VIENNA (AP) \u2014 Austria will go into a national lockdown to contain a fourth wave of coronavirus cases, Chancellor Alexander Schallenberg announced Friday, as new COVID-19 infections hit a record high amid a pandemic surge across Europe.<\/p>\n

The lockdown will start Monday and initially will last for 10 days, Schallenberg said.<\/p>\n

And starting Feb. 1, the country will also make vaccinations mandatory.<\/p>\n

Most stores will close, and cultural events will be canceled next week. People will be able to leave their homes only for certain specific reasons, including buying groceries, going to the doctor or exercising.<\/p>\n

Wolfgang Mueckstein, the country\u2019s health minister, said that kindergartens and schools would remain open for those who needed to go there but all parents were asked to keep their children at home if possible.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe do not want a fifth wave,\u201d Schallenberg said, according to ORF. \u201cNor do we want a sixth or seventh wave.\u201d<\/p>\n

The full lockdown is the latest effort to control rapidly rising case numbers. It\u2019s the fourth nationwide lockdown since the outbreak of the pandemic last year. On Friday, the country reported 15,809 new infections, an all-time high.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Austria introduced rules that barred unvaccinated people<\/a> from restaurants, hotels and large events.<\/p>\n

And starting Monday, the government is imposing a national lockdown only for the unvaccinated.<\/a><\/p>\n

When the full lockdown ends, restrictions will remain in place for the unvaccinated.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Schallenberg\u2019s announcement came after a meeting of nine state governors, two of whom had already vowed to introduce full lockdowns in their regions on Monday, in the western province of Tyrol.<\/p>\n

The chancellor also announced that vaccinations would be mandatory from February 1.\u00a0\u201cWe haven\u2019t been able to convince enough people to vaccinate. When asked about the possibility of imposing a new lockdown for everyone, he said: “We’re in a situation where we can’t rule anything out.”<\/p>\n

The comments came as Germany’s upper house of parliament, the Bundesrat,\u00a0approved\u00a0new restrictions to curb COVID, a day after the lower house passed the measures<\/a>. …<\/p>\n

What else has been agreed?<\/h3>\n

The plans include mandatory daily testing for employees and visitors of care homes, regardless of whether they have been vaccinated or not.<\/p>\n

They also include “3G” rules (vaccinated, recovered, or tested) requiring people to show proof of full vaccination or recovery or a valid negative COVID test result for workplaces and on public transport. …<\/p>\n

Germany’s 16 states will be also able to retain and introduce protective measures. This includes restricting or prohibiting recreational, cultural, and sporting events, banning entry to healthcare facilities and the sale and public consumption of alcohol, and closing universities. …<\/p>\n

Without a Pass, you may only shop in small stores which mainly sell food, pharmaceuticals, glasses and contact lenses, veterinary goods, or farming supplies. You may not enter stores which mainly sell other products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Without a Pass, you may not enter any restaurant, cafe, or bar<\/strong>. Without a Pass, you may not enter banks or insurance companies, except for essential purposes – e.g., pensions or social benefits – where the service lasts no longer than 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

Without a Pass, you may not visit patients in medical facilities or senior care\/residential homes<\/strong>. The only exception is for terminally-ill patients and children under 14 years of age, if the doctor gives advance permission.<\/p>\n

Without a Pass, you may not enter indoor public events or spaces<\/strong>, such as conferences, fitness centers, or beauty services like hair and nails.<\/p>\n

In Lithuania, the Covid Pass is already a reality. But other countries around the world are very quickly moving down the same path<\/strong>. Additionally, my family and I were in Puerto Rico in late September 2021 and:<\/p>\n

  1. You cannot legally enter Puerto Rico without a QR code pass.<\/li>\n
  2. Hotels and apartments insist on COVID vaccines to stay in them.<\/li>\n
  3. Many restaurants insist on COVID vaccines to eat in them–PLUS also take your temperature, before letting you have a table.<\/li>\n
  4. Some banks seem to insist on COVID vaccines to enter.<\/li>\n
  5. It is so bad, that I saw a man who was wearing his COVID vaccine card around his neck so he did not have to get it out so much.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    COVID-19 policies are setting the stage for even more governmental controls.<\/p>\n

    The Bible shows that totalitarian controls, including related to religion, are coming to Europe:<\/p>\n

    The type of controls prophesied in Revelation 13:16-18 was something that was not possible when Jesus<\/a> had the Apostle John<\/a> pen the above. But it is possible now with technology.<\/p>\n

    Digital passports and\/or some type of national identity card may well be tools of the Beast of the Sea (the man of sin) and the Beast from the Earth (the final Antichrist).<\/p>\n
