For First Time Since 2nd Intifada: Abbas Makes Secret Preparations in Case Annexation Goes Through<\/h2>\n

June 11, 2020<\/p>\n

The Palestinian Authority has begun to hide sensitive documents as it braces for possible violence if Israel applies sovereignty over the Jordan Valley, and parts of Judea and Samaria, according to Israeli media reports …<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Palestinian leadership directed its security forces, the Muhabarat, to hide documents in at least two cities, according to Channel 12.<\/p>\n

The last time such a directive was given was in September 2000, the beginning of the Second Intifada, a violent Palestinian uprising that lasted from 2000 until 2005.<\/p>\n

Palestinian sources say the move is preparation by the P.A. for a deterioration in the security situation following the application of Israeli law in the above areas under the aegis of the U.S. \u201cPeace to Prosperity\u201d plan. https:\/\/www.breakingisraelnews.com\/151828\/for-first-time-since-2nd-intifada-abbas-makes-secret-preparations-in-case-annexation-goes-through\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Israeli plan is to take place July 1st. However, yesterday Germany’s Heiko Maas warned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu against annexing parts of the occupied West Bank (see Graduates pick crops in Gaza and Palestinian Authority considers declaring statehood if Israel annexes Judea-Samaria<\/span><\/a>).<\/p>\n

In December 2019, I posted an article titled 20 items to prophetically watch in 2020<\/a>. Here is something from number 7 of those items:<\/p>\n

\n

7. Strife and the Red Horse of War<\/h2>\n

Notice the following:<\/p>\n

3 When He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, \u201cCome and see.\u201d 4 Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword. (Revelation 6:3-4)<\/p>\n

Somewhat paralleling the ride of the second horseman of Revelation 6:3-4, Jesus warned about wars and disturbances \u2026 Notice how the Orthodox Jewish Bible translates the first half of Matthew 24:7:<\/p>\n

\n

For there will be an intifada of ethnic group against ethnic group, \u2026<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

We expect to see more wars, rumors of war, and civil unrest.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

We are seeing this.<\/p>\n

Intifada<\/i> is an Arabic word literally meaning, as a noun, “tremor”, “shivering”, “shuddering.” It is derived from an Arabic term nafada<\/i> meaning “to shake”, “shake off”, “get rid of.” (Intifada. Wikipedia, accessed 06\/11\/20)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Palestinians want to cast off Israeli control.<\/p>\n

Part of the reason that Israel has pushed the annexation issue is that it believes it has an ally with US President Donald Trump, who is up for possible re-election in November. It is likely that Benjamin Netanyahu believes that it may be “now or never” to move towards annexation as Donald Trump may not get re-elected.<\/p>\n

As far as the Trump Administration’s \u201cPeace to Prosperity\u201d plan goes, it has offended the Palestinians. Furthermore, ever since Donald Trump originally announced his intention to move the US Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem on December 6, 2017, Palestinian leaders have stated that they did not want to work with US efforts on a peace plan (e.g. African leaders and Hamas against Deal of the Century, while Netanyahu plans to officially annex more land<\/a> and Palestinians consider Donald Trump\u2019s peace \u2018deal of the century\u2019 worthless<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Yet, according to biblical prophecy some type of peace deal will come to the region BEFORE Jesus returns.<\/p>\n

It will be a temporary<\/strong> \u2018peace deal\u2019 (see the article The \u2018Peace Deal\u2019 of Daniel 9:27<\/a>). It will likely come after some devastation to Israel and others. It is likely that neither the Israelis nor the Palestinians will like the deal very much\u2013but decide to agree to it anyway, especially since it will have a time element. Now, the prophetic reality is that it will not end well for Israel. Lands that Israel currently claims will end up under control by those who are currently in opposition to Israel according to the Bible.<\/p>\n

A European leader will also be involved in this deal.<\/p>\n

Palestinian objections to US involvement will help insure that Europe is involved. The declaration by the Trump Administration related to the Golan Heights, with an opposing position by the EU, is showing more in the region (other than the tiny nation called Israel) that Europe is more inclined to push Arab positions related to peace and territory.<\/p>\n

This is consistent with various biblical prophecies.<\/p>\n

Now, let\u2019s look at Daniel 9:26-27 which shows European involvement in a coming \u2018peace deal\u2019:<\/p>\n

26 And the people of the prince who is to come Shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end of it shall be with a flood, And till the end of the war desolations are determined. 27 Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; But in the middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, Even until the consummation, which is determined, Is poured out on the desolate (Daniel 9:26-27).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The \u2018one week\u2019 has generally been understood by prophecy watchers to mean a seven year deal, that is broken in the middle of it (after 3 1\/2 years).<\/p>\n

There are several reasons that this \u201cprince\u201d in Daniel 9 is referring to the leader of the developing European empire (see King of the North<\/a> and Europa, the Beast, and the Book of Revelation<\/a>). One is that it was the people of the Roman Empire of the 1st century that fulfilled the portion of Daniel 9:26 as they destroyed the city (Jerusalem) in 70 A.D. The European Union includes much of the land and peoples that were part of the ancient Roman Empire. And it is the \u201cprince\u201d coming from that people that verse 27 is referring to. Thus, this prophecy tells us that a lower level European leader will somewhat officially start to rise up about 3 1\/2 years before the Great Tribulation<\/a> (and yes, according to Jesus, some \u201ctribulation\u201d does happen prior to the start of the Great Tribulation<\/a>). Another is the fact that the \u201cbeast of the sea\u201d (Revelation 13:1) fits with the beasts from the \u201cgreat sea\u201d (Daniel 7:2)\u2013and that is the Mediterranean Sea according to the Old Testament\u2013hence this is an empire like the old Roman one (for more details, please see Europa, the Beast, and the Book of Revelation<\/a>).<\/p>\n

After the deal is in place, many will think it is great. Yet, notice something that the Apostle Paul warned:<\/p>\n

3 For when they say, \u201cPeace and safety!\u201d then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. 4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. (1 Thessalonians 5:3-4)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Many will NOT understand but will be deceived about the temporal peace that will come.<\/p>\n

Christians need to watch and pray (Luke 21:36) and not be deceived like the world will be (2 Thessalonians 2:9-12).<\/p>\n

Tensions are rising in the Middle East.<\/p>\n

And we are seeing more and more that nations in the world are not pleased with decisions by the USA and Israel.<\/p>\n

This will lead to the fulfillment of many biblical prophecies.<\/p>\n

We may be witnessing the start of the ride of the red horse of the Apocalypse.<\/p>\n
