Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz discussed the recent Iran missile attack on an Israeli-owned ship off the coast of Oman reports 0404. \u201cThe recent attack is an escalation. We must act against them now.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, in Washington, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken vowed a joint response to the attack telling<\/a> reporters at the U.S. State Department on Monday.\u201cWe are in very close contact, in coordination with the United Kingdom, Israel, Romania, and other countries. And there will be a collective response.\u201d<\/div>\n

The Mercer Street attack<\/strong><\/h3>\n
\n

The Liberian-flagged oil tanker Mercer Street came under attack <\/a>just northeast of the Omani island of Masirah in the Arabian Sea on Thursday night. Two crewmen were killed, one of them a British security guard and the other from Romania. Angry words are being traded, diplomats are being summoned to foreign ministries and threats of retaliation made public after a deadly drone attack on a merchant tanker last week. Britain, the US and Israel all blame Iran, which has vehemently denied it while vowing a severe response to anything that harms its interests.<\/b> …<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

There have been several previous attacks on Israeli-linked shipping this year, all blamed on Iran and all denied by Tehran. Israel is also presumed to have been behind a mysterious explosion on the hull of an Iranian military supply ship<\/a>, the Saviz, in April in the Red Sea.<\/p>\n

\n

This is all part of what’s been called “the shadow war” between Iran and Israel. It’s a dangerous game of tit-for-tat that includes Israel’s suspected assassinations of Iranian nuclear scientists and its successful attempts to sabotage Iran’s nuclear development programmes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Up until now, no-one has been killed in the attacks on shipping.<\/p>\n

An intelligence blunder?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

If, as Britain, the US and Israel claim, Iran was behind the attack then it was almost certainly a blunder by Iranian intelligence. …<\/p>\n

Those three countries have all vowed to respond and while publicly they maintain a united stance they do have differing agendas. https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/world-middle-east-58061401<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We will see what the USA, UK, and\/or Israel will do.<\/p>\n

But there are likely to be at least long-term consequences from any military action.<\/p>\n

Despite its posturing and relative military strength, Iran will be somehow effectively neutralized (cf. Ezekiel 32:24). This could perhaps be from an attack involving Israel and\/or internal civil unrest — this could also include electromagnetic (EMP) or similar weapons used against Iran (Jeremiah 49:34-39).<\/p>\n

It is of prophetic interest to note that the small nation of Israel is prophesied to one day be attacked by some that seem to have connection to Iran and its ally Syria (Isaiah 22:1-14). …<\/p>\n

Iran may decide to strike out against Israel, and likely Jerusalem (cf. Isaiah 22:7-8) if it determines that it should. If it is frustrated with the Biden-Harris Administration policies or delays, that may very well be a factor in it taking prophesied military action.<\/p>\n

Iran has weapons that can cause damage. Furthermore, the U.S.A. itself, as well as the State of Israel, are vulnerable to EMP type attacks and even items such as biological weapons, chemical weapons, terrorism, nuclear weapons, dirty bombs, etc. because of a conflict involving Iran, Syria, and\/or others.<\/p>\n

But should this attack occur, this would NOT be the final destruction of the U.S.A. Prophetically, Iran would not end up faring well (cf. Ezekiel 32:24-25).<\/span> (Thiel B. Biden-Harris: Prophecies and Destruction<\/a>. Nazarene Books, January 2021)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

A regional conflict with Iran is consistent with prophesies such as are in Isaiah 22–and may be a factor leading to the ‘peace deal’ of Daniel 9:27.<\/p>\n

We may be in the early stages of the ride of the second horseman of the Apocalypse–that is the horseman that takes peace from the earth.<\/p>\n

A regional war will come to the Middle East and it could be relatively soon.<\/p>\n
