the-muslim-nation-of-morocco\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It was interesting to me, at least, that the crescent in the Chrislam cross almost completely encircles the Vatican\u2019s cross symbol. This would appeal to Muslims who believe that Islam needs to dominate the world, as well as to try to get them to be less fearful of the cross symbol\u2013which is a fear they have had since the Crusades. The word crusader<\/em> means \u2018cross bearer.\u2019 But now the Vatican is showing Muslims that its cross can be encircled by Islam.<\/p>\n

While I do not expect this Chrislam cross symbol to be the Mark of the Beast<\/a>, its use of the type of cross is reminiscent of the claimed cross in Emperor Constantine\u2019s vision in the fourth century. It was described as:<\/p>\n

A long spear, overlaid with gold, formed the figure of the cross by means of a transverse bar laid over it. (Eusebius. Life of Constantine, Chapter XXXI. Internet Medieval Source Book<\/a>. Accessed 02\/14\/19)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So, it was not what would have been the implement used to kill Jesus. Nor is the \u2018Chrislam cross.\u2019<\/p>\n

Anyway, it was the result of that vision that Emperor Constantine ordered his troops to paint crosses on their shields\u2013a practice that was retained throughout the time of the Crusades (see also What is the Origin of the Cross as a \u2018Christian\u2019 Symbol?<\/a>).<\/p>\n

As far as deals between the Catholics of Europe and the Muslims of the Middle East and North Africa go, that is foretold in biblical as well as Islamic prophecies.<\/p>\n

The Bible tells of a deceptive deal that will be made between the European King of the North<\/a> and the Middle East\/North African King of the South<\/a>:<\/p>\n

15 \u2026 the king of the North<\/span> \u2026 25 \u2026 king of the South \u2026<\/p>\n

27<\/span> Both these kings\u2019 hearts shall be bent on evil, and they shall speak lies at the same table; but it shall not prosper, for the end will still be at the appointed time. (Daniel 11:15,25,27)
\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So, a deceptive deal will be made (this could also be related to the deal of Psalm 83:3-8). This would at least partially be related to the following deal:<\/p>\n

26 And the people of the prince who is to come
\nShall destroy the city and the sanctuary.
\nThe end of it shall be with a flood,
\nAnd till the end of the war desolations are determined.
\n27 Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week;
\nBut in the middle of the week
\nHe shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering.
\nAnd on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate,
\nEven until the consummation, which is determined,
\nIs poured out on the desolate (Daniel 9:26-27).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This is a deal confirmed by a European (it was troops from the ancient Roman Empire that destroyed Jerusalem and its temple in 70 A.D.). The deal is confirmed for one week, which, for centuries, various prophecy analysts have said means a seven year deal (see also The \u2018Peace Deal\u2019 of Daniel 9:27<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Perhaps these deals could be considered \u2018political Chrislam.\u2019 Or as LifeNews called it \u2018Chrislamism\u2019 \u2014 not trying to merge Christianity and Islam, but accepting some type of false near equivalency. Islam is not a near equivalency to true Christianity.<\/p>\n

As it turn out, a seven year deal is in Islamic prophecy:<\/p>\n

\n

Rasaullah [Muhammed] said: \u201cThere will be four peace agreements between you and the Romans [Christians].\u00a0 The fourth agreement will be mediated\u00a0through a person who will be the progeny of Hadrat Haroon [Honorable Aaron \u2014 Moses\u2019 brother] and\u00a0will be upheld for seven years<\/em><\/span> (Richardson J. Antichrist: Islam\u2019s Awaited Messiah. Pleasant Word, <\/span>2006, p. 48)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The above sounds similar to the seven year (one week in biblical language) agreement discussed in Daniel 9:27 that involves a \u201cprince\u201d who appears to be the one the Bible warns will become the King of the North<\/a> and apparently the nation of Israel since a descendant of Aaron is expected to be involved. It certainly would make sense that there would be Muslim representation in the \u2018peace deal\u2019 of Daniel 9:27.<\/p>\n

Here is something else along those lines:<\/p>\n

5 General anarchy and bloodshed, that no Arab household will be spared from it 6 Then a life of peace as a result of a peace agreement between you and the Banil Asfaar (Romans) which they will break and attack you with a force consisting of eighty flags and under each flag will be an army of twelve thousand men.\u00a0\u00a0(Ibn Zubair Ali, Mohammed Ali.\u00a0The minor signs of Last Days from: The Signs of Qiyamah. http:\/\/www.islamawareness.net\/Prophecies\/minor.html viewed 08\/11\/12).<\/p>\n

Even Catholic prophecy tells of a betrayal coming to Islam (see The Arab and Islamic World In the Bible, History, and Prophecy<\/a>).<\/p>\n

As far as Chrislam and the interfaith movement goes, it is not just the Vatican and some Muslims who are involved.<\/p>\n

The World Council of Churches (WCC), United Nations, and various others are involved in this as well (see Pope and Muslim leader sign interfaith agreement towards a one world religion: Will this lead to both peace and the Great Tribulation?<\/a>).<\/p>\n

This United Nations\u2019 interfaith agenda is supposed to be fully implemented by 2030 and is also called the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development<\/em>. It aims to solve ailments facing humanity through regulation, education, and international and interfaith cooperation.While many of its objectives are good, some of its methods and goals are evil (cf. Genesis 3:5).<\/p>\n

Pope Francis called the adoption of the New Universal Agenda <\/em>\u201can important sign of hope.\u201d The \u201cNew Universal Agenda\u201d could be called the \u201cNew Catholic Agenda\u201d as the word \u201ccatholic\u201d means \u201cuniversal.\u201d<\/p>\n

That 17 point plan is not the answer, and it is shown and discussed, along with the real answer, in our free online booklet: The Gospel of the Kingdom of God<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The UN agenda is also consistent with Pope Francis\u2019 Laudato Si<\/a> encyclical, which includes statements such as:<\/p>\n

145. \u2026 The disappearance of a culture can be just as serious, or even more serious, than the disappearance of a species of plant or animal. \u2026<\/p>\n

146. In this sense, it is essential to show special care for indigenous communities and their cultural traditions. \u2026<\/p>\n

201. The majority of people living on our planet profess to be believers. This should spur religions to dialogue among themselves for the sake of protecting nature, defending the poor, and building networks of respect and fraternity.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

While \u2018dialogue\u2019 can be fine, the religious system that the Pope has been working on is consistent with ancient Rome.<\/p>\n

Which is?<\/p>\n

One that allowed individual beliefs and cultural practices as long as worship included the Roman emperor.<\/p>\n

That is also consistent with prophecies about the coming Beast power:<\/p>\n

36 \u201cThen the king shall do according to his own will: he shall exalt and magnify himself above every god, shall speak blasphemies against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the wrath has been accomplished; for what has been determined shall be done. (Daniel 11:36)<\/p>\n

8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. (Revelation 13:8)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It isn\u2019t that the coming \u2018world religion\u2019 will prohibit all the practices of other religions, but it will expect loyalty first to the Beast.<\/p>\n
