Protestant … Robert AJ Gagnon was suspended by Facebook on Tuesday for 24 hours after speaking out against transgenderism and President Joe Biden\u2019s new transgender military policy. Facebook claimed that Gagnon\u2019s critique of this ideology violated the social media\u2019s \u201cCommunity Standards on violence and incitement.\u201d<\/p>\n

The post was ironically referring to another post written by his friend, Laurie Higgins, who was suspended for seven-days for blasting Biden\u2019s policy.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere was absolutely no incitement to violence on our part. We abhor violence done to any person,\u201d Gagnon told PJ Media<\/em><\/a>. \u201cThis is just a thinly veiled and pathetic excuse for censorship of any critical views toward trans-tyranny over our consciences, religion, and reason.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOnly one point of view is being allowed,\u201d he said. \u201cTrump was not the great danger to the Republic. Left-wing canceling is.\u201d …<\/p>\n

    Facebook should not suspend someone for something like that.<\/p>\n

    The DTPA is essentially the criminalization of speech, expression, and thought<\/strong>. It takes cancel culture a step further and all but outlaws unpopular opinions<\/a>. This act will empower intelligence, law enforcement, and even military wings of the American ruling class to crack down on individuals adhering to certain belief systems and ideologies.<\/span> …<\/p>\n

    Those who read the bill aren\u2019t so gung ho to shred the Constitution<\/h2>\n

    Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard<\/a> has some serious reservations.\u00a0<\/span>In a recent interview<\/span><\/a> on Fox News Primetime, Gabbard stated that the bill effectively criminalizes half of the country<\/span> …<\/p>\n

    Even the ACLU<\/span><\/a>, one of the weakest organizations on civil liberties in the United States, has spoken out. While the ACLU was only concerned with how the bill would affect minorities or \u201cbrown people,\u201d the organization stated that the legislation, while set forth under the guise of countering white supremacy, would eventually be used against non-white people.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The ACLU\u2019s statement is true. <\/span><\/p>\n

    As with similar bills submitted under the guise of \u201cprotecting\u201d Americans against outside threats, this bill will inevitably expand further. The stated goals of the DPTA are far-reaching and frightening enough. It would amount to an official declaration of the end to Free Speech.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Soon there will be no rights left for Americans<\/h2>\n

    All my life, I have dismissed paranoids on the right (“America is headed to communism”) and the left (“It can happen here” \u2013 referring to fascism). It’s not that I’ve ever believed liberty was guaranteed. Being familiar with history and a pessimist regarding the human condition, I never believed that.<\/p>\n

    But the ease with which police state tactics have been employed and the equal ease with which most Americans have accepted them have been breathtaking.<\/p>\n

    People will argue that a temporary police state has been justified because of the allegedly unique threat to life posed by the new coronavirus. I do not believe the data will bear that out. Regardless, let us at least agree that we are closer to a police state than ever in American history.<\/p>\n

    “Police state” does not mean totalitarian state. America is not a totalitarian state; we still have many freedoms. In a totalitarian state, this article could not be legally published, and if it were illegally published, I would be imprisoned and\/or executed. But we are presently living with all four of the key hallmarks of a police state:<\/p>\n

    No. 1: Draconian laws depriving citizens of elementary civil rights.<\/p>\n

    The federal, state, county and city governments are now restricting almost every freedom …<\/p>\n

    No. 2: A mass media supportive of the state’s messaging and deprivation of rights. …<\/p>\n

    No. 3: Use of police.<\/p>\n

    Police departments throughout America have agreed to enforce these laws and edicts with what can only be described as frightening alacrity. …<\/p>\n

    No. 4: Snitches.<\/p>\n

    How do the police dispatchers learn of lawbreakers such as families playing softball in a public park, lone joggers without face masks, etc.? From their fellow citizens snitching on them. The mayor of New York City, Bill de Blasio, set up a “snitch line,” whereby New Yorkers were told to send authorities photos of fellow New Yorkers violating any of the quarantine laws. Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti similarly encouraged snitching, unabashedly using the term. …<\/p>\n

    Bill Weir, CNN chief climate correspondent, wrote an open letter to his newborn son. In it, he wrote of his idealized future for America: “completely new forms of power, food, construction, transportation, economics and politics.”<\/p>\n

    You cannot get there without a police state.<\/p>\n

    Yes, Americans, it can happen here and has. As far as “snitches” go, in nearby Arroyo Grande they even set up a snitch hotline and app. Arroyo Grande is in San Luis Obispo County. According to a report on the local news near the time the ‘hotline; was set up, there was a total of 1 person in San Luis Obispo County in the hospital for COVID-19. There are at least 5 hospitals in San Luis Obispo County.<\/p>\n

    The Bible warns of a coming totalitarian dictatorship to arise in Europe (cf. Revelation 13).<\/p>\n

    But prior to that fully coming, it has the following warnings that look to be applicable to the USA:<\/p>\n

    25 … There shall be terror within<\/strong> (Deuteronomy 32:5,25)<\/p>\n

    12 \u201cCry and wail, son of man; For it will be against My people, Against all the princes of Israel. Terrors including the sword will be against My people<\/strong>; Therefore strike your thigh. (Ezekiel 21:12)<\/p>\n

    5 Also they are afraid of<\/strong> height, And of terrors in the way<\/strong> (Ecclesiastes 12:5).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    While the above most certainly includes what we tend to consider as violent acts of terrorism, it also looks to include terror caused by governments–like a police state. That last statement is also consistent with the following prophecy:<\/p>\n

    1 Hear my voice, O God, in my meditation;
    \nPreserve my life from fear of the enemy.
    \n2 Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked,
    \nFrom the rebellion of the workers of iniquity,
    \n3 Who sharpen their tongue like a sword,
    \nAnd bend their bows to shoot their arrows \u2014 bitter words,
    \n4 That they may shoot in secret at the blameless;
    \nSuddenly they shoot at him and do not fear.<\/p>\n

    5 They encourage themselves in an evil matter;
    \nThey talk of laying snares secretly;
    \nThey say, \u201cWho will see them?\u201d
    \n6 They devise iniquities:
    \n\u201cWe have perfected a shrewd scheme.\u201d
    \nBoth the inward thought and the heart of man are deep. (Psalms 64:1-6)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    As posted here before, while you might think that if you have done nothing wrong, you have nothing to fear from surveillance, consider that many running the government of the USA consider that not supporting homosexual marriages<\/a>, cross-dressing<\/a>, abortion<\/a>, etc. are extremist. Years ago, I saw someone once on a documentary that stated that people who believed in the millennium<\/a> could not be trusted and should be considered as potential domestic terrorists. The fact that we in the Continuing<\/em> Church of God<\/a> would be considered pacifists<\/a>, does not change the fact that since we hold to millennial and other biblical views that we will not be improperly classified by government employees with various agendas.<\/p>\n

    The USA is moving towards being a totalitarian state.<\/p>\n

    Its top leadership wants to stop aspects of the Bible from being taught.<\/p>\n

    America as we have known, changed a lot in the past year and will change further in the wrong direction.<\/p>\n

    America needs to repent, but will not do so:<\/p>\n

    5\u2026But the Assyrian shall be his king, Because they refused to repent. 6 And the sword shall slash in his cities, Devour his districts, And consume them, Because of their own counsels. 7 My people are bent on backsliding from Me. Though they call to the Most High, None at all exalt Him. (Hosea 11:5b-7)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
