We Are About To Witness A MAJOR Move Toward A Cashless Society<\/h2>\n

The war on cash has just gone to an entirely new level. When I heard that the European Union was planning to completely ban all cash transactions above 10,000 euros, I had a hard time believing it. There are so many wild rumors flying around on the Internet these days, and so I wasn\u2019t going to write about this unless I could confirm it. Unfortunately, this particular rumor is quite real. Under the pretext of fighting \u201cmoney laundering and terrorist financing\u201d, the European Union will be entirely outlawing all cash payments greater than 10,000 euros. https:\/\/endoftheamericandream.com\/we-are-about-to-witness-a-major-move-toward-a-cashless-society\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This is yet another step towards 666 cashlessness.<\/p>\n

Here is what the Council for the Europe Union’s<\/em> official website states about this rule:<\/p>\n

The EU continues its fight to protect EU citizens and the EU’s financial system <\/strong>against <\/strong>money laundering and terrorist financing<\/strong>. In order to enlarge the scope of the existing regulatory framework and to close possible loopholes, today the Council agreed its position on an anti-money laundering (AML) regulation and a new directive (AMLD6). Together with the proposal for a recast of the transfer of funds regulation, on which an agreement has already been reached with the European Parliament, these will form the new EU AML rulebook<\/strong> once adopted. …<\/p>\n

Terrorists and those who finance them are not welcome in Europe. In order to launder dirty money, criminal individuals and organisations had to look for loopholes in our existing rules which are already quite strict. But our intention is to close these loopholes further, and to apply even stricter rules in all EU member states. Large cash payments beyond \u20ac10.000 will become impossible. Trying to stay anonymous when buying or selling crypto-assets will become much more difficult. Hiding behind multiple layers of ownership of companies won\u2019t work any more. It will even become difficult to launder dirty money via jewellers or goldsmiths.<\/p>\n

The new EU anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (AML\/CFT) rules will be extended to the entire crypto sector, obliging all crypto-asset service providers<\/strong> (CASPs)<\/strong> to conduct due diligence on their customers. This means that they will have to verify facts and information about their customers. In its position, the Council demands CASPs to apply customer due diligence measures when carrying out transactions amounting to \u20ac1000 or more, and adds measures to mitigate risks in relation to transactions with self-hosted wallets. The Council also introduced specific enhanced due diligence measures for cross-border correspondent relationships for crypto-asset service providers.<\/p>\n

Third-party financing intermediaries<\/strong>, persons trading in precious metals, precious stones and cultural goods, will also be subject to the obligations of the regulation, as will jewellers, horologists and goldsmiths<\/strong>. https:\/\/www.consilium.europa.eu\/en\/press\/press-releases\/2022\/12\/07\/anti-money-laundering-council-agrees-its-position-on-a-strengthened-rulebook\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This is not a way of protecting EU citizens. It is a step towards more financial control.<\/p>\n

In the digital economy, cash is no longer a useful tool, and a\u00a0central bank digital currency<\/a>\u00a0(CBDC) is the \u201conly solution\u201d to continue the existing monetary system, <\/strong>according to a new paper from the\u00a0European Central Bank<\/a> (ECB).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The eurozone\u2019s central bank recently published a\u00a0paper<\/a>\u00a0titled, \u201cThe Economics of Central Bank Digital Currency.\u201d Authors assessed the implications for the financial system and examined data privacy and digital payments.<\/p>\n

Researchers concluded that a CBDC, like a digital euro, would be the \u201conly solution\u201d to facilitate a \u201csmooth continuation\u201d of the present monetary system<\/strong>. Despite widespread concerns that CBDCs would limit the credit supply and function as a disruptive force in the financial markets, the paper rejected these concerns as being unfounded.<\/p>\n

Digital money is critical in a digital economy, the ECB noted. Since \u201ccash is losing its appeal as efficient means of payment,\u201d a CBDC is a necessary tool to install. Although the research identified drawbacks of instituting a uniform digital monetary system, such as the sluggish pace of settlements, market developments, and adoption, the paper noted that \u201ca digital update of cash\u201d is crucial to advancing \u201cthe two-layer system of public and private money.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ultimately, cash possesses \u201clarge economic costs without clear benefits,\u201d so \u201cit is by construction not \u2018fit\u2019 for the digital age.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Digital money might generate privacy concerns, authors warned. …<\/p>\n

Bindseil<\/span> (2020)<\/span> notes<\/span> that<\/span> in<\/span> a<\/span> negative<\/span> interest<\/span> rate<\/span> environment<\/span> demand<\/span> for<\/span> CBDC<\/span> would<\/span> be <\/span>potentially<\/span> unlimited<\/span> if<\/span> it<\/span> were<\/span> remunerated<\/span> at<\/span> a<\/span> zero<\/span> interest<\/span> rate.<\/span> At<\/span> the<\/span> same<\/span> time,<\/span> a<\/span> CBDC <\/span>carrying<\/span> a<\/span> negative<\/span> interest<\/span> rate<\/span> might<\/span> face<\/span> adoption<\/span> obstacles<\/span> as<\/span> users<\/span> would<\/span> perceive<\/span> cash<\/span><\/span> as<\/span> a<\/span> less <\/span>costly<\/span> means<\/span> of<\/span> payment. …

The ECB is saying that cash cannot be controlled enough and is not fit for the digital age it wants. This is a clear ‘666’ signal.<\/p>\n

According to the Bible (cf. Revelation 13:1-18), a coming European beast power will control buying and selling.<\/p>\n

The Bible, itself, prophesies that totalitarian financial controls are coming to Europe:<\/p>\n

16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.<\/p>\n

18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666. (Revelation 13:11-18)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The type of controls prophesied in Revelation 13:16-18 were something that was not possible when Jesus<\/a> had the Apostle John<\/a> pen the above. But it is possible now with digital technology\u2013particularly if cash is eliminated and made inconsequential.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, note that in addition to banning cash transactions over \u20ac10,000, notice that it wants steps to deal with digital and cryptocurrencies over \u20ac1000.<\/p>\n

Those who think things like BitCoin will endure privately are in error.<\/p>\n

I actually warned about that on December 5, 2013:<\/p>\n

Bitcoin … There is no way governments will intentionally allow a system that gets around all of their financial espionage. …<\/p>\n

The Bible is clear that the time is coming when the Beast power will have implemented some type of strong financial control. Thus, it is not likely that Ron Paul\u2019s hope of being able to buy and sell privately with something like Bitcoin will last. The Beast power will not allow it, and it is likely that the USA government will take more steps to try to either stop it or at least secretly spy on it. (Thiel B. And governments are taking steps. Not just the attention to the use of cryptocurrencies over \u20ac1000, but the Europeans are doing even more than that.<\/p>\n

Will Bitcoin remain unregulated? The European Union does not think it should be and it released a paper titled \u201cProposal for EU Regulation on Markets in Crypto-Assets.\u201d Christine Lagarde, president of the European Central Bank, earlier endorsed EU regulation of crypto and digital currencies. A Belgian declared that the EU was the \u201cnew Sheriff in town\u201d to deal with the \u201cwild west\u201d of Bitcoin, blockchain, and other cryptocurrencies. The European Union now also has the European Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office in operation, mainly to deal with financial matters? Will the Europeans end up controlling buying and selling associated with 666 in Revelation <\/span>13:16<\/span>-18? Is Europe taking preliminary steps to do so now? Dr. Thiel address these issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Furthermore, the European Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office officially started operations on 1 June 2021 (https:\/\/www.eppo.europa.eu\/en\/background<\/a>). This office is specifically involved with “financial crimes.”<\/p>\n

So, yes, there is an enforcer for 666.<\/p>\n
