They have been caught admittedly censoring factual information if it would cause \u201cvaccine hesitancy.\u201d Much of the evidence exposing this network came out in the Twitter files and the House of Representatives\u2019 hearings on the weaponization of \u201cgovernment.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blacklistednews.com\/article\/85323\/is-monopoly-media-and-algorithmic-censorship-creating-a-modern-version-of-platos.html\">https:\/\/www.blacklistednews.com\/article\/85323\/is-monopoly-media-and-algorithmic-censorship-creating-a-modern-version-of-platos.html<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>Welcome to the Censorship Industrial Complex. It\u2019s rather like the old \u201cmilitary industrial complex,\u201d which was shorthand for the military, private companies, and academia working together to achieve U.S. battlefield dominance, with the R&amp;D funded by the government that buys the final product.<\/p>\n<p>But the censorship industrial complex builds algorithms, not bombers. The players aren\u2019t Raytheon and Boeing, but social media companies, tech startups, and universities and their institutes. The foes to be dominated are American citizens whose opinions diverge from government narratives on issues ranging from COVID-19 responses to electoral fraud to transgenderism. \u2026<\/p>\n<p>More telling is the group\u2019s attitude toward what it called \u201cmal-information\u201d \u2013 typically information that is true, but contrary to the preferred narratives of the censor. Dr. Starbird wrote in an email, \u201cUnfortunately current public discourse (in part a result of information operations) seems to accept malinformation as \u2018speech\u2019 and within democratic norms \u2026\u201d Therein lies a dilemma for the censors, as Starbird wrote: \u201cSo, do we bend into a pretzel to counter bad faith efforts to undermine CISA\u2019s mission? It won\u2019t be long before AI starts censoring posts and the rulers will claim they had no part in it, it was all the AI.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), by way of Customs and Border Protection (CBP), gave millions of dollars to an AI tech company in exchange for software that can detect sentiment and emotion in social media posts. The company, Fivecast, claims the software uses AI to determine \u201cproblematic posts\u201d and automatically report them to law enforcement. &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Not only can your comments be wrongfully censored for questioning and challenging the agendas of hidden authoritarian powers, but the newly\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pjmedia.com\/news-and-politics\/benbartee\/2023\/08\/27\/techno-hell-u-s-government-now-using-ai-to-suss-out-sentiment-and-emotion-in-social-media-posts-n1722542\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">implemented AI technology<\/a> will target you for simply expressing a negative emotion. Don\u2019t use a frown emoji or your account could be banned! &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>What we can be sure of is that AI is not going anywhere and the ruling classes are going to continue using it to enslave everyone. Last century, Disney may have been eligible for being prosecuted for promoting something we denounced.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, YouTube removed our video that reported about a study done by University of Florida researchers on transgenderism, where we also quoted scriptures (see <a title=\"Permanent Link to YouTube censors and removes \u2018New Transgender Study\u2019 as the \u2018Censorship Industrial Complex\u2019 expands\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/news\/cog-news\/youtube-censors-and-removes-new-transgender-study-as-the-censorship-industrial-complex-expands\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">YouTube censors and removes \u2018New Transgender Study\u2019 as the \u2018Censorship Industrial Complex\u2019 expands<\/a>). YouTube removed it for being &#8220;inappropriate.&#8221; No, it is not inappropriate to tell the truth, but YouTube feels otherwise. Actually, it seems to think that referring to a study as well as scripture &#8220;may cause harm to its community.&#8221; I submitted an appeal to YouTube about that a couple of hours ago&#8211;we will see what happens.<\/p>\n<p>YouTube also censored and removed our video encouraging people to be healthier to strengthen their immune systems (see <a title=\"Permanent Link to YouTube censors: COVID-19: Eat what is good!\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/news\/prophecy\/youtube-censors-covid-19-eat-what-is-good\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">YouTube censors: COVID-19: Eat what is good!<\/a>). When I asked YouTube if I had made any inaccurate statements, its response was that was not the issue, the issue was that my comments did not align with narratives they preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, in 2022, YouTube retroactively censored and removed a video made in 2019 warning about difficult to treat pestilences that would come. Of course, a pestilence did come, but apparently YouTube did not want anyone to know I made such a warning.<\/p>\n<p>Since we do not trust YouTube\u2019s improper enforcement of its changing standards, we already had it up on other platforms, so it is still available. We also have the other videos up on BitChute and other platforms.<\/p>\n<p>But they are still subject to be being taken down.<\/p>\n<p>While the USA government tends to deny that it has been involved in pressuring Big Tech, including YouTube, to censor, the facts are that is has done so. Elon Musk, who owns X (formerly called Twitter) revealed that the US government often pressured Twitter to censor. Executives from Facebook and other Big Tech firms have publicly admitted that as well. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) revealed more evidence that the White House pressured Facebook to censor or remove the accounts of the \u201cDisinformation Dozen,\u201d often directly citing the Center for Countering Digital Hate\u2019s \u201cDisinformation Dozen\u201d report, published in March 2021. <a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender\/facebook-files-biden-censor-disinformation-dozen\/\">https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender\/facebook-files-biden-censor-disinformation-dozen\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>September 8, 2023<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/paragraph_5E0C69D0-C39C-B4B7-EB08-76F285EA54E3@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\" data-analytics-observe=\"off\">A federal appeals court on Friday said the Biden administration likely violated the First Amendment in some of its communications with social media companies, but also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/07\/14\/politics\/social-media-lawsuit-appeal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">narrowed a lower court judge\u2019s order<\/a> on the matter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/paragraph_64D1E637-34DF-65B5-3A8B-76FD2E3C3256@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\" data-analytics-observe=\"off\">The US 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that certain administration officials \u2013 namely in the White House, the surgeon general, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation \u2013 likely \u201ccoerced or significantly encouraged social media platforms to moderate content\u201d in violation of the First Amendment in its efforts to combat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/world\/coronavirus-pandemic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Covid-19 disinformation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/paragraph_1E86AF9D-AD4B-F8E1-6EAA-77EA8FF68EDF@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\" data-analytics-observe=\"off\">But the three-judge panel said the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/07\/06\/politics\/social-media-misinformation-biden-administration-injunction-explainer\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">preliminary injunction<\/a> issued by US District Judge Terry Doughty in July, which ordered some Biden administration agencies and top officials not to communicate with social media companies about certain content, was \u201cboth vague and broader than necessary to remedy the Plaintiffs\u2019 injuries, as shown at this preliminary juncture.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/09\/08\/politics\/biden-administration-social-media-lawsuit\/index.html\">https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/09\/08\/politics\/biden-administration-social-media-lawsuit\/index.html<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>So much for so-called first amendment rights and the US government.<\/p>\n<p>The Bible has long taught that a famine of the word is coming (Amos 8:11-12) and I have warned for years that internet censorship would be part of it (see also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/short-work.htm\">Preparing for the \u2018Short Work\u2019 and The Famine of the Word<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Sadly, we look to only be in the first stages of this prophesied censorship.<\/p>\n<p>The Bible tells of a time, which to a degree we are now in, when a certain amount of self-censorship will be needed:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>2 For I know your manifold transgressions And your mighty sins: Afflicting the just and taking bribes; Diverting the poor from justice at the gate. 13 Therefore the prudent keep silent at that time, For it is an evil time.\u00a0(Amos 5:12-13)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>And while some Church of God groups overly \u201ckeep silent,\u201d hence pull-punches in proclamation, the reality is that there is not truly full freedom of truthful speech in countries like the USA without consequences. However, the work will be done and it will trigger persecution.<\/p>\n<p>That being said, remember that Jesus said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>4 I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work. (John 9:4)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Following His example, as we long have not trusted YouTube, that is a reason we use other channels, like BitChute and Brighteon. Both of which have the censored videos up.<\/p>\n<p>In Europe, however, they are more open about their censorship plans than the US government is or the Big Tech wants to publicly admit.<\/p>\n<p>The European Union&#8217;s Digital Services Act (DSA) is another step towards this and 666 controls. I do not see that the DSA really protects consumers as much as it forces controls against internet content that the EU does not wish to allow.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Snyder posted the following related to the DSA:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2 class=\"entry-title\">Direct Government Censorship Of The Internet Is Here<\/h2>\n<p>Censorship of the Internet has been getting worse for years, but we just crossed a threshold which is going to take things to a whole new level. Under this new law, European bureaucrats will be able to order big tech companies to censor any content that is considered to be \u201cillegal\u201d, \u201cdisinformation\u201d or \u201chate speech\u201d. That includes content that is posted by users outside of the European Union, because someone that lives in the European Union might see it. &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>In addition to \u201cillegal content\u201d and \u201chate speech\u201d, the Digital Services Act also applies to \u201choaxes\u201d and any material that is considered to be \u201cdisinformation\u201d.\u00a0 The following comes from <a title=\"the official website of the European Commission\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/presscorner\/detail\/en\/QANDA_20_2348\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the official website of the European Commission<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>At the same time, the DSA regulates very large online platforms\u2019 and very large online search engines responsibilities when it comes to systemic issues such as disinformation, hoaxes and manipulation during pandemics, harms to vulnerable groups and other emerging societal harms.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>These new content rules are so vague that they could apply to just about anything.<\/p>\n<p>And that is precisely what they want.<\/p>\n<p>From this point forward, if you post something that they do not like, they will have the power to have it taken down.<\/p>\n<p>Even if you don\u2019t live in the European Union, they can have your content taken down, because someone in the European Union might see it. &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Once we get to February 24th, 2024, the Digital Services Act will also apply to a vast multitude of smaller platforms.<\/p>\n<p>At that point, it will be very difficult to escape the reach of this new law. &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>For many years, the Internet was one of the last bastions for free speech.<\/p>\n<p>But now everything has changed. 08\/31\/23 <a href=\"http:\/\/theeconomiccollapseblog.com\/direct-government-censorship-of-the-internet-is-here\/\">http:\/\/theeconomiccollapseblog.com\/direct-government-censorship-of-the-internet-is-here\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The EU has made the penalties for non-compliance so severe that social media companies will have to censor a lot to reduce the chances of fines.<\/p>\n<p>It also has issues with religion and that seems to affected companies such as Google in its advertisement policies.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Continuing<\/em> Church of God has had over a half billion computer impressions of its campaigns through Google ads, and that has been suspended, not because of hateful or inaccurate speech, but because the ads have to do with religious beliefs.<\/p>\n<p>That is advertising policy, you may think and think you cannot be much affected by any of this and that you still have free speech rights on the internet.<\/p>\n<p>While you might think that your &#8220;private&#8221; chats on the internet will not be bothered or that Artificial Intelligence will not be used, notice the following:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2 class=\"article__heading\">Call of Duty to snoop on players for \u2018hate speech\u2019<\/h2>\n<div class=\"article__summary summary article__summary-white\"><em>The bestselling shooter will use AI to police in-game chat<\/em><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>1 September 2023<\/p>\n<p>Games publisher Activision has announced that it will use artificial intelligence to listen in on the voice chat of \u2018Call of Duty\u2019 players and punish anyone using <em>\u201chate speech\u201d<\/em> or <em>\u201cdiscriminatory language.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The feature was rolled out on Wednesday for US players of Call Of Duty\u2019s \u2018Modern Warfare II\u2019 and \u2018Warzone\u2019 titles, and will be launched globally with \u2018Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III\u2019 on November 10.<\/p>\n<p>Around 90 million gamers worldwide play Call of Duty every month. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rt.com\/pop-culture\/582245-call-of-duty-hate-speech\/\">https:\/\/www.rt.com\/pop-culture\/582245-call-of-duty-hate-speech\/<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>I have never played &#8216;Call of Duty,&#8217; The Digital Services Act reminds me of the following:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>18 For when they speak great swelling words of emptiness, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through lewdness, the ones who have actually escaped from those who live in error. 19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by whom a person is overcome, by him also he is brought into bondage. (2 Peter 2:18-20)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>But, of course, it is not just the European Union. Big Tech has its own agenda and has been suppressing information, including political information, it does not like. One apparent goal of Big Tech is to remove a variety of biblically-related content because it does not like many aspects of biblical morality (such as what I reported here yesterday; see: <a title=\"YouTube censors and removes \u2018New Transgender Study\u2019 as the \u2018Censorship Industrial Complex\u2019 expands\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/news\/cog-news\/youtube-censors-and-removes-new-transgender-study-as-the-censorship-industrial-complex-expands\/\"><span class=\"post_title\">YouTube censors and removes \u2018New Transgender Study\u2019 as the \u2018Censorship Industrial Complex\u2019 expands<\/span><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>The DSA is another step towards expanding what has been called the Censorship Industrial Complex.<\/p>\n<p>As far as the EU goes, back in November 2018, the European Union announced it would spend a billion euros on a quantum computer and several billion more on related matters (see <a title=\"Permanent Link to EU to spend one billion euros on quantum tech to compete with USA and China; France\u2019s Macron wants European military spending to go to European firms; \u2018Europe Must Rebel\u2019\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/news\/prophecy\/eu-to-spend-one-billion-euros-on-quantum-tech-to-compete-with-usa-and-china-frances-macron-wants-european-military-spending-to-go-to-european-firms-europe-must-rebel\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">EU to spend one billion euros on quantum tech to compete with USA and China; France\u2019s Macron wants European military spending to go to European firms; \u2018Europe Must Rebel\u2019<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>The spending, along with the DSA, is getting the Europeans to the point that they can fulfill various prophecies, such as the following:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>15 He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. 16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.<\/p>\n<p>18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666. The COGwriter.com pages, CCOG official websites, our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/BibleNewsProphecy\">BibleNewsProphecy<\/a> YouTube channel, and other internet-based proclamation tools have been subject to cancellation, removal, and shadow banning.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2>What Are Shadow Bans?<\/h2>\n<p>A moderation technique first popularized in bulletin boards and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ask.metafilter.com\/117775\/What-was-the-first-website-to-hide-trolls-activity-to-everyone-but-the-troll-himself\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">early web forums<\/a>, shadow bans block users or individual pieces of content without letting the offending user know they\u2019ve been blocked. To a shadow-banned user, the site continues to function as normal \u2014 they can still make posts and engage with other people\u2019s posts \u2014 but to others, the user appears to have gone silent. \u2026 a shadow-banned user might conclude that other people just don\u2019t care what they have to say. Over time, the thinking goes, they will lose interest and go away.\u00a0 05\/12\/21\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/builtin.com\/marketing\/shadowban\">https:\/\/builtin.com\/marketing\/shadowban<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A lot of Big Tech companies originally claimed to be bastions of free speech. After gaining near monopolistic control, much of Big Tech changed its views (and algorithms) and now stops certain content from becoming more popular and seen.<\/p>\n<p>This\u00a0<em>COGwriter Church of God New<\/em>s page is greatly affected by this. For example, often Google searches do not lead to a COGwriter link on the first 1\/2 dozen search pages checked. Yet, at the same time we can be the second item on the first page of DuckDuckGo and the fourth item on the first page of a Bing search.<\/p>\n<p>Basically, what this shows is that Google\u2019s algorithms are intentionally blocking these sites from coming up based on popularity and content. Instead, Google is trying to stop people from finding our content. Yes, Google is suppressing &#8220;the truth in unrighteousness\u201d (Romans 1:18).<\/p>\n<p>Google does not get rid of sites in shadow bans, but makes it very difficult for people who are looking for information to find it at the shadow banned sites.<\/p>\n<p>Because of censorship and shadow banning, the CCOG has also been using radio, and although that too is subject to censorship, that door is still open.<\/p>\n<p>Scripturally, we know, however, something even worse than what we have seen thus far from Big Tech is coming from Europe (cf.
