Now, it will be part of our legislation too,\u201d she wrote in a social media post.\u00a0 &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>The regulation is expected to enter into force at the end of the legislature in May, after passing final checks and receiving endorsement from the European Council. Implementation will then be staggered from 2025 onwards. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2024\/03\/13\/european-lawmakers-endorse-worlds-first-major-act-to-regulate-ai.html\">https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2024\/03\/13\/european-lawmakers-endorse-worlds-first-major-act-to-regulate-ai.html<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The EU wants to lead the world in AI and other tech. It believes that this is another step to set standards for the world.<\/p>\n<p>Since from at least as far back as 2007, I have warned that the the EU wants to set standards for the world (e.g see <a title=\"EU-USA trade deal feared to result in loss of USA sovereignty: But end result will be worse\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/news\/prophecy\/eu-usa-trade-deal-feared-to-result-in-loss-of-usa-sovereignty-but-end-result-will-be-worse\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">EU-USA trade deal feared to result in loss of USA sovereignty: But end result will be worse<\/a>)&#8211;what it has just done related to Artificial Intelligence is another step towards that.<\/p>\n<p>While European Union leaders want to project the idea that their new rules will &#8220;would enable innovation, while safeguarding fundamental rights,&#8221; they will tend to have the opposite affect.<\/p>\n<p>Regulations tend to stifle innovation, governments tend to override fundamental rights (and can change the rules, ignore the rules, and\/or interpret them differently than their intent), whereas AI will help governments be able to increase surveillance over society as well as individuals.<\/p>\n<p>What the new rules really are look to be another prelude to 666.<\/p>\n<p>Much is happening and privacy, financial and otherwise, is being lost. The Apostle John was told by Jesus to write the following:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>15 He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. 16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.<\/p>\n<p>18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666. (Revelation 13:15-18)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div>666 is the final revival of the Roman Empire. Hence, 666 is a European power. When Jesus had the Apostle John pen this 1900+ years ago, there was no way to monitor most buying and selling. With computer software, including AI, much is already being done, and more will be done. A totalitarian system is being put in place. Europe wants to lead it.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>As far as 666 pointing to the Roman Empire, the first writing that has been found that suggests that a Roman, or Roman empire, is 666 was by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/irenaeus.htm\">Irenaeus<\/a>, who claimed to have listened to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/polycarp.htm\">Polycarp<\/a> when he (Irenaeus) was a young man. Irenaeus wrote:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Then also Lateinos (LATEINO<em>S<\/em>) has the number six hundred and sixty-six; and it is a very probable [solution], this being the name of the last kingdom [of the four seen by Daniel]. (L = 30; A = 1; T = 300; E = 5; I = 10; N = 50; 0 = 70; S = 200) This, he stated, was the, intent of the scripture.<\/p>\n<p>The number 666 is thus anciently branded on the old Roman Empire and its revivals. Plain Truth, September 1981)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Specifically 666 is the number of the first beast in Revelation 13 as distinguished from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/antichrist.htm\">Antichrist<\/a>, who is the second, the two-horned beast, in the same chapter. And as Revelation 13 shows, the two-horned beast works with, and promotes, the seven-headed (and ten-horned) first beast in that chapter. While some have tried to state that the number is actually 616 and not 666:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>the earliest extant Greek manuscripts of Revelation visually represented the number 666 either in longhand number- words (hexakosioi hex\u00c4\u201ckonta hex), or in alphabetic shorthand (\u00cf\u2021\u00ce\u00be\u00cf\u203a). A number of imperfect humankind.<\/p>\n<p>That said, please understand that the leader of the ten-horned Beast of Revelation 13:1-10 (see <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/europa.htm\">Europa, the Beast, and the Book of Revelation<\/a>) and the one called 666 in Revelation 13:10 is also the one who is the final <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cogwriter.com\/kingofthenorth.htm\">King of the North<\/a>.
