Protesters Arrested in Denver and Portland<\/a><\/h2>\n

By AP Confrontations between police and protesters of the Occupy<\/strong> Wall Street movement led to arrests in two Western cities overnight while demonstrators in Nashville defied a curfew into the early hours Sunday near Tennessee’s Capitol building.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

We were in Denver last week and some <\/em>of the Occupy Denver protesters were getting a bit unruly according to what we were told on the streets there.\u00a0 We saw a lot of police out in downtown Denver last Saturday night related to the Occupy movement.\u00a0 At this instant, it does not appear that the police will stop the Occupy movement, but Winter weather may truly put a damper on it for a time.<\/p>\n

And while we have left Colorado (we were in Glenwood Springs, Colorado for the Feast of Tabernacles)<\/a> and are now back in California, there are also apparently two competing “Occupy” movements in nearby San Luis Obispo that disagree with each other with the apparently original group condemning certain actions of the other group.<\/p>\n

I have been writing for a long time that civil unrest and riots will happen in the USA and UK. \u00a0 We are seeing protests now across the USA and parts of the UK.<\/p>\n

Jesus foretold troubles as part of the beginning of sorrows:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

8 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be earthquakes in various places, and there will be famines and troubles. These are the beginnings of sorrows. (Mark 13:8)<\/p>\n

3 When He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, “Come and see.” 4 Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword. (Revelation 6:3-4)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

But an even worse hour of trial is coming first (Revelation 3:10; Jeremiah 30:7).<\/p>\n

As Jesus said:<\/p>\n

37 And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch! (Mark 13:36-37)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Tougher times are coming. And for some parts of the world these tougher time may be here now. People who can prepare, should: both spiritually and physically. Westerners need to realize that this will not only affect people in places like Africa, Asia, and the Middle East–the Anglo-descended nations of the West will themselves suffer hunger, civil unrest, famine, and worse. Of course, between the summer 2011 London riots in the UK (Ephraim) and “flashmobs” in the USA (Manasseh), and now the Occupy movement, to a degree, this unrest has began.<\/p>\n

And speaking of the Anglo-descended nations, in a recent co-worker letter, Dr. Roderick C. Meredith of the Living Church of God<\/a> wrote:<\/p>\n

So it seems that the “beginning of sorrows” has certainly been escalating in Ephraim and Manasseh! Maybe it will help some few people to actually “wake up”! (Meredith RC. LCG Co-worker letter, August 15, 2011)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The sorrows and troubles are just beginning and will get much worse. Hopefully, people will wake up.<\/p>\n
