Countries should unite against China’s growing economic and geopolitical coercion or risk being singled out and punished by Beijing, former Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has told the BBC. <\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Mr Rudd said governments in the West should not be afraid to challenge China on issues such as human rights.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Around the world, countries are navigating a new geopolitical order framed by the rising dominance of China.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Following now completed joint war games held by the US, Japan, France and Australia in the East China Sea off the southwest coast of Japan earlier this month, China has lashed out particularly at its large regional neighbor Australia, calling its military “weak” and “insignificant”<\/strong> at a moment the two are locked in\u00a0a severe trade and diplomatic tit-for-tat dispute.<\/p>\n

Beijing voiced specific threats and warnings via its state-run English language mouthpiece Global Times<\/em>, which recently wrote<\/a>, “Australia’s military is too weak to be a worthy opponent of China, and if it dares to interfere in a military conflict for example in the Taiwan Straits, its forces will be among the first to be hit<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

“Australia must not think it can hide from China if it provokes,” <\/strong>the report continued with its threats. “Australia is within range of China’s conventional warhead-equipped DF-26 intermediate-range ballistic missile.” https:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/geopolitical\/china-warns-australias-military-weak-will-be-first-hit-any-war-western-alliance<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

China may well go after Australia first once the USA is attacked by the European King of the North<\/a> (cf. Daniel 11:39).<\/p>\n

Militarily, the Aussies concluded decades ago that they would want to rely on the USA for defense.<\/p>\n

It is in agreement with the USA on various matters related to China (e.g. \u2018Five Eyes: Is the alliance in trouble over China?\u2019 as New Zealand does not endorse condemnation of China over Uyghur treatment<\/a> and USA and Australia have concerns over China\u2019s \u2018Belt and Road Initiative,\u2019 but the new \u2018Silk Road\u2019 has prophetic ramifications<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Australia will likely find out that China will take it over (watch Are Chinese threats against Australia for real?<\/a>). Notice steps it was looking to take last Summer:<\/p>\n

There is one threat, in five letters, that sits, unspoken, at the centre of the strategy \u2013 China. Australia now realises it lacks the tools for holding hostile forces of a major adversary at bay.<\/p>\n

That major adversary, which is about to deploy its third aircraft carrier, has developed its military capability much faster than a complacent Canberra imagined just four years ago.<\/p>\n

And China under Xi Jinping has demonstrated a more aggressively ambitious intent, too. Xi has cast aside the pretence of mutual respect and is now striving openly for dominance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

What Canberra imagined might happen in 2030 has already happened in 2020. So Australia will now buy long-range ballistic missiles capable of striking enemy ships that might be blockading trade or coercing Australia or its regional friends.<\/p>\n

Only a few years ago, directed energy weapons firing destructive invisible lasers seemed the stuff of sci-fi. Australia hopes to defend itself, but must realize that China is too powerful.<\/p>\n

The US military has serious problems and will NOT be able to protect Australia and other parts of the world in the future.<\/p>\n

As regular readers of this page are aware, since 2009 (in my book 2012 and the Rise of the Secret Sect<\/em>), I wrote that China may take over Australia, and possibly New Zealand. Since I wrote that, my belief in that outcome has increased.<\/p>\n

Alliances will NOT be able to protect Australia against powers like China.<\/p>\n

Years ago, Australia concluded that it had to rely on the US to stop a power like China. And it has taken steps, but they will not be enough.<\/p>\n

On June 24, 2010, the day it was announced that she became Prime Minister of Australia, I warned that I felt that Julia Gillard would take steps to fulfill prophecies that also could get the Chinese interested in taking over Australia (see Australia Now Has a Female Prime Minister: Prophetic Ramifications?<\/a>).<\/p>\n

And that happened.<\/p>\n

The Chinese paper \u2018Global Times\u2019 has carried threats in 2011 and 2016 suggesting the China would militarily intervene against Australia. It has declared that Australia is a \u2018paper cat,\u2019 that China will get revenge against it, and that Australia would be no more. Is this possible? Are there biblical and other reasons to think that this threat is real? The current world order dominated by the USA, and formerly by the British Empire is being changed. The Bible shows that the time of Jacob\u2019s trouble (Jeremiah 30:7) is getting nearer\u2013and that will greatly affect the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand which have descendants from Jacob, also known as Israel.<\/p>\n

China is trying to rise up and spread its influence. It is not pleased with interference from the USA or Australia.<\/p>\n

Australia will be taken over, and it is most likely that China will be involved.<\/p>\n
