The eclipse will begin at 5:16 a.m. EST and ends at 6:41 a.m., for a total duration of about 85 minutes. …<\/p>\n

There was a lunar eclipse on election day,\u00a0 Tuesday, November 3, 1846, but it wasn\u2019t total. Instead, it was a rather shallow penumbral lunar eclipse, in which the full moon completely missed the Earth\u2019s inner, dark shadow, and passed through the Earth\u2019s outer, faint penumbral shadow. …<\/p>\n

Rabbi Mordechai Genuth<\/a> discussed the meaning of eclipses in Jewish tradition, explaining that under normal circumstances, lunar eclipses are considered a bad omen for Israel. This is based on a section in the Talmud (Sukkot 29a) that specifies that lunar eclipses are a bad omen for Israel since Israel is spiritually represented by the moon. If the lunar eclipse takes place in the east side of the heavens, then it is a bad omen for all the nations in the east, and similarly, if it occurs in the western hemisphere of the sky, it is a bad sign for all the nations in the west.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the time of the Talmud, only Israel set the calendar according to the moon,\u201d Rabbi Genuth said. …<\/p>\n

\u201cThe eclipse will pass over the United States,\u201d Rabbi Genuth said. \u201cThe President is connecting his fate with that of the Arabs, choosing them over Israel. He is choosing war, the wars that originate in Ishmael, the wars that are presaged by the upcoming blood moon.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rabbi Genuth made one disclaimer; at the end of the section of the Talmud describing the omens contained within eclipses, the Talmud states: \u201cWhen Israel does the will of the place (God), they have nothing to fear from all of this,\u201d citing the Prophet Jeremiah as a source.<\/p>\n

Thus said Hashem: Do not learn to go the way of the nations, And do not be dismayed by portents in the sky; Let the nations be dismayed by them! Jeremiah 10:2 …<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

This was something that Mark Biltz (who practices Messianic Judaism<\/a>) started promoting back in 2008\u2013but he was wrong. I also denounced the super blood moon prophetic nonsense in 2018 and also in 2019 denounced the super blood moon prophetic nonsense for 2019.<\/p>\n

What is a blood moon? Here is one explanation:<\/p>\n

A lunar eclipse occurs when the moon passes in the shadow of Earth. This is an area known as the umbra, where light from the Sun is blocked by our planet.<\/p>\n

So, a blood moon is basically a reddish appearing shadow on the moon.<\/p>\n

Do not be in awe of signs that occur in the sky even though the nations hold them in awe. 3 For the religion of these people is worthless. They cut down a tree in the forest, and a craftsman makes it into an idol with his tools. 4 He decorates it with overlays of silver and gold. He uses hammer and nails to fasten it together so that it will not fall over. (Jeremiah 10:2-4, NET Bible)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

So, before the next blood moon occurs, I again want to inform people that this eclipse is a natural phenomenon.<\/p>\n

While there are prophecies related to the moon looking like blood, they are NOT related to the USA election next week.<\/p>\n
