Although relatively few in the West seem to know much about it as it gets very little coverage from the mainstream media, the Russian-dominated Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) is working to gain increased influence, as well as to work with China.<\/p>\n

A Russian-Chinese Partnership Against America?<\/h2>\n

CHINA AND Russia consider themselves great powers, and there is agreement in both Beijing and Moscow on cooperating to limit or constrain<\/a> America\u2019s ability to dominate international relations and challenge their sovereignty. Moscow and Beijing are committed to multipolarity and a spheres of interest approach, where each state can regulate its periphery without U.S. interference. This close partnership will likely continue as long as Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin remain in office, and it is probably durable enough to survive if either or both of these leaders steps down or dies. Both have arranged for their rule to continue\u2014indefinitely in the case of Xi, and to 2036 in the case of Putin, assuming he decides to stay in office that long. Each regime is acting as a pragmatic, nationalist great power, and each sees its interests as far more compatible with the other power than with the United States. …<\/p>\n

Moscow continues to promote the idea of a Russia-China-India triangle, the brainchild of former Foreign Minister Yevgeny Primakov\u2014to counterbalance the United States and its alliances. To this effect, Russia attempted to broker an agreement between India and China over tensions along the Actual Line of Control on the sidelines of the 2020 Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting in Moscow. Russia\u2019s goal may be to enmesh China in a web of agreements and institutions that would constrain its efforts at establishing hegemony in South and Central Asia. However, Russia is contending with the United States and its Indo-Pacific strategy for influence in New Delhi and has been selling high-tech weaponry to India to strengthen the bilateral relationship. In addition, Russia is building political and trade ties with Southeast Asia, hedging against excessive reliance on China. …<\/p>\n

A rising China will likely challenge the United States for global hegemony, which could result in armed conflict. If this occurs, it is unlikely that Russia would back China militarily. It is even less likely that China would actively support Russia in the event of a conflict in Europe. Should conflict break out in one region, though, Washington would be hard-pressed to deal effectively with a crisis in the second. …<\/p>\n

The Russian-Chinese economic relationship has expanded in recent years and will likely continue to grow modestly. In 2019, bilateral trade was over $110 billion, although trade declined in 2020 as a result of overall slowdowns from COVID-19 restrictions. There are distinct complementarities in the relationship: Russia exports oil, natural gas, other raw materials, and weapons to China, while China exports mostly finished goods to Russia. This trade structure is not likely to change much in the near future. …<\/p>\n

The Biden Administration has not changed this direction:<\/p>\n

U.S. relations with its two biggest geo-political rivals are facing severe tests as President Joe Biden tries to assert America’s place in the world and distinguish himself from his predecessor.<\/p>\n

Airing myriad complaints, the Biden administration took an extraordinarily tough line with China and Russia this past week. Public spats between the countries erupted as Biden characterized Russian President Vladimir Putin as a \u201ckiller\u201d and his top national security aides excoriated China for a litany of issues. https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/wireStory\/us-ties-russia-china-sink-biden-toes-tough-76578634<\/a><\/p>\n

March 22, 2021<\/p>\n

There was a “strong smell of gunpowder<\/a>” when American and Chinese diplomats met in Anchorage beginning March 18. That’s according to Zhao Lijian of China’s foreign ministry, speaking just hours after the first day of U.S.-China talks concluded.<\/p>\n

“Gunpowder” is one of those words Beijing uses when it wants others to know war is on its mind. …<\/p>\n

China’s regime continues to talk about China’s rise, but now Beijing’s propaganda line is shifting in ominous ways. Ruler Xi Jinping’s new narrative is that China is leading the “East.” In a landmark speech he gave at the end of last year, he stated<\/a> “the East is rising and the West is declining.” …<\/p>\n

Mao Zedong, Xi’s hero, saw China leading Africa and the peoples of Asia against the West, so Xi’s notion of global division is nothing new, but Mao’s successors for the most part dropped such racially charged talk as they sought to strengthen their communist state with Western cash and technology.<\/p>\n

Deng Xiaoping, Mao’s mostly pragmatic successor, counseled China to “hide capabilities, bide time.” Xi, however, believes China’s time has come in part because, he feels, America is in terminal decline. https:\/\/www.gatestoneinstitute.org\/17196\/china-civilizational-war<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Russia, China, and many others in Asia see the USA as in decline. And they want to push the USA aside–and have been taking steps to help themselves do so.<\/p>\n

Between Russia’s Eurasian Union and China’s Belt and Road Initiative, also called the Silk Road project, much of Asia is uniting. Basically, China is building roads and shipping ports so that goods can travel better to and from China to Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.<\/p>\n

But this increased cooperation and infrastructure building will also make it easier to transport troops to fulfill the following prophecy related to Armageddon:<\/p>\n

12 Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared. 13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.<\/p>\n

15 \u201cBehold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.\u201d<\/p>\n

16 And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, Armageddon. (Revelation 16:12-16)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The timing of the Belt and Road Initiative, as well as other Asian cooperation, is consistent with the need for travel infrastructure related to Armageddon. Yes, what is happening now is essentially a prelude ultimately to Armageddon.<\/p>\n

So, what could a Russian dominated group like the EAEU have to do with any of this?<\/p>\n

Well the Bible prophesies that a power from the north (Russia) will have many nations with it and one day eliminate the European Babylonian, King of the North<\/a>, Beast:<\/p>\n

9 For behold, I will raise and cause to come up against Babylon
\nAn assembly of great nations from the north country<\/strong>,
\nAnd they shall array themselves against her;
\nFrom there she shall be captured.
\nTheir arrows shall be like those of an expert warrior;
\nNone shall return in vain. (Jeremiah 50:9)<\/p>\n

50:41 Behold, a people shall come from the north<\/strong>,
\nAnd a great nation and many kings
\nShall be raised up from the ends of the earth<\/strong>.
\n42 They shall hold the bow and the lance;
\nThey are cruel and shall not show mercy.
\nTheir voice shall roar like the sea;
\nThey shall ride on horses,
\nSet in array, like a man for the battle,
\nAgainst you, O daughter of Babylon. (Jeremiah 50:41-42).<\/p>\n

44<\/strong><\/span> But news from the east and the north shall trouble him<\/strong>; therefore he shall go out with great fury to destroy and annihilate many. (Daniel 11:44)<\/span><\/div>\n

1 The burden against Babylon which Isaiah the son of Amoz saw.<\/p>\n

2 \u201cLift up a banner on the high mountain, Raise your voice to them; Wave your hand, that they may enter the gates of the nobles. 3 I have commanded My sanctified ones; I have also called My mighty ones for My anger\u2013Those who rejoice in My exaltation.\u201d 4 The noise of a multitude in the mountains, Like that of many people! A tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together!<\/strong> The LORD of hosts musters The army for battle. 5 They come from a far country<\/strong>, From the end of heaven\u2013The LORD and His weapons of indignation, To destroy the whole land. 6 Wail, for the day of the LORD is at hand! It will come as destruction from the Almighty. 7 Therefore all hands will be limp, Every man\u2019s heart will melt, 8 And they will be afraid. Pangs and sorrows will take hold of them; They will be in pain as a woman in childbirth; They will be amazed at one another; Their faces will be like flames (Isaiah 13:1-8).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Bible shows that an end time confederation that has a distance to travel\u2013apparently a type of union of powers from the east including Russia, who is also the major power of the far north–will form.<\/p>\n

The “him” and “he” of Daniel 11:44 is the European<\/a> King of the North<\/a>. The EAEU is basically north and east of Europe.<\/p>\n

And China, who has officially remained outside of the EAEU, but wants to work with it, is busily working on making roads that cross all over Asia–including roads in nations that are part of the EAEU (watch also Is China paving roads to Armageddon?<\/a>).<\/p>\n

While in the USA, its President Biden is pushing against RUssia and China, they and others in Asia are looking at a massive alliance.<\/p>\n

World events are aligning with properly understood biblical prophecies.<\/p>\n

Steps towards Armageddon are happening. Yet, most of the mainstream media seems oblivious to this as they do not respect the Bible nor understand how world events are aligning with many of its prophecies.<\/p>\n

As Jesus said: “And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!” <\/span>(Mark 13:37).<\/p>\n
