Representatives of Israeli regional councils near the Gaza border are looking into the legal requirements for issuing an independent appeal to the United Nations against Hamas, after suffering some 100 fires in the past week sparked by incendiary balloons launched<\/a> from the Gaza Strip.<\/p>\n

According to a report by Israel\u2019s Channel 12, residents of the region are outraged by the barrage of airborne incendiary devices, and discouraged by the lack of reaction and support on the part of the Israeli government. https:\/\/www.breakingisraelnews.com\/132443\/gaza-belt-residents-consider-formal-un-complaint-against-hamas\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Wikipedia indicates that this is a ‘war crime’:<\/p>\n

The use of fire bomb kites and balloons from Gaza is arguably a war crime under International Humanitarian Law<\/a>. According to the International Committee of the Red Cross Customary International Law<\/a> study Rule 84<\/a>. The Protection of Civilians and Civilian Objects from the Effects of Incendiary Weapons. If incendiary weapons are used, particular care must be taken to avoid, and in any event to minimize, incidental loss of civilian life, injury to civilians and damage to civilian objects<\/i>. While these incendiary kites have mainly just affected those located near Gaza, there was another form of fire terror in the news:<\/p>\n

Arab terrorists in Jerusalem tried to burn down the house of Aryeh King, a right-wing activist and member of the Jerusalem city municipality reports 0404<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Aryeh King, one of the original residents of Maale Zeitim <\/i>(Olive Heights), a Jerusalem neighborhood adjacent to the Mount of Olives, is a well known right-wing activist and Jerusalem city councilman who has fought against the attempted Arab takeover of the capital.<\/p>\n

In August of 2018, King lambasted law enforcement for their failure to shut down the \u201cobnoxious\u201d<\/a> noise pollution from Muslim muezzins, especially during the Muslim festival of Eid El Fitr. https:\/\/www.breakingisraelnews.com\/132391\/arab-terrorists-burn-down-home-anti-jihad-politician-jerusalem\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Terrorism is wrong.<\/p>\n

So, the Qur’an encourages the use of fire against non-Muslims.<\/p>\n

The Bible clearly prophesies terrorism. Notice some of those prophecies:<\/p>\n

5 They have corrupted themselves<\/strong>; They are not His children, Because of their blemish: A perverse and crooked generation<\/strong>. … 25 The sword shall destroy outside; There shall be terror within<\/strong> (Deuteronomy 32:5,25)<\/p>\n

12 \u201cCry and wail, son of man; For it will be against My people, Against all the princes of Israel. Terrors including the sword will be against My people<\/strong>; Therefore strike your thigh. (Ezekiel 21:12)<\/p>\n

25 Because you disdained all my counsel, And would have none of my rebuke<\/strong>, 26 I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your terror comes, 27 When your terror comes like a storm, <\/strong>And your destruction comes like a whirlwind, When distress and anguish come upon you. (Proverbs 1:25-27)<\/p>\n

5 Also they are afraid of<\/strong> height, And of terrors in the way<\/strong> (Ecclesiastes 12:5).<\/p>\n

6 You have forsaken Me,” says the Lord,
\n“You have gone backward.
\nTherefore I will stretch out My hand against you and destroy you;
\nI am weary of relenting!
\n7 And I will winnow them with a winnowing fan in the gates of the land;
\nI will bereave them of children;
\nI will destroy My people,
\nSince they do not return from their ways.
\n8 Their widows will be increased to Me more than the sand of the seas;
\nI will bring against them,
\nAgainst the mother of the young men,
\nA plunderer at noonday;
\nI will cause anguish and terror to fall on them suddenly. (Jeremiah 15:6-8)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

While many political, media, and other leaders refuse to believe the Bible, the reality is that those of us who believe the Bible realize that terrorism is prophesied.<\/p>\n

Notice, also, the following<\/p>\n

8 The Lord sent a word against Jacob, And it has fallen on Israel. 9 All the people will know — Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria — … 11 Therefore the Lord shall set up The adversaries of Rezin against him, And spur his enemies on, 12 The Syrians before and the Philistines behind; And they shall devour Israel with an open mouth. (Isaiah 9:8-9, 11-12)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Bible clearly is prophesying problems from some Syrians and some Palestinians. And this would seem to include terrorism.<\/p>\n

While many in Israel believe that the USA will keep it safe in the event of some major devastating conflict, the Bible shows that one day God will remove the protection of Judah:<\/p>\n

7 It shall come to pass that your choicest valleys Shall be full of chariots, And the horsemen shall set themselves in array at the gate.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

8 He removed the protection of Judah<\/strong>. You looked in that day to the armor of the House of the Forest; 9 You also saw the damage to the city of David, That it was great<\/strong>; And you gathered together the waters of the lower pool. 10 You numbered the houses of Jerusalem, And the houses you broke down To fortify the wall. (Isaiah 22:6-10)<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

The tiny nation called Israel is highly descended from the tribe of Judah. Jerusalem is the “city of David” (c2 Kings 14:20). Therefore, scripture is clear that Israel is prophesied to be damaged. Now the prophecy in Isaiah 22 seems to involve people from Iran and Syria. It may well be that those in Gaza will align themselves with them against the nation of Israel.<\/p>\n

Despite Israeli hopes on the US and its President Trump, great damage will come to Jerusalem. That may be a factor in getting Israel to agree to the temporary ‘peace deal’ of Daniel 9:27.<\/p>\n

However, that deal with be broken (cf. Daniel 9:27, 11:31).<\/p>\n

And the time will come when the nation of Israel will lose territory to the Palestinians (for details, see the prophecies in the article Gaza and the Palestinians in Bible Prophecy<\/a>).<\/p>\n
