Notice that this has to do with financial services, specifically including “fraud detection, and transaction security.”<\/p>\n

That is consistent with what is prophesied to occur under the coming European ‘666’ Beast of Revelation 13:16-18.<\/p>\n

Europe, itself, is moving forward in the area of quantum technology. It had a conference on it the past two days, and also sees quantum technology as “a significant pillar of … Europe\u2019s \u2013 security and independence”:<\/p>\n

During the Techritory forum<\/a>, experts and policymakers gathered at the co-creation event \u201cQuantum Realities: Building Networks, Overcoming Challenges, Expanding Cooperation\u201d to discuss the key question: how can Europe strengthen its leadership in quantum technologies through shared investment, infrastructure, and strategy?<\/p>\n

Europe\u2019s quantum strategy \u2013 here\u2019s what\u2019s in store<\/strong><\/p>\n

Over the past five years, Europe has invested over \u20ac2 billion in quantum research and innovation. This effort is guided by the European Quantum Strategy<\/a>, which focuses on five interconnected areas: research, innovation, infrastructures, ecosystem, and skills. The aim is to consolidate national efforts in the quantum field and position Europe as a global leader in quantum by 2030.<\/p>\n

The upcoming milestones are ambitious and include:<\/p>\n

– expanding EuroHPC-based quantum systems across more than ten EU countries by 2026, where EuroHPC stands for the European High-Performance Computing Joint Undertaking \u2013 a major EU initiative that develops and operates Europe\u2019s supercomputing infrastructure;<\/p>\n

– deploying an EU-interconnected secure quantum communication network by 2030;<\/p>\n

– and launching a pilot facility for the European Quantum Internet by 2026. NVIDIA today announced that the JUPITER supercomputer, powered by the NVIDIA Grace Hopper\u2122 platform, is the fastest in Europe \u2014 delivering a more than 2x speedup for high-performance computing and AI workloads compared with the next-fastest system.<\/p>\n

Soon capable of running 1 quintillion FP64 operations per second, JUPITER is on track to be Europe\u2019s first exascale supercomputer. Among the top five systems on the TOP500 list of the world\u2019s fastest supercomputers, JUPITER is the most energy efficient, at 60 gigaflops per watt.<\/p>\n

Comprising nearly 24,000 NVIDIA GH200 Grace Hopper Superchips<\/u><\/a> and interconnected with the NVIDIA Quantum-2 InfiniBand<\/u><\/a> networking platform, JUPITER is expected to reach over 90 exaflops of AI performance and is based on Eviden\u2019s BullSequana XH3000 liquid-cooled architecture.<\/p>\n

JUPITER also incorporates NVIDIA\u2019s full stack of software for optimized performance.<\/p>\n

A number of countries \u2026 are working hard and investing huge sums of money to develop these super-fast quantum computers with a view to gaining strategic advantage in the cyber-sphere.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Every day vast quantities of encrypted data \u2013 including yours and mine \u2013 are being harvested without our permission and stored in data banks, ready for the day when the data thieves\u2019 quantum computers are powerful enough to decrypt it. \u2026<\/p>\n

Everything we do over the internet today,\u201d says Harri Owen, chief strategy officer at the company PostQuantum, \u201cfrom buying things online, banking transactions, social media interactions, everything we do is encrypted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Monitoring the buying and selling of everything is something that quatum or other computers can do.<\/p>\n

The Bible shows that a European power will arise that will control buying and selling:<\/p>\n

When the Apostle John penned the above, such control of buying and selling was not possible.<\/p>\n

However, with supercomputers, AI, financial surveillance plans, and digital payments, it is now.<\/p>\n

A while back, the European Union announced it was launching surveillance software (see \u2018The EU is allowing the linking of face recognition databases to create a mega surveillance system\u2019 666 infrastructure being put into place<\/a>).<\/p>\n

And, now, it looks to be closer to having the supercomputer quantum hardware to make it more of a reality.<\/p>\n

There is also an office in the EU to enforce its financial rules.<\/p>\n

The European Union is in the process of establishing the European Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office. This is a major, first-of-its-kind move, with the EU setting up a European-wide prosecutor\u2019s office that will have power to investigate and charge people for financial crimes committed against the EU. It looks like this type of office may end up persecuting those that do not have the mark of the Beast when they \u201cbuy or sell\u201d as that will later be considered a financial crime in Europe. What does 666 mean? How has that name be calculated? How can we be certain that this is a prophecy for Europe and not Islam? Is the appointment of this new office of significant prophetic importance? The European Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office officially started operations on 1 June 2021 (https:\/\/www.eppo.europa.eu\/en\/background<\/a>).<\/p>\n

So, yes, there is an enforcer.<\/p>\n

Now there is hardware, more surveillance software, and massively faster computation ability.<\/p>\n

Persecution will come.<\/p>\n

Jesus warned Christians to flee persecution:<\/p>\n

23 When they persecute you<\/strong>\u00a0in this city, flee to another. For assuredly, I say to you, you will not have gone through the cities of Israel before the Son of Man comes (Matthew 10:23).<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Surveillance software on supercomputers may well be a factor in fleeing from multiple cities.<\/p>\n

Europe in particular is moving more and more towards becoming an Orwellian totalitarian state (watch also Is Germany Becoming Orwell\u2019s 1984?<\/a>).<\/p>\n

When will this fully be in place?<\/p>\n

After the\u00a0Gospel of the Kingdom of God<\/a>\u00a0has sufficiently reached the world the end comes and the Beast will rise up (Matthew 24:14-22, Revelation 13, 17:12-13).<\/span><\/p>\n

We are getting closer to that day.<\/span><\/p>\n
