Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) warned of a possible increase in abusive control and censorship from Big Tech in an interview with Breitbart News Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow on Friday\u2019s edition of the Breitbart News Daily<\/em> podcast.<\/p>\n

\u201cI still worry about the censorship that occurs,\u201d Nunes remarked. \u201cWhat happens if these companies just decide next year, \u2018Well, Republicans, they\u2019re all insurrectionists. Let\u2019s shut off all their credit cards and banking so they just can\u2019t raise any money.\u2019 They could do that, all these woke corporations.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cThat\u2019s a real threat to this country. Many so-called \u2018conservative\u2019 voices and positions have been deplatformed, \u2018shadow-banned,\u2019 or otherwise restricted by big tech. Certain platforms will also not tolerate certain biblical positions on aspects of morality either.<\/p>\n

Let me also add that when YouTube and other big tech platforms \u2018demonetize\u2019\u00a0 people lose money. When PayPal deplatforms you, you do not receive money as you would have.<\/p>\n

While none of the CCOG websites nor our videos are monetized, it is disturbing to see what amounts to politically-related blackmail on the internet or by any bank.<\/p>\n
