Violent austerity<\/em> protests rage in Romania<\/em><\/a><\/h3>\n

Boc urged Romanians<\/em> to understand that tough austerity<\/em> measures were needed to avoid a default.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Many in Romania and other parts of Europe are not happy about austerity programs designed to deal with their national budget issues.<\/p>\n

But this is not unexpected.\u00a0 Back on September 5, 2010, I warned:<\/p>\n

Austerity measures in Europe will likely cause civil unrest. And places other than Greece are likely to be affected.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Also, in my book 2012 and the Rise of the Secret Sect<\/a>, I discuss the possibility of civil unrest and\/or civil war breaking out in Europe. Here are a couple of captions from the book about that:<\/p>\n

Some believe that God will punish the nominal Catholics with civil unrest and war in Europe. As there already has been civil unrest in Europe (and according to secular sources, more is expected), it is possible that the following (to some degree) also may come to pass:..<\/p>\n

Monk Hilarion<\/em> (15th<\/sup> century): “The people of the peninsula of Europe will suffer by needless wars…” <\/em><\/p>\n

Brother Louis Rocco<\/em> (19th century): “All over Europe there will rage terrible civil wars…A Great Monarch will arise after a period of terrible wars and persecutions in Europe.”<\/p>\n

Some believe this civil unrest will result in the rise of a militaristic leader who will quell that particular violence, establish a new religious order, and reign with a pope who will perform miracles…<\/p>\n

One interesting 15th<\/sup> century Catholic prophecy foretells a time when a \u201cgreat prince\u201d will rise up. \u201cAll Germany\u201d will apparently convert to the ecumenical religion, and then massive conversions in \u201call countries\u201d \u201cwill happen quickly…<\/p>\n

The descriptions of the Great Monarch\/Prince in many ways parallel the description of one the Bible refers to as the \u201cprince\u201d in Daniel 9:26\u201327, final \u201cKing of the North\u201d in Daniel 11:27\u201345…<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Furthermore, it may partially because of civil war\/unrest\/riots that a de-Islamization of Europe will take place. The situation in Europe will change and the leader known biblically as the ten-horned Beast or the final King of the North will rise up. Specifically, I suspect that protests and civil unrest in Europe will be factors in the actual rise the Beast<\/a>, as he will be a militaristic leader cf. Revelation 13:4.<\/p>\n

Troubling riots are a sign to watch.<\/p>\n
