China said it is “gravely concerned” by U.S. President Donald Trump<\/a>‘s proposed “Golden Dome” anti-missile defense system and urged him to abandon the project.<\/p>\n

Why It Matters<\/h2>\n

American military leaders have consistently warned that nations like China and Russia are developing advanced missile technologies that outpace existing U.S. defenses. Golden Dome is intended to close that gap.<\/p>\n

What To Know<\/h2>\n

“This highly offensive system violates the principle of peaceful use of outer space,” said Mao Ning, a spokeswoman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, at a press briefing on Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n

“It will exacerbate the risk of turning outer space into a battlefield and starting an arms race, and shake the international security and arms control system.”<\/p>\n

Trump’s Golden Dome Fulfills Reagan’s ‘Star Wars’<\/h2>\n

Trump has unveiled<\/a> his administration’s preferred concept for the Golden Dome program\u2014a sprawling $175-billion initiative that will mark the first time the U.S. deploys weapons in space.<\/p>\n

Speaking from the Oval Office, Trump said he expects the system to be “fully operational before the end of my term,” which ends in 2029, and claimed it would be capable of intercepting missiles “even if they are launched from space.” https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/china-trump-golden-dome-missile-shield-2075066<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Now, if it were up to me–and it isn’t–I would prefer that a nuclear war occur in space between satellites and not on the earth itself.<\/p>\n

For the sake of argument, though, let’s assume that the ‘Golden Dome’ project actually will basically work.<\/p>\n

Will that prevent World War III?<\/p>\n

No.<\/p>\n

The reality is that the United States is prophesied to be destroyed, so that will happen (cf. Daniel 11:39; Isaiah 10:5-11).<\/p>\n

In my book Unintended Consequences and Donald Trump\u2019s Presidency: Is Donald Trump Fulfilling Biblical, Islamic, Greco-Roman Catholic, Buddhist, and other America-Related Prophecies?<\/a><\/span>, I had the following:<\/p>\n

By focusing too much on threats from China and almost always considering the Europeans as some type of allies, a Donald Trump Administration is currently not expected to reverse the Asian \u2018pivot\u2019 strategy.\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

While I understand some of the logic behind the defense strategy, Donald Trump\u2019s \u2018Golden Dome\u2019 project is an example of this.<\/p>\n

The French president floated the idea during a TV appearance on Tuesday, comparing it to the United States\u2019s nuclear umbrella policy that guarantees Washington would reciprocate if its allies come under nuclear attack.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Americans have the bombs on planes in Belgium, Germany, Italy, Turkiye,\u201d Macron told TF1 television.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are ready to open this discussion. I will define the framework in a very specific way in the weeks and months to come.\u201d https:\/\/www.arabnews.com\/node\/2600671\/world<\/a><\/p>\n

Germany wants nuclear bombers<\/h2>\n

Germany\u2019s armed forces are currently studying the possibility of acquiring nuclear bombers capable of using the new American B61-12atomic bombs.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Pentagon itself plans to deploy these new atomic bombs in the German region of Eifel, in violation of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.<\/p>\n

The German air force already has multi-tasking Tornado warplanes, which are already capable of deploying American atomic bombs. But those aircraft are going to be replaced, possibly, by European-developed Eurofighters, or by United States manufactured F\/A-18 Super Hornets. \u2026<\/p>\n

Germany does not manufacture atomic weapons but has come to consider itself as a nuclear power because it has vectors to use them, 04\/18\/19 https:\/\/www.voltairenet.org\/article206153.html<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Nuclear bombers are aircraft loaded with nuclear missiles. Destroying such missiles would NOT be something ‘Golden Dome’ would be able to do.<\/p>\n

While now is not the time\u2013\u201cthe end it not yet\u201d (Matthew 24:6; see also When Will the Great Tribulation Begin?<\/a>)\u2013the French, Germans, and others in Europe have access to nuclear weaponry and other technology, which, one day, will lead to the conquering of the United States.<\/p>\n

Nuclear bombers for the Beast?<\/a><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

It is reported that the Germans are looking for a new bomber to be able to be used to deliver US B61-12 atomic bombs. Does Germany already have access to American nuclear weapons it can now use? What about Belgium, Italy, and the Netherlands? Has there been increased interest in more independent European nuclear capacity since the election of US President Donald Trump? What has Berthold Kohler, Herbert W. Armstrong, Nigel Farage, Jean-Claude Juncker, and Maximilian Terhalle said about Europe\u2019s militaristic ambitions? What about Bible prophecy? Could the Great Tribulation begin with a thermonuclear strike? What has Time, NTI, and Global Research reported about European nuclear weapons available to European nations? Is a nuclear attack consistent with prophecies? Might the coming Beast use nuclear weapons against the USA? Dr. Thiel addresses these issues and more.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Back in 2015, I posted the following:<\/p>\n

Eventually, perhaps under the guise of a NATO exercise, Europe will launch a surprise attack against the USA (cf. 1 Thessalonians 5:3; Daniel 11:39).\u00a0 This would possibly happen after one or more trade disputes, and perhaps after the USA has been weakened by weather problems, terrorist acts (from likely Islamic sources allied with Europe, per Psalm 83:3-8), war, riots, solar flares, severe earthquakes, civil unrest, devastation of their genetically-modified food supplies, food shortages, and\/or various pestilences\u2013an intensity of \u201csorrows\u201d such as Jesus discussed in Matthew 24:4-8 leading up to the time of the Great Tribulation. \u00a0\u00a0Disasters, especially if there is an ElectroMagnetic Pulse (emp) attack or a severe solar flare storm, could be part of a so-called \u201cperfect storm\u201d of events that could set up the USA for destruction.<\/div>\n

I suspect that after the Europeans and the USA have some strained relations in the future, the Europeans may call for\/agree to a joint military exercise, possibly under the conditions of NATO, in the USA.\u00a0 This would allow the Europeans to bring military aircraft, troops, and other military items to the USA, without the USA getting concerned it would soon be attacked.<\/p>\n

The Bible shows that the end-time European power will take advantage of circumstances, trust, and timing (cf. Daniel 8:23-25; 1 Thessalonians 5:3).\u00a0 While various people will claim that the Europeans are the friends and allies of America and Britain, notice the following prophecy:<\/p>\n

1 How lonely sits the city
\nThat was full of people!
\nHow like a widow is she,
\nWho was great among the nations!
\nThe princess among the provinces
\nHas become a slave!<\/p>\n

2 She weeps bitterly in the night,
\nHer tears are on her cheeks;
\nAmong all her lovers
\nShe has none to comfort her.
\nAll her friends have dealt treacherously with her;
\nThey have become her enemies. (Lamentations 1:1-2)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The USA and Great Britain (including its Anglo-Commonwealth members, like Australia and Canada) were \u201cgreat among the nations.\u201d And the Bible is clear that betrayal is coming from national FRIENDS!\u00a0 Like many of those in NATO. (Thiel B. Montenegro invited to be part of NATO\u2013was Germany involved?<\/a>\u00a0COGwriter, December 2, 2015)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Nuclear bombers for Europe, combined with a NATO exercise, and issues in the United States, could destroy the US and its British-descended allies. While there are other possible scenarios to defeat the USA, the fact is that a ‘Golden Dome’ will not stop WWIII from happening.<\/p>\n

The Bible shows that Europe will become a militarily successful power (cf. Revelation 13:3-4), with a great army (Daniel 11:25), and many ships (Daniel 11:40).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Bible, Revelation 13, tells of the Beast power having seven heads and ten horns:<\/p>\n

1 Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name. 2 Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority. (Revelation 13:1-2)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The sea that this is referring to is the Mediterranean sea as passages in the Old Testament demonstrate (Daniel 7:2-3; Numbers 34:6-7; Joshua 1:4; 9:1; 23:4; Ezekiel 47:13-16; watch also Can You Prove that the Beast to Come is European?<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The Beast power to come will be European.<\/p>\n

The Europeans are arming and uniting more because of Donald Trump as well as Russia’s conflict with Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The arming and semi-unity by the Europeans will lead to WWIII!<\/p>\n

This will be the end of the USA and its British-descended allies consistent with the following prophecy:<\/p>\n

39 Thus he shall act against the strongest fortresses with a foreign god, which he shall acknowledge, and advance its glory; and he shall cause them to rule over many, and divide the land for gain. (Daniel 11:39, NKJV)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The above destruction is from a European power, called the King of the North<\/a>, which borders the Great Sea (Daniel 7).<\/p>\n

As far as the use of nuclear weapons, here was Herbert W. Armstrong’s position:<\/p>\n

What is this abomination? This refers to Daniel 11:31 and Matthew 24:15…That will be a time when the UNITED Europe shall appear–the revival of the medieval “Holy Roman Empire.” We shall then be warned, and readied to be taken to a place of refuge and safety from the Great Tribulation.\u00a0Forty-five days later “the beasts armies” will surround Jerusalem. Thirty days later the Great Tribulation will probably start with a nuclear attack on London and Britain–and possibly the same day or immediately after, on the United States and Canadian cities<\/strong>. The GREAT TRIBULATION, we shall fully then realize, is the time of “Jacob’s Trouble,” spoken of in Jeremiah 30:7. And Jacob’s name was named on Joseph’s sons, Ephraim and Manasseh (Gen. 48:16). At that time a third of the people in our nations will die, or shall have died, by famine and disease epidemics; another third will dies of the war–our cities being destroyed (Ezek. 6:6), and the remaining third will be carried to the land of our enemies as slaves (Ezek. 5:12). The Bible states:<\/p>\n

33 I will scatter you among the nations and draw out a sword after you; your land shall be desolate and your cities waste (Leviticus 26:33).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Nuclear and other high-tech weapons (as well as EMP, electromagnetic pulse bombs), as well as devastating solar flares, are ways to make land desolate and modern cities waste (for more on EMP-weapons and solar flares see Nuclear EMP Attack on UK Called \u2018Quite Likely\u2019<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Of course, some believe that despite WWI, WWII, and previous massive wars, that Europe would never start WWIII. Yet, this overlooks a biblical prophecy:<\/p>\n

5 O Assyrian, the rod of mine anger, and the staff in their hand is mine indignation. 6 I will send him against an hypocritical nation, and against the people of my wrath will I give him a charge, to take the spoil, and to take the prey, and to tread them down like the mire of the streets.<\/p>\n

7 Howbeit he meaneth not so, neither doth his heart think so; but it is in his heart to destroy and cut off nations not a few.<\/strong><\/p>\n

8 For he saith, Are not my princes altogether kings? 9 Is not Calno as Carchemish? is not Hamath as Arpad? is not Samaria as Damascus? 10 As my hand hath found the kingdoms of the idols, and whose graven images did excel them of Jerusalem and of Samaria; 11 Shall I not, as I have done unto Samaria and her idols, so do to Jerusalem and her idols? (Isaiah 10:5-11, KJV)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The USA is sometimes prophetically referred to as Samaria (and sometimes as Manasseh) in biblical prophecy (for details, watch USA in Prophecy: Samaria<\/a>). So, even though Germanic-led Europe (referred to as Assyria above) does not seem to wish to do this (Isaiah 10:7), according to biblical prophecy it will come to pass. The USA will be defeated (cf. Daniel 11:39; see also USA in Prophecy: The Strongest Fortresses<\/a><\/span>).<\/p>\n

Events that resemble nuclear or similar devastation are part of the prophesied curses mentioned in the Bible:<\/p>\n

\n

23 ‘The whole land is brimstone, salt, and burning (Deuteronomy 29:23).<\/p>\n

19 Through the wrath of the LORD of hosts
\nThe land is burned up<\/strong>,
\nAnd the people shall be as fuel for the fire; No man shall spare his brother.
\n20 And he shall snatch on the right hand
\nAnd be hungry;
\nHe shall devour on the left hand
\nAnd not be satisfied; Every man shall eat the flesh of his own arm. 21 Manasseh shall devour Ephraim, and Ephraim Manasseh; Together they shall be against Judah (Isaiah 9:19-21).<\/p>\n

6 In all your dwelling places the cities shall be laid waste (Ezekiel 6:6).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Yes, devastation from some type of weapons of mass destruction (which do not have to be nuclear) will come–and Europe will lead this.<\/p>\n

Jesus said:<\/p>\n

36 Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man. (Luke 21:36)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

He also said to pray for God\u2019s\u00a0Kingdom<\/a>\u00a0to come.<\/p>\n

Remember to regularly do so.<\/p>\n

A ‘Golden Dome’ will not prevent WWIII.<\/p>\n
