X is urging European governments to reject a major surveillance proposal that the company warns would strip EU citizens of core privacy rights.<\/p>\n

In a public statement<\/a> ahead of a key Council vote scheduled for October 14, the platform called on member states to \u201cvigorously oppose measures to normalize surveillance of its citizens,\u201d condemning the proposed regulation as a direct threat to end-to-end encryption and private communication.<\/p>\n

The draft legislation, widely referred to as \u201cChat Control 2.0<\/a>,\u201d would require providers of messaging and cloud services to scan users\u2019 content, including messages, photos, and links, for signs of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).<\/p>\n

Central to the proposal is \u201cclient-side scanning\u201d (CSS), a method that inspects content directly on a user\u2019s device before it is encrypted.<\/p>\n

X stated plainly that it cannot support any policy that would force the creation of \u201cde facto backdoors for government snooping,\u201d …<\/p>\n

Privacy experts, researchers, and technologists across Europe have echoed these warnings.<\/p>\n

By mandating that scans occur before encryption is applied, the regulation would effectively neutralize end-to-end encryption, opening private conversations to potential access not only by providers but also by governments and malicious third parties.<\/p>\n

The implications reach far beyond targeted investigations. Once CSS is implemented, any digital platform subject to the regulation would be forced to scrutinize every message and file sent by its users.<\/p>\n

This approach could also override legal protections enshrined in the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, specifically Articles 7 and 8, which safeguard privacy and the protection of personal data. https:\/\/reclaimthenet.org\/x-urges-eu-to-reject-chat-control-2-0-surveillance-plan<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

We are writing in response to the new proposal by the Presidency dated 24 July 2025.<\/p>\n

We share your concerns about the abuse of children in hideous crimes, resulting in serious harms to the victims and their families. In view of this, we are pleased to note the improvements in the new draft of the regulation proposal including the incorporation of some of the recommendations in our letters of July 2023, May 2024, and September 2024. We particularly appreciate the addition of provisions to ease the voluntary reporting of illegal activity, and the requirement to accelerate the treatment of these reports. These are essential to guarantee swift and effective help for victims of abuse.<\/p>\n

However, we read in dismay how none of the changes address our major concerns: it is simply not feasible to perform detection of known and new CSAM for hundreds of millions of users with an acceptable level of accuracy, independently of the specific filter. Moreover, on-device detection, regardless of its technical implementation, inherently undermines the protections that end-to-end encryption is designed to guarantee. Even worse, the changes in the proposal increase the reliance on technical means to support its goals, exacerbating the security and privacy risks for citizens without any guarantee of improved protection for children. \u2026<\/p>\n

In a chilling move that reads like a page from Orwell\u2019s\u00a01984<\/em>, the European Union is formalizing its role as a gatekeeper of information with the creation of an \u201cInformation Sharing and Analysis Center\u201d under the European External Action Service (EEAS). The declared purpose? To combat so-called \u201cdisinformation\u201d campaigns from foreign actors like Russia and China. But make no mistake\u2014this is not about protecting truth or democracy. It is a brazen attempt by the EU\u2019s globalist elite to\u00a0control opposition to narratives, silence dissent, and reshape public opinion to align with their own agenda.<\/p>\n

A Veil of Legitimacy for Authoritarian Censorship<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The EU\u2019s foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell cloaked the initiative in noble rhetoric, declaring that disinformation undermines democracy by distorting public perception. According to Borrell, democracy cannot function if citizens lack access to \u201caccurate\u201d information\u2014defined, of course, by the very institutions that stand to benefit most from this censorship apparatus.<\/p>\n

Under the guise of protecting democracy, the EU has positioned itself as the arbiter of truth. This centralized platform seeks to monitor, analyze, and counter \u201cmanipulated\u201d information in real-time, coordinating with NGOs, member states, and cybersecurity agencies. In reality, this infrastructure risks becoming a weapon to stifle independent journalism, dissenting voices, and any narrative that challenges the EU\u2019s policy positions. \u2026<\/p>\n

By framing the \u201cstruggle for narrative\u201d as an ongoing battle, the EU justifies ever-expanding surveillance and regulation of online platforms\u00a0and pressuring\u00a0companies like Twitter to align with its goals. This centralization of control over digital spaces threatens to erode the freedoms of expression and access to diverse viewpoints.<\/p>\n

The Real Targets: You and Me<\/strong><\/h4>\n

While the EU claims to combat \u201cforeign actors,\u201d its focus on \u201ctoxicity\u201d in information opens the door to policing domestic dissent. The language of combating \u201cbiased choices\u201d and ensuring the \u201cquality of information\u201d is a thinly veiled justification for narrative engineering. If information contrary to the EU\u2019s worldview is deemed \u201ctoxic,\u201d how long before ordinary citizens become the targets of censorship? Germany, itself, has also pushed for strong Orwellian measures in its land. Is Germany Becoming Orwell\u2019s 1984?<\/a><\/h3>\n

In his novel 1984 George Orwell described a totalitarian government that controlled all aspects of human existence. \u201cBig Brother is Watching You\u201d was the reality of this government. George Orwell introduced \u201cNewspeak\u201d, a language that was designed to limit the range of thought. He also defined his concept of \u201cDoublethink\u201d, which is the ability to hold two contradictory beliefs at once and, yet accept both as reality. In 1984, the Thought Police were tasked with actually controlling what people can even think, let alone what they can say! The year 1984 has come and gone, but has George Orwell\u2019s \u201cBig Brother\u201d government finally started to arrive? Are many governments in the world today adopting many of the ideas and tactics outlined in George Orwell\u2019s book? If so, what government or governments are leading the way? Has Germany just put in its own version of \u201cThought Police\u201d? Think about this: There is now a German Government initiative to report your family for wrong think. That does not mean that there will be no Bibles. But the time will come when those promoting various biblical teachings will no longer to be able to have access to the internet, etc. as before. We are seeing more and more of this.<\/p>\n

So far, radio is NOT subject to the type of censorship many governments around the world have been engaging in\u2013despite the problems we faced.<\/p>\n

As far as censorship goes, expect more.<\/p>\n

The Digital Services Act and ‘Chat Control 2.0’ are partial preludes to the coming ‘666’ controls the Bible prophesies in the following:<\/p>\n

15 He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. 16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.<\/p>\n

18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666. (Revelation 13:15-18)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

As mentioned here numerous times, the ability to monitor buying and selling like the 666 prophecy foretells was not possible when Jesus had the Apostle John pen the Book of Revelation.<\/p>\n

But not only does the technology exist now to do so, governments and globalist organizations are pushing for the implementation of tools that will help fulfill those prophecies.<\/p>\n

The Bible teaches that the European Beast and his supporters will put in totalitarianism beyond what most believe is now possible (cf. Revelation 13).<\/p>\n

He and his supporters will claim to help the climate, economy, etc., but that will not end up well (cf. Revelation 11:15; 18:1-20).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

While many in the world seem to be impressed by what the Council for Inclusive Capitalism<\/em>, WEF, Vatican, and the UN are seemingly trying to do, their end agenda is repeatedly warned against in the Bible (Revelation 13:1-18, 14:12, 18:4; Zechariah 2:6-7).<\/p>\n

Notice a prophecy warning against such leaders:<\/p>\n

12 \u2026 Those who lead you cause you to err, And destroy the way of your paths. (Isaiah 3:12)<\/p>\n

16 For the leaders of this people cause them to err, And those who are led by them are destroyed (Isaiah 9:16).<\/p>\n

3 For when they say, \u201cPeace and safety!\u201d then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. 4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. (1 Thessalonians 5:3-4)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

While promoting true peace and justice is great, the way that the globalists seem to be going about it is not good.<\/p>\n

Do not fall for it as it will lead to destruction and a totalitarian society. Things like the Digital Service Act will lead to censorship which will also lead to the coming ‘famine of the word’ (cf. Amos 8:11-12).<\/p>\n

The 13th chapter of the Book of Revelation tells about a totalitarian leader called the Beast rising up, controlling buying and selling (cf. Revelation 13:16-18). …<\/p>\n

Participating in society includes the ability to use a computer, communicate, buy goods, and travel, to name just a few–and the EU’s Digital Services Acts can affect all of that and more.<\/p>\n

The globalists want to be able to monitor who is buying or saying anything.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, if there were to be carbon passports, that would likely be tied in with your purchases so you could be monitored by some official view of how much harm your purchases cause the environment.<\/p>\n

This is helping set the stage for the rise of the Beast who will gain power after the 4th seal of Revelation (which is the ride of the pale horse of death) is opened.<\/p>\n

Expect to see various new totalitarian steps implemented and\/or proposed in 2025.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The World Council of Churches also supports the globalist agenda as do the Freemasons and others. Could Satan be the real conspirator behind this? Will humanity be able to bring about utopia? Or can true Christian unity and utopia only come about with the return of Jesus and the Kingdom of God? Will the globalist agenda succeed for a time?
