The government of Quebec takes totalitarianism to a whole new level by evoking the equivalent of the War Measures Act to go after and censor social media websites. A Quebec Liberal Party appointed judge named Me Alain Gelinas suspended the Canadian Constitution, suspended the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, suspended the Civil Code of Quebec, and suspended The Quebec Charter of Human Rights in targeting the censorship of social media on the Internet, such as blogs, FACEBOOK and other free speech sites.<\/p>\n

The judge set a legal precedent by redefining posting an idea on the Internet as solicitation, without the need for witnesses that someone has been solicited and without requiring evidence that someone in Quebec has even seen your Internet post.<\/p>\n

The judge also sets a legal precedent that says that Quebec has legal jurisdiction over all Internet sites worldwide that can be seen by a resident of Quebec and overrides\/nullifies all Terms of Service Agreements in other jurisdictions. These broad sweeping measures now gives the Quebec government the right to censor, to control, to prosecute and to suppress information and people on the Internet anywhere in the world, that the government deems is a THOUGHT-CRIME.. These Orwellian measures gives Big Brother the power now to charge you with an offence even before it is committed, called PRE-CRIME.<\/p>\n

The judge also sets a legal precedent in Quebec for the first time in over 100 years that “you are guilty, until proven innocent”, reversing the presumption of innocent until proven guilty. …<\/p>\n

THOUGHT-CRIME CONVICTION: Freedom of Expression is now expressly prohibited in Quebec with the “precedent” conviction. People being targeted for censorship and punishment are people who expresses an opinion on FACEBOOK, TWITTER, blogs, social networks or anywhere on the Internet someone in the government of Quebec disagrees with. The government of Quebec sets a “precedent”, saying posting anything on the Internet is now defined as solicitation, even if nobody in Quebec has seen it.
\nPRE-CRIME CONVICTION: The government’s theory of PRE-CRIME is to catch a crime before it happens, and charge someone with crimes they might commit in the future. This is right out of Hollywood blockbuster “The Minority Report”, starring Tom Cruise and George Orwell’s book 1984. The government of Quebec’s goal is to punish innocent people before an offence can happen. Someone in the government of Quebec simply pointing a finger at you is enough to make you guilty, even without witnesses or concrete evidence. So what if you did not commit a crime; you are guilty simply because you might do it in the future?<\/p>\n

GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE FABRICATES AND PLANTS FALSE EVIDENCE AS STANDARD PROCEDURE: Since the government of Quebec had no witnesses in Quebec and no evidence for the case against Ambassador Kam, the AUTHORITY fabricated false evidence against him, which they call standard procedure. It is highly disturbing that the AUTHORITY fabricated false evidence by having one of their employees hack into the green stock exchange blog. Alberta\u2019s NDP says Christian school cannot state that God\u2019s authority supersedes human authority<\/h2>\n

Alberta\u2019s NDP government has made the next move against religious schools in the province\u2014and this time, they\u2019ve dropped any pretence that their ongoing attacks on religious schools are anything short of crass bigotry. At the end of August, Education Minister David Eggen announced<\/a>\u00a0that funding would be pulled from Christian schools that refused to accept Gay-Straight Alliance Clubs.\u00a0 \u2026<\/p>\n

The NDP attacks on schools began as a radical progressive government forcing LGBT ideology into communities that did not want it, and have now metastasized into a blunt declaration by the government that schools cannot govern themselves according to their Christian beliefs. \u201cDiversity\u201d must be respected, by which the NDP means that a diverse array of religious schools must accept progressive ideology and accede to their demands or face further attacks from the government. This is no longer simply about Gay Straight Alliance clubs\u2014the NDP is telling Christian schools that they cannot teach Christian doctrine, cannot state their belief that the Bible is God\u2019s Word, cannot respect the primary role of parents in the education process, and cannot state that the biblical worldview is true.<\/p>\n

And, most tellingly, the NDP had a problem with one school noting that God\u2019s authority superseded man\u2019s authority\u2014because\u00a0they do not believe that to be true<\/em>. They believe that\u00a0they<\/em>\u00a0are the final authority on\u00a0everything<\/em>, which is why they demanded that a Christian school remove acknowledgement of God\u2019s sovereignty from their mission statement.\u00a0https:\/\/thebridgehead.ca\/2018\/09\/28\/albertas-ndp-says-christian-school-cannot-state-that-gods-authority-supersedes-human-authority\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Our Constitution has religion hard-wired into it \u2014 the word Catholic is in our Constitution four times, specifically to protect religious education. That\u2019s part of the grand bargain of Canada, uniting French Canada and English Canada.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s shocking, but it\u2019s not surprising. Christianity has been driven out of the public square everywhere in Canada. But surely this is a new low \u2014 Christianity is actually being banned in a Christian school.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Government bureaucrats would never dream of telling Muslim schools they couldn\u2019t teach passages from the Koran \u2014 even ones that call for the murder of infidels and apostates. But banning the Bible is now official school board policy.<\/p>\n

And, not surprisingly, the media and the political class are silent. Even supposedly Christian or conservative politicians are keeping their heads down \u2014 they don\u2019t want to be attacked by the leftist mob at the CBC.<\/p>\n

The school board is digging in. They\u2019re closing ranks around Laurie Skori the chair. They\u2019re bullying the school. David Eggen, the NDP education minister, he hates Christian schools, wants to shut them down, has taken steps to shut others down. While Canada has professed to have respect for religious views in general, and Christian ones in particular, its government officials do not accept scripture.<\/span><\/p>\n

Canada plans to punish hate speech pre-crime <\/strong><\/p>\n

If passed, a bill in the Canadian legislature will punish online or in-person \u201chate speech\u201d with a fine up to C$20,000 (about $16,000 USD) if it targets a specific person.<\/p>\n

The law states that \u201chate speech<\/strong><\/em> means the content of a communication that expresses detestation or vilification of an individual or group of individuals on the basis of a prohibited ground of discrimination.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Nice and vague, just the way they like it.<\/p>\n

The law also allows the courts to intervene if a person fears <\/em>they will be the target of a hatred motivated offense.<\/p>\n

So basically it\u2019s like pre-crime. If a potential victim feels that you might<\/em> hate them, they can apply for what is essentially a restraining order. What\u2019s more, the judge can demand that you surrender weapons, wear a GPS monitor, remain under house arrest, abstain from alcohol, and submit to drug tests.<\/p>\n

This is all without being charged, let alone convicted, of any crime.<\/p>\n
