Yet, on January 22, 1973 the United States Supreme Court decided to overturn state laws prohibiting abortion in a case known as Roe vs. Wade. The decision was wrong and there are still some who argue against it. A leaked draft suggests that the US Supreme Court may overturn that evil decision:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>May 3, 2022<\/p>\n<div class=\"Article\" data-key=\"article\">\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-202 Component-p-0-2-187\">WASHINGTON (AP) \u2014 A draft opinion suggests the U.S. Supreme Court could be poised to overturn the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade case that legalized abortion nationwide, according to a <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2022\/05\/02\/supreme-court-abortion-draft-opinion-00029473\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Politico report<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-202 Component-p-0-2-187\">A decision to overrule Roe would lead to abortion bans in roughly half the states and could have huge ramifications for this year\u2019s elections. But it\u2019s unclear if the draft represents the court\u2019s final word on the matter \u2014 opinions often change in ways big and small in the drafting process.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-202 Component-p-0-2-187\">Whatever the outcome, the Politico report late Monday represents an extremely rare <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/stephen-breyer-us-supreme-court-c6a923f6e370672f4a5ccfd3be325786\">breach of the court\u2019s secretive deliberation process<\/a>, and on a case of surpassing importance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-202 Component-p-0-2-187\">\u201cRoe was egregiously wrong from the start,\u201d the draft opinion states. It was signed by Justice Samuel Alito, a member of the court\u2019s 6-3 conservative majority who was appointed by former President George W. Bush.<\/p>\n<p>The document was labeled a \u201c1st Draft\u201d of the \u201cOpinion of the Court\u201d in a case challenging Mississippi\u2019s ban on abortion after 15 weeks, a case known as Dobbs v. Jackson Women\u2019s Health Organization.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-202 Component-p-0-2-187\">The court is expected to rule on the case before its term ends in late June or early July.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-202 Component-p-0-2-187\">The draft opinion in effect states there is no constitutional right to abortion services and would allow individual states to more heavily regulate or outright ban the procedure. <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/supreme-court-abortion-draft-opinion-07439f9fc4542f1500ab78dfd34036b1\">https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/supreme-court-abortion-draft-opinion-07439f9fc4542f1500ab78dfd34036b1<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Notice also the following:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">I\u2019ve read the Constitution. Interestingly Norma L. McCorvey, the woman that the pro-abortion forces used to get the decision (whose court case was filed under the alias of Jane Roe) that the pro-abortion forces wanted, later regretted her decision. So much so that in August 1995, Norma L. McCorvey announced that she had become an advocate of Operation Rescue&#8217;s campaign to make abortion illegal.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of abortion, one lie that they used to tell a lot was that the baby is a fetus, not really a human and then falsely claim that they did not know when human life began.<\/p>\n<p>Well, if they do not know when human life begins, then to be on the safe side, they should never abort.<\/p>\n<p>Yet, the scientific reality is that biologists all realize that a new life begins at conception.<\/p>\n<p>Aborting babies is wrong. It is the murdering of human beings.<\/p>\n<p>That being said, there is a concern that the much of the media and other pro-abortion groups will whip up demonstrations and violence. The move would do away with abortion rights at the federal level, leaving it up to the states. With a safe conservative majority of 6-3 in the Supreme Court, Toobin expects Republicans to look to overturn other laws that are unpopular among conservatives. He believes that same sex marriage,\u00a0<a class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oyez.org\/cases\/2014\/14-556\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" data-ylk=\"slk:legalized\">legalized<\/a>\u00a0by the Supreme Court in 2015, could be next.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJeffrey, you talked about Roe in the beginning and you mentioned\u00a0<a class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/wex\/griswold_v_connecticut_%281965%29\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" data-ylk=\"slk:Griswold vs. Connecticut\">Griswold vs. Connecticut<\/a>,\u201d Lemon said. \u201cWhat other cases have been decided based on these precedents that could now be in jeopardy?\u201d \u201cSame sex marriage is, certainly,\u201d Toobin replied. \u201cThis came up a lot during the confirmation hearings of judge Ketanji Brown Jackson. Wade is overturned, that will not stop abortions in the USA. Prior to Roe v. Wade, each state had laws either allowing or not allowing abortions.<\/p>\n<p>The Biden-Harris Administration has vowed to increase abortion access, help fund Planned Parenthood, and provide abortion funds to kill babies outside of the USA. Kamala Harris was one of the most vehement pro-abortion US senators before becoming vice-president. Wade, and his Justice Department will do everything in its power to stop the rash of state laws that so blatantly violate <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em>. Despite the Planned Parenthood &#8216;baby-parts&#8217; scandal in 2015, nothing much has changed in the law. It is a reproach to nations that allow and encourage it.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Those that consent to abortions are often proud, are normally lying to themselves that they are not doing violence to a human being, and often have abortions because of their own lusts and covetousness. Adding the sin of abortion to their other sins is simply not the answer.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">They also place themselves in the same category as Judas Iscariot, for he admitted that when he betrayed Jesus Christ, he (Judas) betrayed &#8220;innocent blood&#8221; (Matthew 27:4). Jesus was betrayed by someone He considered to be a friend&#8211;no baby should be betrayed by the mother that is supposed to love it.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Women are struck emotionally for the rest of their lives when they consent to an abortion (the Bible even warns of curses for killing the innocent, Deuteronomy 27:25). That is not a choice they should ever make.<\/p>\n<p>Abortion is wrong. And promoting or simply approving sexual immorality is wrong (cf.
