Americans need to think about that danger, especially when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2021\/02\/10\/biden-china-relations-beijing-468168\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Biden is in bed with China on many issues<\/a>, and we are already in a two-year war with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wnd.com\/2021\/10\/really-happened-wuhan-lab\/\">a virus that originated in Wuhan<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In his great book, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Power-Self-Healing-Natural-Healing-Potential\/dp\/1401936229\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;The Power of Self-Healing,&#8221;<\/a> Dr Fabrizio Mancini writes, &#8220;The average American takes in about five pounds of additives a year through processed foods. Additives and artificial ingredients add little or no nutritional value to foods and can pose a threat to your health. Try to eat additive-, preservative-, and chemical-free foods whenever possible. [Click <a href=\"https:\/\/theecologist.org\/2012\/jan\/18\/truth-about-food-additives-how-they-threaten-your-health\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a> in the Ecologist to see Mancini&#8217;s &#8216;Additive Hit List&#8217; \u2013 the most harmful additives known today.] You&#8217;ll see that a majority are linked to cancer in animals.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Is it a coincidence that food additives have increased over the years at the same time obesity rates have? Common food additives have been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health-news\/food-additive-can-lead-to-obesity-diabetes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">scientifically linked<\/a> to increased levels of hormones associated with an increased risk of both obesity and diabetes.<\/p>\n<p>Up from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2008\/12\/23\/AR2008122302423.html?hpid=topnews\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">31% in 2008<\/a>, today more than half of America&#8217;s youngest adults \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/health\/what-percent-young-adults-obese\/2021\/12\/03\/b6010f98-5387-11ec-9267-17ae3bde2f26_story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">56% of those ages 18 to 25<\/a> \u2013 are overweight or obese, according to Johns Hopkins research, as published in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/health\/what-percent-young-adults-obese\/2021\/12\/03\/b6010f98-5387-11ec-9267-17ae3bde2f26_story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Journal of American Medical Association<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medpagetoday.com\/primarycare\/obesity\/90142\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">And over 73% of U.S. adults<\/a> are overweight or obese, up from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2008\/12\/23\/AR2008122302423.html?hpid=topnews\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">25% in 2008<\/a>. And COVID-19 lockdowns only made matters far worse, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cypnow.co.uk\/news\/article\/childhood-obesity-increasing-in-under-fives-after-lockdown\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">including a huge spike in obesity rates for those under 5 years of age<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This science is also clear: We know for a fact that the obese are at higher risk of acute respiratory distress syndrome if they contract COVID-19, as just reported again in an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wdsu.com\/article\/tulane-study-shows-covid-19-patients-with-obesity-diabetes-at-higher-risk-of-acute-respiratory-distress-syndrome\/38593438\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">international study published in the medical journal JAMA Network Open<\/a>. &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>The travesty is, rather than tell those who are overweight or obese to eat better, lose weight and get in shape, and confront China on its export of viruses and poisonous additives, the White House simply repeats their one-size-fits-all mantra to mask up, get jabbed with the COVID vaccine and keep getting boosters. But it&#8217;s high time, especially with the new year upon us, that the Oval Office told Americans to get up off their blessed assurance and start a new health narrative and regimen. &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Whether you want to exercise more, lose weight, stop smoking, cut down on alcohol, make a new spiritual commitment, or make new friends, don&#8217;t ever quit striving to better you each and every year. As mentioned before, last month, YouTube retroactively removed a video we in the <em>Continuing<\/em> Church of God put up, also in February 2021. What about avoiding unclean meats? What about eating more fruits and vegetables and items such as pumpkin seeds and Brazil nuts? What about eating bovine glandulars? What about herbs? Could fasting help? What about exercise and sunlight? What about masks, lockdowns, junk food, obesity, and weight gain? Dr. Thiel, who possesses a US regionally accredited PhD. in nutrition science from the Union Institute and University, a Master of Science degree from the University of Southern California, and a natural scientist license from the State of Alabama, explains why people may wish to consider approaches for their immune system. Some because of fear of going outside and some because many gyms have been closed by government orders.
