The fund has been dubbed \u201coff-budget\u201d and would not have been a directly open contribution to the UK\u2019s annual contribution to the EU. …<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The EU Commission said of the EU\u2019s Military and Civilian operations: \u201cThe European Union has undertaken many overseas operations, using civilian and military instruments in several countries in three continents (Europe, Africa and Asia), as part of its Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP).<\/p>\n

BERLIN\/WASHINGTON<\/span>(Own report) – On the occasion of US President Joe Biden’s inauguration yesterday, the German government is holding out the prospect of closer transatlantic cooperation, while insisting on an independent position, concerning key controversial issues. “We will not always agree with the new administration” despite all the cooperation, German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas announced, after all “Europe” has its own interests. With the Comprehensive Agreement on Investment (CAI) that the EU reached with China, just prior to the change in personnel at the White House, the EU clearly rejects the “decoupling,” advocated by the US government, including the Biden administration. Moreover, yesterday, a leading CDU foreign policy expert published a plea for renewed cooperation with Russia, which is clearly rejected by Washington. In their quest for an independent EU world power status, Berlin and Brussels can rely on majority support within the population. According to a recent survey, 67 percent of the residents of ten EU countries and Great Britain favor greater military independence; two thirds reject siding with the USA in the power struggle with China.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

USA “Broken”<\/h3>\n

The survey commissioned by the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), and conducted after the US elections by Datapraxis and YouGov has arrived at findings that, to a large extent, could be interpreted as being favorable to Berlin’s foreign policy and its quest for the EU’s greater independence. In May 2017, German Chancellor Angela Merkel had summed up the demand for greater independence with the slogan “we Europeans have to take our fate into our own hands.”[1] In the survey, 67 percent agreed that “Europe can’t always rely on the US: we need to look after our own defense capabilities,” only ten percent thought the contrary.[2] At the same time 61 percent believe that the political system of the United States is broken, whereas, only 27 percent think that it still functions well. … there is little willingness to clearly take Washington’s side “if there was a disagreement” between the USA and Russia or, respectively, China. Overall, 57 percent of the respondents think that China will “probably” or even “definitely” become more powerful than the US within the next ten years, only 19 percent were convinced of the contrary. Have no doubts–Europe is developing its own army (Daniel 11:25) and will become the aggressor against the USA in the future per Daniel 11:39.<\/p>\n

Europe already has PESCO, its Permanent Structured Cooperation.<\/p>\n

The Europeans are concluding that they want greater military capability as they have concerns about the USA.<\/p>\n

PESCO and a Great European Army<\/a><\/h3>\n

In November 2018, French President Macron called for a \u201ctrue European army\u201d because of China, Russia, and the USA. Some others in Europe have echoed that sentiment. On November 9, 2018, US President Donald Trump called that an insult, but the next day said that the USA wanted \u201ca very strong Europe.\u201d Emmanuel Macron referred to Donald Trump as \u201cmy friend\u201d and indicated a desire to strengthen Europe\u2019s military spending. In December 2017, 25 European nations agreed to be part of a military alliance called PESCO. Europe also has NATO and IEI. Will Europe end up with \u201ca great army\u201d? Has Donald Trump\u2019s announcement to withdraw from the 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty gotten some to say that Europe must rebel against the USA? Is the idea of a United States of Europe and a European army a \u201cparanoid fantasy\u201d or a biblical reality? Will the USA regret Europe becoming a stronger military power? Will the USA be betrayed by \u201cfriends\u201d such as its continental European allies? Does the Bible teach any or all of this? What about a ‘European Peace Facility’ and talking about peace?<\/p>\n

The Bible shows that a leader will arise in Europe who, though talking peace, eventually will destroy places like the USA, UK, and Canada:<\/p>\n

24 His power shall be mighty, but not by his own power;
\nHe shall destroy fearfully,
\nAnd shall prosper and thrive;
\nHe shall destroy the mighty, and also the holy people.<\/p>\n

25 “Through his cunning
\nHe shall cause deceit to prosper under his rule;
\nAnd he shall exalt himself in his heart.
\nHe shall destroy many in their prosperity. (Daniel 8:24-25)<\/p>\n

39 Thus he shall act against the strongest fortresses with a foreign god, which he shall acknowledge, and advance its glory; and he shall cause them to rule over many, and divide the land for gain (Daniel 11:39).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many<\/strong>: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand. (Daniel 8:25, KJV).<\/p>\n

23 And after the league is made with him he shall act deceitfully<\/strong>, for he shall come up and become strong with a small number of people. 24 He shall enter peaceably<\/strong>, even into the richest places of the province; and he shall do what his fathers have not done, nor his forefathers: he shall disperse among them the plunder, spoil, and riches; and he shall devise his plans against the strongholds, but only for a time. (Daniel 11:23-24, NKJV) <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So this leader gives people the impression that there will be “peace” and is involved in some type of deal. This is the same leader that confirms the covenant in Daniel 9:27. The term is translated as “peace” in Daniel 8:25 is from the Hebrew term shalvah<\/em> and essentially means security. In other words, this leader will destroy “many” who are under the impression that they are secure because of some type of security and\/or trade arrangement. Such arrangements are now commonly referred to as peace deals or treaties.<\/p>\n

He will eliminate the USA and its British-descended allies. But he will also want to control all that he can.<\/p>\n

Notice more about the Beast:<\/p>\n

He will be a successful military leader and the world will marvel because of his defeat of the USA and other nations (cf. Daniel 11:39-43).<\/p>\n

And he will arise talking peace.<\/p>\n

The days of the USA are numbered (watch Is the USA Prophesied to be Destroyed by 2028<\/a>).<\/p>\n

When will this fully be in place?<\/p>\n

After the Gospel of the Kingdom of God<\/a> has sufficiently reached the world the end comes and the Beast will rise up (Matthew 24:14-22, Revelation 13).<\/span><\/p>\n

We are getting closer to that day.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jesus warned many would be distracted in the end times (cf. Matthew 24:36-44). Jesus also warned:<\/p>\n

34 “But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly. 35 For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36 Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.” (Luke 21:34-36)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Understand that in the end time, most Christians are NOT Philadelphian<\/a> and will NOT be counted worthy to escape what will come to pass.<\/p>\n
