It is the policy of my Administration to support women\u2019s and girls\u2019 sexual and reproductive health and rights in the United States, as well as globally<\/strong>. The Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2151b(f)(1)), prohibits nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) that receive Federal funds from using those funds \u201cto pay for the performance of abortions as a method of family planning, or to motivate or coerce any person to practice abortions.\u201d<\/strong> The August 1984 announcement by President Reagan of what has become known as the \u201cMexico City Policy\u201d directed the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to expand this limitation and withhold USAID family planning funds from NGOs that use non-USAID funds to perform abortions, provide advice, counseling, or information regarding abortion, or lobby a foreign government to legalize abortion or make abortion services more easily available. These restrictions were rescinded by President Clinton in 1993, reinstated by President George W. Bush in 2001, and rescinded by President Obama in 2009. President Trump substantially expanded these restrictions by applying the policy to global health assistance provided by all executive departments and agencies (agencies). These excessive conditions on foreign and development assistance undermine the United States\u2019 efforts to advance gender equality globally by restricting our ability to support women\u2019s health …<\/div>\n

Sec. 2. Revocations and Other Actions. (a) The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall review the Title X Rule and any other regulations governing the Title X program that impose undue restrictions on the use of Federal funds or women\u2019s access to complete medical information and shall consider, as soon as practicable, whether to suspend, revise, or rescind, or publish for notice and comment proposed rules suspending, revising, or rescinding, those regulations, consistent with applicable law, including the Administrative Procedure Act.<\/strong><\/p>\n

(b) The Presidential Memorandum of January 23, 2017 (The Mexico City Policy), is revoked.<\/p>\n

(c) The Secretary of State, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Administrator of USAID, and appropriate officials at all other agencies involved in foreign assistance shall take all steps necessary to implement this memorandum, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law. …<\/p>\n

This memorandum reaffirms and supplements the principles established in the Presidential Memorandum of December 6, 2011 (International Initiatives to Advance the Human Rights of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Persons). That memorandum, for the first time, directed executive departments and agencies (agencies) engaged abroad to ensure that United States diplomacy and foreign assistance promote and protect the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender persons everywhere. This memorandum builds upon that historic legacy and updates the 2011 memorandum. …<\/p>\n

Biden announced the push during a forceful speech at the State Department, vowing to rebuild US credibility worldwide.<\/p>\n

Few days after Joe Biden emerged winner of the November 3, 2020 presidential election, Dr. Emeka Nwosu, a former Special Adviser on Media and Public Affairs to ex-Senate President, Evan Enwerem, had told Africans, especially Nigerians that Biden should not be judged by the works of his former boss, Barrack Obama, who sanctioned LGTB rights and promoted Antichrist.<\/p>\n

Yes, pushing the LGBTQI agenda is against Jesus the Christ. The USA is once again proclaiming that and promoting sin around the world. Joe Biden claims that promoting sin is repairing its moral leadership–no that is pushing immoral leadership. Sadly, this is NOT unique to Joe Biden himself, as the Obama-Biden Administration also took a similar approach on various topics (e.g. USA pushing gender confusion<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The Bible condemns not only sinning but approving sin:<\/p>\n

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness \u202622 \u2026 professing to be wise, they became fools, \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

24 Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, 25 who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, \u2026<\/p>\n

26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.<\/p>\n

The USA is NOT exempt from biblical warnings! It is a lie to believe that promoting the LGBTQ+ agenda is morally good.<\/p>\n

The USA will, within the next couple of decades, be no more (watch Is the USA prophesied to be destroyed by 2028?<\/a>). The agenda its government is pushing cannot succeed and is contributing to its decline and ultimate destruction:<\/p>\n

20 Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! (Isaiah 5:20)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Promoting LGBTQ+ \u2018rights,\u2019 as well as funding abortions, is putting darkness for light.<\/p>\n

Speaking of funding–this funding is being done through increasing USA debt.<\/p>\n

The USA is the most indebted nation of all time and that is one of the reasons the prophet Habakkuk was inspired to prophesy it would fall in Habakkuk 2:6-8, in the appointed time of the end (Habakkuk 2:2-3).<\/p>\n

To increase that debt further, last week Vice President Kamala Harris cast the deciding vote in the US Senate for another $1.9 trillion in debt–and even if that does not fully happen, the Biden-Harris plan is to increase debt!<\/p>\n

They have also threatened to reduce religious rights and want to hamper biblical speech.<\/p>\n

Those of us who believe the Bible know that the time is coming (and in modern times because of ‘hate speech laws\u2019 and actions), when the following will be fulfilled:<\/p>\n

13 Therefore the prudent keep silent at that time, For it is an evil time. (Amos 5:13)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Until then, however, we in the Continuing<\/em> Church of God are striving to fulfill the following:<\/p>\n

1 \u201cCry aloud, spare not; Lift up your voice like a trumpet; Tell My people their transgression, And the house of Jacob their sins. (Isaiah 58:1)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The pushing of abortions, debt, and the LGBTQ+ agenda is sinful and needs to be denounced.<\/p>\n

These are sins of the \u2018house of Jacob,\u2019 which includes the USA (see Anglo \u2013 America in Prophecy & the Lost Tribes of Israel<\/a>).<\/p>\n

This will not end well for the USA–it will be destroyed (Romans 1:32).<\/p>\n

One of the reasons why it will be destroyed is that even though it needs to repent, it will not do so. Even that is prophesied:<\/p>\n

1 “When Israel was a child, I loved him …<\/p>\n

5 … But the Assyrian shall be his king,
\nBecause they refused to repent.
\n6 And the sword shall slash in his cities,
\nDevour his districts,
\nAnd consume them,
\nBecause of their own counsels. (Hosea 11:1,5b-6)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Yes, counsels like the LGBTQ+ agenda, abortion, and debt is not good.<\/p>\n

Yes, counsels that do not understand what the Bible prophecies.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, do not believe that its military cannot be taken over as Daniel 11:39 shows that power with the strongest military will be taken over (see also USA in Prophecy: The Strongest Fortresses<\/a><\/span>)!<\/p>\n

This coming takeover looks to highly likely to happen THIS DECADE!<\/p>\n

Will you fall for the LGBTQ+ agenda and\/or have confidence in debt?<\/p>\n

Can you see what is happening enough to fully repent and turn to Jesus?<\/p>\n

Hopefully, you will change your life and support the work of God in these last days.<\/p>\n
