They Claimed None Of These Things Could Happen In America, Called Them \u2018Conspiracies\u2019 And \u2018Unreliable And Harmful Claims\u2019, Yet They Have All Come True In The Past Year<\/h2>\n

January 9, 2022<\/p>\n

For the past two years Independent Media has dealt with false claims of pushing \u201cconspiracy,\u201d having ads disabled on pages because of \u201cunreliable and harmful\u201d claims, when we offered timely warnings about what we saw coming.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Media Martial Law<\/b>: In 2020 we were told that was a bunch of cow manure, no way would \u201cmedical martial law\u201d be implemented in America\u2026.land of the free. Then the lockdowns began, curfews, state governor decrees banning their citizens from visiting neighbors<\/a>, cancel holiday gatherings with others, and others dictating how many people were allowed to visit the private homes<\/a> of Americans in their cities. \u2026 But it couldn\u2019t happen here we were told! Yet, it did.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Vaccine Passports:<\/b>\u00a0 Labeled a conspiracy theory when we warned they were coming back in 2020, and now they are here and the media acts like it is perfectly normal for people to be forced to \u201cshow their papers\u201d in order to dine out, visit sports venues and\/or concerts. \u2026<\/p>\n

\u2022 Mandated Vaccinations:<\/b> Like the issues listed above, when Independent Media warned that states and\/or the Biden regime would start mandating vaccines<\/a>, attempting to take the choice away from Americans as to what they put in their bodies, we were told\u2026.that is right\u2026. it can\u2019t happen here! \u2026<\/p>\n

\u2022 COVID Camps aka Internment Camps:<\/b> On May 25, 2021, Stefan Stanford published an article<\/a> warnings about door-to-door vax squads and the coming \u201cCOVID camps.\u201d Stefan highlighted the news reports that \u201cin Orange County, Florida, a door-to-door vaccination effort was also underway.\u201d Many may remember that Joe Biden also floated the idea, publicly, about \u201cdoor-to-door\u201d<\/a> vax and testing squads.\u00a0 \u2026<\/p>\n

Today we see that a proposed bill in Washington State, if passed, would allow officials to forcefully detain and quarantine individuals or groups, including family units.<\/p>\n

If the people detained still have refused to get vaccinated, then a judge can expand that time limit.<\/p>\n

The Washington State Board of Health (WSBH) has proposed forcibly isolating and quarantining COVID-positive individuals and groups of people or those merely \u201csuspected\u201d of being infected.<\/p>\n

The proposed revision (WAC 246-100-040<\/a>) to the state\u2019s Communicable and Certain Other Diseases Act suggests including new COVID protocol under the said act, Gateway Pundit\u00a0reports<\/a>. The amendment involves \u201cprocedures for isolation or quarantine,\u201d and would allow health officers to \u201cissue an emergency detention order causing a person or group of persons to be immediately detained for purposes of isolation or quarantine.\u201d<\/p>\n

The revision specifies that an emergency detention order could be issued by a local health officer based solely on his or her discretion. https:\/\/thenewamerican.com\/washington-state-to-consider-forceful-covid-quarantines\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Having personally had factually-correct health items removed by Facebook and then YouTube (which removed an item and gave me a \u2018strike,\u2019 with the threat that it could pull down all videos), yes we have been\u00a0 under a type of medical martial law.<\/p>\n

George Orwell\u2019s Nineteen Eighty-Four<\/i>, first published in 1949, is gaining renewed attention as a work still relevant for America in 2022. …<\/p>\n

Orwell believed that ordinary Americans enjoyed the most freedom of any people on earth. In Nineteen Eighty-Four<\/i>, Orwell quotes the American Declaration of Independence, which in the world of Nineteen Eighty-Four<\/i>, would be pure thoughtcrime<\/i>. Consider other key parallels with the United States today.<\/p>\n

\u201cCenturies of capitalism were held to have produced nothing of value,\u201d Winston Smith discovers. \u201cOne could not learn history from architecture any more than one could learn it from books. Streets, inscriptions, memorial stones, the names of streets\u2014anything that might throw light on the past had been systematically altered.\u201d In other words, \u201chistory has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.\u201d<\/p>\n

For Joe Biden\u2019s handlers, America is nothing more than a bastion of racist oppression, founded to preserve and expand slavery. Like the party\u2019s take on capitalism, America had never produced anything of value. So down come the statues, inscriptions, and anything that might throw light on the past.<\/p>\n

Biden\u2019s Department of the Interior has announced replacements for more than 600 names<\/a> the Board on Geographic Names deems \u201cracist and derogatory.\u201d According to Biden Interior Secretary Deb Haaland, it\u2019s all in the quest for an \u201cinclusive America.\u201d<\/p>\n

In Nineteen Eighty-Four<\/i>, Big Brother supposedly watches over all, but goods are in short supply and the people must queue up for everything. As Winston Smith understands, \u201cstatistics were just as much a fantasy in their original version as in their rectified version.\u201d Under English Socialism\u2014\u201cIngsoc\u201d in Newspeak\u2014things were as good as they could be, and since the Party controlled the present, it also controlled the past.<\/p>\n

In 2022, under American Socialism (Amsoc), inflation rages and conditions worsen by the day. Like Voltaire\u2019s Dr. Pangloss<\/a>, Biden tells the people they live in the best of all possible worlds, if only they could see it.<\/p>\n

In Nineteen Eighty-Four<\/i>, the poet Ampleforth is imprisoned and tortured for letting the word \u201cGod\u201d remain at the end of a line. Orwell\u2019s 1984 by 2024?<\/a><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

In 1949, the late George Orwell wrote a disturbing book about a totalitarian government called \u201cnineteen-eighty four.\u201d Despite laws that are supposed to protect freedom of speech and religion, we are seeing governments taking steps consistent with those that Geroge Orwell warned against. We are also seeing this in the media, academia, and in private companies like Google, Facebook, and Twitter. With the advent of technology, totalitarianism beyond what Orwell wrote is possible. Does the Bible teach the coming a totalitarian state similar to George Orwell\u2019s? What about the Antichrist and 666? Will things get worse? What is the solution? In such a time, we might be tempted to try to learn something from earlier turns toward authoritarianism, particularly the triumphant rise of the Nazis in Germany in the 1930s. The problem is that Nazism was so horrifying and so barbaric that for many people in nations where authoritarianism is now achieving a foothold, it is hard to see parallels between Hitler\u2019s regime and their own governments. Many accounts of the Nazi period depict a barely imaginable series of events, a nation gone mad. That makes it easy to take comfort in the thought that it can\u2019t happen again.<\/p>\n

But some depictions of Hitler\u2019s rise are more intimate and personal. They focus less on well-known leaders, significant events, state propaganda, murders, and war, and more on the details of individual lives. They help explain how people can not only participate in dreadful things but also stand by quietly and live fairly ordinary days in the midst of them. They offer lessons for people who now live with genuine horrors, and also for those to whom horrors may never come but who live in nations where democratic practices and norms are under severe pressure.<\/p>\n

Milton Mayer\u2019s 1955 classic They Thought They Were Free<\/a><\/i>, recently republished with an afterword by the Cambridge historian Richard J. Evans, was one of the first accounts of ordinary life under Nazism. …In They Thought They Were Free<\/a><\/i>, Mayer decided to focus on ten people, different in many respects but with one characteristic in common: they had all been members of the Nazi Party. Eventually they agreed to talk, accepting his explanation that he hoped to enable the people of his nation to have a better understanding of Germany. …<\/p>\n

Mayer\u2019s most stunning conclusion is that with one partial exception (the teacher), none of his subjects \u201csaw Nazism as we\u2014you and I\u2014saw it in any respect.\u201d Where most of us understand Nazism as a form of tyranny, Mayer\u2019s subjects \u201cdid not know before 1933 that Nazism was evil. They did not know between 1933 and 1945 that it was evil. And they do not know it now.\u201d Seven years after the war, they looked back on the period from 1933 to 1939 as the best time of their lives.<\/p>\n

Mayer suggests that even when tyrannical governments do horrific things, outsiders tend to exaggerate their effects on the actual experiences of most citizens, who focus on their own lives and \u201cthe sights which meet them in their daily rounds.\u201d Nazism made things better for the people Mayer interviewed, not (as many think) because it restored some lost national pride but because it improved daily life. Germans had jobs and better housing. They were able to vacation in Norway or Spain through the \u201cStrength Through Joy\u201d program. Fewer people were hungry or cold, and the sick were more likely to receive treatment. Many in the 21st century do not fully grasp how desperate and dejected the average German was in the early 1930s.<\/p>\n

Adolf Hitler promised a German utopia, the third reich. And essentially proclaimed it would last a thousand years.<\/p>\n

The German economy improved. People began to have hope. Militarily, Germany regained territories it had lost in WWI.<\/p>\n

The ‘benefits’ of totalitarianism were shared by most Germans, as long as they were not Jews, gypsies, etc.<\/p>\n

The political risks of what nations were doing related to COVID-19 have been substantial. Totalitarian actions have been taken by places not considered to be dictatorships as their elected leaders have closed businesses, schools, restricted travel, etc.<\/p>\n

Europe and other parts of the world are facing massive economic consequences that may lead to a depression.<\/p>\n

Perhaps it should be pointed out that at Wikipedia’s <\/em>article on the Great Depression there was the photo of Adolf Hitler that is shown now at the beginning of this post.<\/p>\n

Adolf Hitler was able to rise up because of the great depression and the desire for authoritarian leadership to deal with economic crises and other issues in Germany.<\/p>\n

The Bible tells of a coming millennial (one thousand year) utopia after Jesus returns (cf. Revelation 20:1-6). Adolf Hitler promised to bring in his version.<\/p>\n

Will Europeans listen to someone else in the future?<\/p>\n

Yes.<\/p>\n

Consider that Pope Francis declared he was dreaming of a European utopia. Notice some of what he stated:<\/p>\n

When he received the International Charlemagne award for promoting European unity on May 6, 2016, Pope Francis stated that he dreamed of a humanistic European utopia. He mentioned that his church is needed to bring about Europe\u2019s potential. Is Europe possibly going to unite into a type of United States of Europe? Is it possibly going to bring about a real utopia? What does the Book of Daniel teach about the current divisions in Europe? What does any of this have to do with the Bible, prophecy, or Babylon?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Unlike Adolf Hitler’s time, the Bible tells of a false prophet who will support and promote (Revelation 13:11-18) the rise of a totalitarian dictator (Revelation 13:1-10) called the beast.<\/p>\n

After the fourth horseman of death and disease begins his ride, and many die, people around the world will be desperate and dejected.<\/p>\n

They will be interested in the swan song of a strong leader to lift them up, protect them, and help them prosper.<\/p>\n

The Bible says this will happen (cf. Revelation chapters 17 and 18).<\/p>\n

When people are afraid and when they are desperate, they are more likely to accept a dictatorial leader. And people are getting more and more tolerant of being in a surveillance state.<\/p>\n

Notice something published by the old Worldwide Church of God:<\/p>\n

\u201cYou had to live in the assumption that every sound you made was overheard, and, except in darkness, every movement scrutinized.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

That is the frightening world of George Orwell\u2019s 1984 \u2014 a world where two-way \u201ctelescreens\u201d and unremitting surveillance make solitude an impossibility, privacy a punishable crime. It is the government of \u201cBig Brother,\u201d a government that pries into all aspects of citizens\u2019 lives.<\/p>\n

It is also a world which lies nearer at hand than most of us would like to admit. It is a world which many well-meaning people are unwittingly helping to usher in. …<\/p>\n

This erosion of privacy can be traced to the workings of two main power centers; government and the news media. \u2026<\/p>\n

What ultimately happens when a government becomes so obsessed with security that laws are freely violated; when the media resort to extralegal, unethical and unconstitutional means to fulfill their highly touted \u201cwatchdog\u201d role? What happens when people begin to reason that the \u201chigher\u201d interests of the nation transcend those of the individual \u2014 that people, to use the words of former FBI Director Clarence Kelley, \u201cmust be willing to surrender a small measure of their liberties to preserve the great bulk of them\u201d?<\/p>\n

To answer these questions, consider the following statement: \u201cIt is necessary that the individual should finally come to realize that his own ego is of no importance in comparison with the existence of his nation \u2026 that the higher interests involved in the life of the whole must here set the limits and lay down the duties and the interests of the individual<\/strong>.\u201d The author? Yes, many in governments share that view from Adolf Hitler. The US has allowed many unconstitutional means because of COVID-19 claims. And Europe has had its lockdowns, etc.<\/p>\n

And more we know have more surveillance technology than the book 1984<\/em> (which was first published in 1949) pointed to.<\/p>\n

With government actions, drones, and threats of actions related to COVID-19 and other matters, we are certainly seeing a prelude to the totalitarian controls that the 666 Beast will implement (cf. Revelation 13:15-18).<\/p>\n

Yes, 666 is coming! And it will be even worse than Nazism according to Jesus (cf. Matthew 24:21-22).<\/p>\n

Notice, now, the following prophecies from the Old and New Testaments:<\/p>\n

2 Daniel spoke, saying, \u201cI saw in my vision by night, and behold, the four winds of heaven were stirring up the Great Sea<\/strong>. 3 And four great beasts came up from the sea<\/strong>, each different from the other. 4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle\u2019s wings. I watched till its wings were plucked off; and it was lifted up from the earth and made to stand on two feet like a man, and a man\u2019s heart was given to it. 5 \u201cAnd suddenly another beast, a second, like a bear. It was raised up on one side, and had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth. And they said thus to it: \u2018Arise, devour much flesh!\u2019 6 \u201cAfter this I looked, and there was another, like a leopard, which had on its back four wings of a bird. 23 ‘Make a chain,

9 If anyone has an ear, let him hear. 10 He who leads into captivity shall go into captivity; he who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.<\/p>\n

11 Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. 12 And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. 13 He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. 14 And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. 15 He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. 16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.<\/p>\n

18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666. (Revelation 13:1-18)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Beast that rises from the sea is a European power, just like Adolf Hitler was. Adolf Hitler was among the worst of the Gentiles (lest this sound like ethnic bashing, my ethnic background is similar to his)–and an even worse European leader will rise up.<\/p>\n

The \u201cGreat Sea\u201d that bordered the ancient lands of Israel (Numbers 34:6-7; Joshua 1:4; 9:1; 23:4; Ezekiel 47:13-16) is the Mediterranean Sea–and that is the sea that Daniel was referring to. Despite some false claims by some, the Beast power is not a nation like Russia, which does not border the Mediterranean Sea, but Europe which does (Russia, however, will be a factor in eliminating the European beast power, see also The Eurasian Union, the Kings of the East, and Bible Prophecy<\/a>). A comparison of the beasts in Revelation 13 and Daniel 7 shows that they share many of the same characteristics (for some details, you may wish to watch the YouTube video Can You Prove that the Beast to Come is European?<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Europe is the power that will control the \u201cGreat Sea.\u201d And while the southern border of the Mediterranean Sea is currently under Arab control, the Bible shows that the King of the North will take over the Arab powers (Daniel 11:40-43; Ezekiel 30:1-9).<\/p>\n

Adolf Hitler was credited for pulling the German economy out of the Great Depression and restoring German prestige.<\/p>\n

The Bible teaches that Europe will reorganize and turn power over to a dictator:<\/p>\n

12 The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. 13 These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast. (Revelation 17:12-13)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Yes, Europe will reorganize and ten dictators will turn power over to one called the Beast (see also Must the Ten Kings of Revelation 17:12 Rule over Ten Currently Existing Nations?<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The late Herbert W. Armstrong<\/a> taught:<\/p>\n

Boris Johnson, the former Mayor of London, stated that the European Union wanted to be what Adolf Hitler and Napoleon Bonaparte tried to create. Duncan Smith agreed.
