2 January 2025<\/p>\n

The bomber who blew up a Tesla<\/a><\/span>\u00a0Cybertruck outside the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas<\/a><\/span> has been identified as Army veteran Matthew Livelsberger. …<\/p>\n

Law enforcement sources revealed that\u00a0Livelsberger, who died Wednesday in the explosion outside the hotel, had previously served\u00a0at the same military base<\/a><\/span> as New Orleans<\/a> terrorist Shamsud Din Jabbar<\/a><\/span>. …<\/p>\n

Jabbar, who had allegedly pledged himself to the Islamic State<\/a><\/span>, rammed a pickup truck – which bore the ISIS<\/a><\/span>\u00a0flag – into a crowd of New Year revelers, killing at least 15 people and wounding dozens<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

The FBI has said it does not think Jabbar, 42, was ‘solely responsible’ for the Bourbon Street attack<\/a><\/span>. Authorities are ‘conducting a number of court-authorized search warrants in New Orleans and other states’ and investigating his ‘potential associations and affiliations’ with terroristic organizations. …<\/p>\n

Hours before the attack in Las Vegas, Jabbar drove an electric vehicle into crowds in New Orleans<\/a><\/span>, killing 15 pedestrians and injuring dozens more. …<\/p>\n

Law enforcement sources have since revealed the cars used in both attacks were rented through Turo, and they were both EVs, prompting concerns they are linked. …<\/p>\n

Officers have also considered that Jabbar may have purposefully chosen to use a car owned by Elon Musk to send a message – given the Tesla billionaire’s newfound friendship with President-elect Donald Trump<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

‘It’s a Tesla truck, we know Elon Musk<\/a><\/span> is working with President-elect Trump and it’s the Trump hotel, so there’s obviously something to look at,’ McMahill said. https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-14243295\/Pictured-Las-Vegas-bomber-blew-Cybertruck.html<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

There was more violence than that yesterday in the USA:<\/p>\n

January 2, 2025<\/p>\n

Ten people were injured in a New Year’s Day mass shooting in New York City when a group of men opened fire on a crowd of people standing outside a nightclub in Queens, according to police.<\/p>\n

The nightclub is called Amazura, according to reports by ABC7<\/a>, Fox5<\/a>, and other outlets.<\/p>\n

New York police were dispatched at 11:18 p.m. Thursday to the venue on 144th Place after receiving multiple 911 calls about the attack, NYPD Chief of Patrol Philip Rivera told reporters<\/a>. While Rivera said the shooting was not a terror attack, he told reporters that detectives are investigating whether it was gang-related. https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/nation\/2025\/01\/02\/mass-shooting-queens-amazura-nightclub\/77396576007\/<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

This was another wicked act. Shootings like this, by gangs or others, is still terrorism. And if it were gang-related, yes, the shooters wanted to send a terrorizing message.<\/p>\n

There were also murderous incidents yesterday in New Zealand and Montenegro.<\/p>\n

The Bible warns about the wicked:<\/p>\n

1 An oracle within my heart concerning the transgression of the wicked:
\nThere is no fear of God before his eyes.
\n2 For he flatters himself in his own eyes,
\nWhen he finds out his iniquity and when he hates.
\n3 The words of his mouth are wickedness and deceit;
\nHe has ceased to be wise and to do good.
\n4 He devises wickedness on his bed;
\nHe sets himself in a way that is not good;
\nHe does not abhor evil. (Psalms 36:1-4)<\/p>\n

7 The violence of the wicked will destroy them,
\nBecause they refuse to do justice.<\/p>\n

8 The way of a guilty man is perverse; (Proverbs 21:7-8)<\/p>\n

15 “Their feet are swift to shed blood;
\n16 Destruction and misery are in their ways;
\n17 And the way of peace they have not known.”
\n18 “There is no fear of God before their eyes.” (Romans 3:15-18)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Less and less have proper “fear of God.”<\/p>\n

Consider also the following that is certainly applicable to parts of many cities in the world (including the USA):<\/p>\n

23 \u2018Make a chain,
\nFor the land is filled with crimes of blood,
\nAnd\u00a0the city is full of violence.<\/strong>\u00a0(Ezekiel 7:23)<\/p>\n

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge,\u00a0God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting<\/strong>; 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality\u202630\u2026violent<\/strong>, proud, boasters,\u202631\u2026unmerciful; (Romans 1:28-31)<\/p>\n

8 \u2026 And the violence of the land and the city,
\nAnd of all who dwell in it.<\/p>\n

9 “Woe to him who covets evil gain for his house,
\nThat he may set his nest on high, (Habakkuk 2:8-9)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

We continue to see shootings and other terroristic acts.<\/p>\n

What a violent generation we are in:<\/p>\n

11 There is a generation that curses its father,
\nAnd does not bless its mother.
\n12 There is a generation that is pure in its own eyes,
\nYet is not washed from its filthiness.
\n13 There is a generation \u2014 oh, how lofty are their eyes!
\nAnd their eyelids are lifted up.
\n14 There is a generation whose teeth are like swords,
\nAnd whose fangs are like knives, (Proverbs 30:11-14)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Notice that terror for a corrupt generation was prophesied:<\/p>\n

5 They have corrupted themselves<\/strong>; They are not His children, Because of their blemish: A perverse and crooked generation<\/strong>. \u2026 25 The sword shall destroy outside; There shall be terror within<\/strong> (Deuteronomy 32:5,25)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

We continue to see shootings and other terroristic acts.<\/p>\n

The Bible teaches:<\/p>\n

9 \u2018Thus says the Lord God: \u201cEnough, O princes of Israel! Remove violence and plundering, execute justice and righteousness (Ezekiel 45:9)<\/p>\n

9\u2026You shall love your neighbor as yourself.\u201d 10 Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. (Romans 13:9-10)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The further that the USA moves away from biblical morality, the more violence we will see.<\/p>\n

The Bible shows that immorality leads to violence and destruction:<\/p>\n

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting<\/strong>; 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality\u202630\u2026violent<\/strong>, proud, boasters,\u202631\u2026unmerciful; 32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them<\/strong>. (Romans 1:28-32)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

As we see less and less respect towards the God of the Bible, we should expect to see more violence.<\/p>\n

There have been many school shootings. The shooting at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, resulted in 17 deaths. But also has brought out various calls for change. These seven include involving the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), school warnings, psychological counseling and medications, armed school guards, first responders, gun control, and boycotting the National Rifle Association (NRA).
