Working together is “not a betrayal” and shows love for one’s own country, top diplomat Heiko Maas said at the UN General Assembly, contradicting US President Trump’s anti-globalist speech days before, albeit indirectly.<\/p>\n

The Earth is “ablaze” and humanity faces a number of big issues that can only be faced by countries working together, German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said in his speech before the UN on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

“Anyone who loves their country, ladies and gentlemen, will be committed to cooperation, because only by working together we will all have a future,” Maas said.<\/p>\n

“Cooperation is not a betrayal of one’s own country,” he added, indirectly criticizing US President Donald Trump’s statement earlier in the week that “the future does not belong to globalists,” but “patriots.” …<\/p>\n

“Never again going at it alone \u2014 that is a lesson from our history \u2014 German history \u2014 precisely because it was Germany that 80 years ago unleashed fire and destruction in Europe and the world.”<\/p>\n

Maas also referred to climate change as “the question of humanity’s survival.” …<\/p>\n

First meeting of ‘Alliance for Multilateralism’<\/strong><\/p>\n

Last year, Maas and his French counterpart launched an “Alliance for Multilateralism,”<\/a> a loose group of countries working to boost international cooperation, reform international institutions, and tackle various global issues such as disarmament, digitalization and climate change.<\/p>\n

Addressing the UN on Wednesday, Maas announced he would be welcoming his fellow foreign ministers from some 50 countries who have since joined the alliance for their first official meeting.<\/p>\n

“That is multilateralism in practice,” he added.<\/p>\n

In many ways, Donald Trump’s views are in conflict with what Heiko Maas, and many others want for Europe and the rest of the world. The Alliance for Multilateralism<\/em> is a step towards a new world order.<\/p>\n

According to strategists in Berlin, German interests can only be implemented by establishing an independent German-European global power base, as German elites have long been striving to do. In view of the current \u201cgreat-power rivalry between the United States, Russia and China,\u201d the EU is faced with the \u201cgreat challenge\u201d of adopting a common stance, Maas declared. Two years ago, when he was Germany’s Justice Minister, he pushed for massive control over the Internet:<\/p>\n

Germany has formally announced its draconian push towards censorship of social media.<\/strong> On March 14, Germany\u2019s Justice Minister Heiko Maas announced the plan to formalize into law the \u201ccode of conduct\u201d, which Germany pressed upon Facebook, Twitter and YouTube in late 2015, and which included a pledge to delete \u201chate speech\u201d from their websites within 24 hours.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis [draft law] sets out binding standards for the way operators of social networks deal with complaints and obliges them to delete criminal content,\u201d <\/strong><\/em>Justice Minister Heiko Maas said<\/a> in a statement announcing the planned legislation.<\/p>\n

\u201cCriminal\u201d content? Statements that are deemed illegal under German law are now being conflated with statements that are merely deemed, subjectively and on the basis of entirely random complaints from social media users \u2014 who are free to abuse the code of conduct to their heart\u2019s content \u2014 to be \u201chate speech\u201d. \u201cHate speech\u201d has included critiques<\/a> of Chancellor Angela Merkel\u2019s migration policies. To be in disagreement with the government\u2019s policies is now potentially \u201ccriminal\u201d. Social media companies, such as Facebook, are supposed to be the German government\u2019s informers and enforcers \u2014 qualified by whom and in what way?<\/strong> \u2014 working at the speed of light to comply with the 24-hour rule. Rule of law, clearly, as in North Korea, Iran, Russia or any banana-republic, has no place in this system. \u2026<\/p>\n

It is only a small step from imposing censorship on social media companies to asking the same of email providers, or ordering postal authorities to screen letters, magazines and brochures in the event that citizens spread supposed \u201cxenophobia\u201d and \u201cfake news\u201d. <\/strong>There is ample precedent for such a course of action on the continent: During the Cold War, people living behind the Iron Curtain had their private letters opened by the communist authorities; those passages deemed to be out of line with the communist orthodoxy, were simply blacked out.<\/p>\n

A European payment system set up to circumvent US sanctions on Iran will be ready soon, according to German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas.<\/p>\n

This is yet another move in a global effort to minimize dependence on the US dollar.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to an Al Jazeera<\/em> report<\/a>, Maas recently met with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif in Tehran in an effort to salvage the nuclear arms deal negotiated in 2015. Pres. Trump withdrew the US from the agreement last year.<\/p>\n

The new payment system called INSTEX (Instrument in Support of Trade Exchanges) will allow France, Britain and Germany, along with other EU nations, to continue trade with Iran outside of the dollar-based SWIFT payment system. When EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini announced the plan<\/a>, she said the new payment channel would allow companies to preserve oil and other business deals with Iran despite US sanctions. …<\/p>\n

Weaponizing the Dollar<\/strong><\/p>\n

The United States has taken advantage of the fact that the dollar serves as the world reserve currency by using it as leverage to achieve its foreign policy goals.<\/p>\n

In effect, the US has weaponized the dollar.<\/p>\n

Donald Trump’s sanctions’ policies have motivated Europe to develop a work-around. Europe is intending to push away US dollar dominance.<\/p>\n

  7. He wants to “Europe United”<\/li>\n
  8. He has backed draconian European internet censorship<\/li>\n
  9. He pushed for, and got, a system to bypass the US dollar, which one day may help dethrone it<\/li>\n
  10. He is using Donald Trump’s statements and actions to push for a world order no longer dominated by the USA<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    It should be clear that people like Heiko Maas are pushing Europe to lead an new world order.<\/p>\n

    Leaders, such as US President Donald Trump, are giving them a foil to contrast themselves to.<\/p>\n

    As Donald Trump offends more, various ones in Europe are taking the opportunity to push the globalist agenda forward.<\/p>\n

    The \u201cGreat Sea\u201d that bordered the ancient lands of Israel (Numbers 34:6-7; Joshua 1:4; 9:1; 23:4; Ezekiel 47:13-16) is the Mediterranean Sea–and that is the sea that Daniel was referring to. Hence this is clearly a European power.<\/p>\n

    This is a warring power that will force unity.<\/p>\n

    Forced unity with totalitarian, including financial, control.<\/p>\n

    That is what the New World Order will be like.<\/p>\n
