Author JK Rowling could be prosecuted for \u201cmisgendering\u201d trans people under Scotland\u2019s odious new hate crime law that comes into force today, an SNP minister has admitted.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Senior police officers are expecting a deluge of complaints over online posts after the Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act 2021 created a new crime of \u201cstirring up hatred\u201d relating to age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, transgender identity or being intersex.<\/p>\n

A person could now be imprisoned for up to seven years if they engage in \u201cinsulting\u201d behaviour towards \u2018protected\u2019 groups, and the prosecution only needs to prove that the hatred was \u201clikely\u201d rather than \u201cintended\u201d. …<\/p>\n

Rowling has vowed to continue calling biological males men and says she will now be targeted for telling the truth.<\/p>\n

During their training program on enforcing the new law, police officers were taught that even the content of plays and comedy gigs should be considered as potential hate crimes.<\/p>\n

Many have asserted that merely retweeting a Ricky Gervais joke about transgender people could amount to a hate crime in Scotland. https:\/\/modernity.news\/2024\/04\/01\/jk-rowling-could-be-imprisoned-for-misgendering-trans-people-under-new-law\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And what about the USA?<\/p>\n

Well three years ago, on March 31, 2021, US President Joe Biden issued a proclamation for what is called ‘Transgender Visibility Day’ (see Joe Biden issues proclamation for \u2018Trans Visibility Day\u2019<\/a>). It was proclaimed that by others as far back as 2009, but until 2021 it was not something that the USA federal government had very much to do with.<\/p>\n

As it turns out March 31, 2024, also happened to be celebrated by Roman Catholics and Protestants as Easter.<\/p>\n

Secretary of State Antony Blinken<\/a> became the latest Biden administration official to mark Transgender Day of Visibility, which has sparked controversy for being celebrated the same day as Easter.<\/p>\n

“Transgender Day of Visibility is a celebration of the courage and resilience of transgender, nonbinary and gender non-confirming persons who exist in every country and culture around the world,” Blinken said in a statement Sunday.<\/p>\n

“On this day, the United States recognizes the achievements and progress that trans persons have made in the global struggle for equality and re-affirms its commitment to supporting the equality, inclusion and full recognition of the human rights of transgender persons.”<\/p>\n

The statement comes after President Biden<\/a> sparked backlash with a similar statement Friday, marking Sunday as a day to “honor the extraordinary courage and contributions of transgender Americans.” https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/blinken-calls-for-celebration-trans-holiday-on-easter<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Irrespective of the date of ‘Easter’ (which is not a true Christian holiday (watch: Is Easter a Really Christian Holiday?<\/a>), <\/em>promoting transgenderism is always wrong. It is harmful to the so-called transgendered as well as society.<\/p>\n

Transgenderism goes against biology, goes against scripture, and should not be applauded or praised.<\/p>\n

Instead of promoting it, governments should condemn it.<\/p>\n

Nor is it good for those who wish to be considered as transgendered.<\/p>\n

Transgender people almost always “cross dress.”<\/p>\n

\u201cCross-dressing\u201d is condemned as an abomination in the Bible:<\/p>\n

5 A woman shall not wear anything that pertains to a man, nor shall a man put on a woman\u2019s garment, for all who do so are an abomination to the Lord your God. (Deuteronomy 22:5)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Bible clearly condemns cross-dressing. It does not consider it to be harmless or to be applauded.<\/p>\n

The USA should be ashamed.<\/p>\n

But it is not and will fall:<\/p>\n

15 Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination?
\nNo! They were not at all ashamed;
\nNor did they know how to blush.
\nTherefore they shall fall among those who fall;
\nAt the time I punish them,
\nThey shall be cast down,” says the Lord. (Jeremiah 6:15)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The USA will be punished and cast down.<\/p>\n

The Bible also condemns males acting effeminate:<\/p>\n

9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. Transgenderism is against scripture.<\/p>\n

As far as biology goes, Jesus taught the truth about biological sex:<\/p>\n

4 And He answered and said to them, \u201cHave you not read that He who made them at the beginning \u2018made them male and female,\u2019 5 and said, \u2018For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh\u2019? 6 So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.\u201d (Matthew 19:4-6)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Of course, many \u2018moderns\u2019 want to act like there is no difference, but the Bible is clear that men and women are different. God warned that there would be those \u201cwho suppress the truth in unrighteousness\u201d (Romans 1:18). But the truth is still the truth.<\/p>\n

The Bible warns against the rise of despisers of good in the last days:<\/p>\n

20 Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
\nWho put darkness for light, and light for darkness;
\nWho put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!<\/p>\n

21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes,

Woe to those that do such things.<\/p>\n

The Biden-Harris Administration wants to punish foreign nations not onboard with its LGBTQI+ policies. Joe Biden said his Administration was doing this to help repair the USA\u2019s \u201cmoral leadership\u201d internationally. Is this promotion of immoral sins going to lead to destruction of the USA, perhaps by 2028? Can the strongest military in the world be taken over? A new study on the side effects of transgender sex change surgeries was conducted by researchers at the University of Florida and the health non-profit Brooks Rehabilitation. The study found that 81% of those who had undergone sex change surgeries in the past five years reported experiencing pain simply from normal movement in the weeks and months that followed \u2014 and that many other side effects are manifesting themselves as well. Anyway, instead of promoting transgenderism, leaders should publicly denounce it. The Bible teaches:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
