The State of Illinois has legalized the forced promotion of parts of the LGBTQ-P agenda to school children:<\/p>\n

CHICAGO \u2014Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker signed into law on Friday a bill that ensures the contributions of LGBTQ people are taught in public schools.<\/p>\n

House Bill 246 was introduced by Rep. Anna Moeller to amend the school code to add a more inclusive history curriculum.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn public schools only, the teaching of history shall include a study of the roles and contributions of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people in the history of this country and this State,\u201d the bill states. …<\/p>\n

\u201cOne of the best ways to overcome intolerance is through education and exposure to different people and viewpoints,\u201d State Sen. Heather Steans, who also sponsored the bill, … Steans said. \u201cLGBTQ children and teenagers will also be able to gain new role models who share life experiences with them.\u201d https:\/\/wgntv.com\/2019\/08\/12\/lgbtq-history-curriculum-will-now-be-taught-in-illinois-schools\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The main “contributions” of the LGBTQ crowd is sexual immorality, disease, harm, and pushing against freedom of religion. People who despise biblical admonitions on morality are not proper role models.<\/p>\n

The LGBTQ agenda should not be taught as something appropriate in school<\/p>\n

Illinois has passed a law demanding that LGBTQ+P for Pedophile history must be taught in schools from next year onwards.<\/h2>\n

I hate to be<\/strong> the one to tell you, Christian, but we are losing the battle against the forces of rising darkness here in America, with more ground lost each and every day. Illinois is not the only state to force schools to begin teaching LGBTQ+P for Pedophile history<\/a><\/strong> lessons, and within 2 years, there will not be a state that does not have that as a requirement. When that happens, on what basis then do you stop such wickedness like Drag Queen Story Hour<\/a><\/strong> from taking place in your public library? The answer is you can\u2019t, and you won\u2019t legally be able to do anything about it.<\/p>\n

\u201cWoe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which<\/em> they have prescribed;\u201d Isaiah 10:1<\/a> (KJV)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Why is God<\/strong> allowing this to happen? Because we told Him that He was no longer welcome in our schools, so He left. America as a nation is under the active judgment of God<\/a><\/strong>. Yes it is still the age of grace as far as salvation in the Church Age goes, but nationally it is obvious His judgment is falling upon us.<\/p>\n

\u201cLikewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;\u00a0But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them<\/em> all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.\u201d Luke 17:28<\/a> \u2013 30 (KJV)<\/strong> …<\/p>\n

The bill includes a section that allows the department to implement rules \u201cas necessary\u201d for the law to be enacted and \u201cto ensure the religious neutrality<\/strong> of the textbook block grant program.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cWe think all students are better off when we teach them the full breadth of history,\u201d Brian Johnson, the CEO of the LGBT+ organisation Equality Illinois, said of the piece of legislation last year. \u201cIt makes them more likely to understand that a diverse cast has contributed to our society.\u201d<\/p>\n

The measure passed the state senate by a vote of 34-18 last May.<\/h3>\n

Democrat state<\/strong> Senator Heather Steans, who sponsored the bill, said in a previous statement that \u201cone of the best ways to overcome intolerance is through education and exposure to different people and viewpoints\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cAn inclusive curriculum will not only teach an accurate version of history but also promote acceptance of the LGBT+ community,\u201d she added.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cIt is my hope that teaching students about the valuable contributions LGBT+ individuals have made throughout history will create a safer environment with fewer incidents of harassment. While the USA likes to act like it is the bastion of free speech and freedom of religion, more and more restrictions keep getting proposed.<\/p>\n

Understand that other LGBTQ agenda supporters have published statements like “the truth about religion in America. It also reveals an ugly narrow-mindedness.”<\/p>\n

They want to “educate” children to be opposed to biblical standards of morality.<\/p>\n

The Bible warns about something consistent with that in the last days:<\/p>\n

1<\/strong><\/span> But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: <\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/strong><\/span> For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, <\/span><\/div>\n
3<\/strong><\/span> unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, <\/span><\/div>\n
4<\/strong><\/span> traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, <\/span><\/div>\n
5<\/strong><\/span> having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! <\/span><\/div>\n
6<\/strong><\/span> For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, <\/span><\/div>\n
7<\/strong><\/span> always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. (2 Timothy 3:1-7)
\n<\/span><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Those of us who hold to the idea that sexual relationships are only to be between a man married to a woman are considered to have “ugly narrow-mindedness” by supporters of the LGBTQ movement.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the LGBTQ supporting crowd does not want people to believe the following:<\/p>\n

9<\/strong><\/span> Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, <\/span><\/div>\n
10<\/strong><\/span> nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. <\/span><\/div>\n
11<\/strong><\/span> And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.<\/span> (1 Corinthians 6:9-11)<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Bible not only warns that homosexuality, lesbianism, and cross-dressing are wrong, it also condemns those who condone all forms of sexual immorality:<\/p>\n

5<\/strong> A woman shall not wear anything that pertains to a man, nor shall a man put on a woman\u2019s garment, for all who do so are an abomination to the Lord your God. (Deuteronomy 22:5)<\/p>\n

24<\/strong><\/span> Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, <\/span><\/div>\n
25<\/strong><\/span> who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. <\/span><\/div>\n
26<\/strong><\/span> For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. <\/span><\/div>\n
27<\/strong><\/span> Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. <\/span><\/div>\n
28<\/strong><\/span> And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; <\/span><\/div>\n
29<\/strong><\/span> being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, <\/span><\/div>\n
30<\/strong><\/span> backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, <\/span><\/div>\n
31<\/strong><\/span> undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; <\/span><\/div>\n
32<\/strong><\/span> who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.<\/span> (Romans 1:24-32)<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Sadly, the State of Illinois has joined other states in promoting and condoning sinful behavior. In Canada, quoting parts of Romans 1 in certain ways is essentially banned (watch Canadian censoring of the Bible<\/a><\/span>).<\/p>\n

Many despise the moral teachings of the word of God\u2013this will not end well:<\/p>\n

40 Beware therefore, lest what has been spoken in the prophets come upon you:<\/p>\n

41 \u2018Behold, you despisers,
\nMarvel and perish!
\nFor I work a work in your days,
\nA work which you will by no means believe,
\nThough one were to declare it to you.’\u201d (Acts 13:40-41)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The work of God needs to be done now as Jesus<\/a> said:<\/p>\n

4 I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work.<\/strong> (John 9:4)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The time to do the work is now, while we still can do it! We are seeing more and more signs that “the night is coming when no one can work.<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

That is part of why we in the Continuing<\/em> Church of God<\/a> are preparing for the \u2018short work\u2019 (Romans 9:28) and the coming \u2018famine of the word<\/a>.\u2019<\/p>\n

Despite opposition, a short work will be accomplished (Romans 9:28, Matthew 24:14); see also Preparing for the \u2018Short Work\u2019 and The Famine of the Word<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Then disaster will befall the USA and UK (Daniel 8:24-25 11:39; Isaiah 17:3; Jeremiah 30:7; Matthew 24:21-22), and pride promotions and parades will encourage, not stop this.<\/p>\n

Philadelphia means “love of the brethren.” It is LOVE to properly teach what the Bible teaches, even if some group calls that “ugly narrow-mindedness.”<\/p>\n

We in the Continuing<\/em> Church of God<\/a> will teach and stand up for the truth.<\/p>\n
