Polish President Karol Nawrocki spoke at a briefing at the Polish Army Museum at the Warsaw Citadel, outlining clear goals for the development and mobilization of the Polish Armed Forces. As commander-in-chief of Poland\u2019s military, he emphasized that Poland must modernize to tackle current and future threats, contribute more to NATO (along with all other European Allies), and be ready for Moscow to pursue its ambitions, which do not stop at Ukraine. Nawrocki also furthered the notion that the China-Russia axis is real and growing.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs we know, Russia is increasingly cooperating with China, creating a broader bloc of states challenging the Western model of international order. Unfortunately, Europe is becoming one of the key theaters of this rivalry. Therefore, today I clearly see this trend, seeing the real prospect of continued negative impact on the security environment, of the situation developing in a negative direction for Poland, towards confrontation,\u201d he said. …<\/p>\n

\u201cTo develop the best solutions that will serve Poland, a pro-state consensus is essential. I do not rule out that, within my legislative powers, I may propose an initiative to add a new dimension to the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement, aligned with the assumptions of the Polish National Security Strategy, the Polish Constitution, as well as the American National Security Strategy and the National Defense Strategy,\u201d he said, …<\/p>\n

\u201cJust like we in Poland, our partners must be aware that the era of cheap security within NATO, guaranteed solely by the United States, has definitively ended. Americans expect their European allies to shoulder a significant share of the responsibilities arising from collective defense,\u201d he told those gathered. …<\/p>\n

\u201cToday\u2019s security environment, both globally and regionally, clearly indicates that Russia still poses and will continue to pose a real threat to the world and to Europe in the near future. This threat is both structural and multi-vector. This is because for centuries, Russia\u2019s strategic aspiration has been to subordinate other states to its interests, impose its anti-values \u200b\u200bon them, and destabilize the international order. Today\u2019s Russia, like all its previous incarnations, often at the expense of its neighbors, ruthlessly strives to rebuild and expand its sphere of influence.\u201d …<\/p>\n

Before going further, let me state that related to that last point, I have been warning since 2009 that technology will be a factor in Europe’s temporary rise as a major warring power (see also European Technology and the Beast of Revelation<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Although many in Europe currently point to Russia as a threat, many are also quite upset with the USA. The time will come when Europe will make a deal with Russia. Of course, Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin did that as well, and that did not last. Nor will the coming deal between Russia and the Europeans last.<\/p>\n

Will Europe and Russia end up in a war against each other?<\/p>\n

Yes.<\/p>\n

RT<\/em> posted the following prediction from the President of Serbia:<\/p>\n

12 November 2025<\/p>\n

A direct military confrontation between Western nations and Russia is becoming unavoidable, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has warned, citing widespread rearmament efforts across Europe. …<\/p>\n

My conclusion is that there is a growing certainty that a war between Europe and Russia will happen,\u201d<\/em> Vucic said. https:\/\/www.rt.com\/news\/627666-vucic-war-europe-inevitable\/<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Yes, “a war between Europe and Russia will happen<\/em>.”<\/p>\n

The Bible shows that Russia will lead a future massive Eurasian alliance, militarily–one that looks to involve China. An alliance pointing to the gathering at Armageddon.<\/p>\n

If war is coming between Europe and Russia, who will win?<\/p>\n

We can look to the Bible, in the books of Revelation, Daniel, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and Isaiah to find the answer.<\/p>\n

The Book of Daniel tells of the rise of the coming European Beast<\/a> power, referred to as the King of the North<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After he defeats the USA and its British-descended allies, per Daniel 11:39, he then defeats a power from the Middle East and North Africa, then has concerns. Let’s look at Daniel 11 verses 40 and 44:<\/p>\n

40 “At the time of the end the king of the South shall attack him; and the king of the North shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter the countries, overwhelm them, and pass through. … 44 But news from the east and the north shall trouble him<\/strong>; therefore he shall go out with great fury to destroy and annihilate many. 45 And he shall plant the tents of his palace between the seas and the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and no one will help him (Daniel 11:40,44-45).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Notice that the end time King of the North<\/a> (the European Empire<\/a>) will overwhelm the King of the South<\/a> (a Moslem empire), but that those from the east and the north<\/strong> shall later trouble the King of the North. This appears to be referring to Russia and other Eurasian nations. Russia is the only major power that could be considered north of Europe. And, of course, nearly all of Asia is east of Europe. It should also be pointed out that Russian territory extends the farthest contiguous east of any nation.<\/p>\n

And notice that Daniel shows a power from the north and east will help cause the King of the North to come to his end. But let me add that this is NOT yet and not a current plan of Russia–this war is at least 7 years away.<\/p>\n

Now, contrary to the claims of Protestants<\/a> such as the late Hal Lindsey, Russia is NOT the King of the North.<\/a> Since there is NO major power that is north or east of Russia, geography (as well as other prophetic specifics) rule Russia out as being the King of the North.<\/p>\n

Notice that both Russia (Meshech), Iran (one part of Elam below), and parts of Asia (Tubal and all their multitudes) are apparently going to terrorize, and this would seem to include the end-time Europeans (cf. Jeremiah 51:43):<\/p>\n

24 “There is Elam and all her multitude,
\nAll around her grave,
\nAll of them slain, fallen by the sword,
\nWho have gone down uncircumcised to the lower parts of the earth,
\nWho caused their terror in the land of the living;
\nNow they bear their shame with those who go down to the Pit.
\n25 They have set her bed in the midst of the slain,
\nWith all her multitude,
\nWith her graves all around it,
\nAll of them uncircumcised, slain by the sword;
\nThough their terror was caused
\nIn the land of the living,
\nYet they bear their shame
\nWith those who go down to the Pit;
\nIt was put in the midst of the slain.<\/p>\n

26 “There are Meshech and Tubal and all their multitudes,
\nWith all their graves around it,
\nAll of them uncircumcised, slain by the sword,
\nThough they caused their terror in the land of the living.
\n27 They do not lie with the mighty
\nWho are fallen of the uncircumcised,
\nWho have gone down to hell with their weapons of war;
\nThey have laid their swords under their heads,
\nBut their iniquities will be on their bones,
\nBecause of the terror of the mighty in the land of the living.
\n28 Yes, you shall be broken in the midst of the uncircumcised,
\nAnd lie with those slain by the sword. (Ezekiel 32:24-28)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Herbert W. Armstrong taught:<\/p>\n

Now, then in the 17th chapter of Revelation, you find this lady, this daughter of the ancient Babylon described … This is the daughter of the ancient Babylon …<\/p>\n

47th … chapter… of Isaiah … {verse 11} Desolation shall come upon thee suddenly when thou shalt not know.<\/p>\n

And that desolation and that thing is on this newly revived Europe that is coming up, it’s coming from Russia\u00a0(Armstrong HW. Russia in Prophecy. Radio broadcast HA234A. https:\/\/www.hwalibrary.com\/cgi-bin\/get\/hwa.cgi?action=getbroadcast&InfoID=1339588315)<\/p>\n

Jeremiah 50:1-3 The word that the (Eternal) spoke against Babylon and against the land of the Chaldeans by Jeremiah the prophet. (Now let’s see. I want the first four verses.) (2) Declare ye among the nations and publish, and set up a standard; publish, and conceal not: say, Babylon is taken, Bel is confounded, Merodach is broken in pieces; her idols are confounded, her images are broken in pieces. (3) For out of the north there cometh up a nation against her… Now this is against Babylon. And this is speaking of the … countries finally coming against what-you-would-call Catholic Europe. And Russia is to the north, and they are to the south. “Out of the north there cometh up a nation against her.” (Armstrong HW. United States of EUROPE IS COMING! Sermon: November 27, 1982)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Several parts of the Bible also show that this “Babylonian\/European” empire will be destroyed by a northern power (apparently Russia and its allies as Russia is really the only powerful nation north of Europe)<\/p>\n

Jeremiah wrote the following which shows Europe being defeated by a northern-led power:<\/p>\n

2 “Declare among the nations,
\nProclaim, and set up a standard;
\nProclaim \u2014 do not conceal it \u2014
\nSay, ‘Babylon is taken, Bel is shamed.
\nMerodach is broken in pieces;
\nHer idols are humiliated,
\nHer images are broken in pieces.’
\n3 For out of the north a nation comes up against her,<\/strong>
\nWhich shall make her land desolate,<\/strong>
\nAnd no one shall dwell therein.
\nThey shall move, they shall depart,
\nBoth man and beast. (Jeremiah 50:2-3)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

50:41 “Behold, a people shall come from the north<\/strong>,
\nAnd a great nation and many kings
\nShall be raised up from the ends of the earth.
\n42 They shall hold the bow and the lance;
\nThey are cruel and shall not show mercy.
\nTheir voice shall roar like the sea;
\nThey shall ride on horses,
\nSet in array, like a man for the battle,
\nAgainst you, O daughter of Babylon.<\/p>\n

43 “The king of Babylon has heard the report about them,
\nAnd his hands grow feeble;
\nAnguish has taken hold of him,
\nPangs as of a woman in childbirth…”(Jeremiah 50:41-43).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Russia is the leading power of the north. And we see that the coming European empire is the “daughter of Babylon” and is to be destroyed by a northern (Russian led) force that cooperates with nations in the East.<\/p>\n

This likely includes Iran, and at least parts of the Ukraine. Ukraine will likely have some European cooperation, but because of prophecies related to groups like the Medes, as I have warned for years, at least part of it will be allied with Russia and not the Europeans in the end. Similarly, Belarus is nation of those that primarily support the Russian Orthodox Church<\/a>, whose Patriarch Kirill is based out of Moscow. Since there are religious, cultural, military, and economic ties between Russia and Belarus, Belarus will also seem to be a supporter of the end time, apparently Russian-led confederation. Serbia, which has ties to part of Elam as well as possibly the Medes, may also be a supporter. Consider, also, that the Serbian Orthodox Church still maintains ties with the Russian Orthodox Church.<\/p>\n

A northern confederation (that appears to be led by Russia and probably includes the far north and far east\/Pacific coast portion of Asia) will destroy the European Babylon.<\/p>\n

The following other passages in Jeremiah seem also to apply:<\/p>\n

\n

8 “Move from the midst of Babylon,
\nGo out of the land of the Chaldeans;
\nAnd be like the rams before the flocks.<\/p>\n

9 For behold, I will raise and cause to come up against Babylon
\nAn assembly of great nations from the north country,
\nAnd they shall array themselves against her;
\nFrom there she shall be captured.
\nTheir arrows shall be like those of an expert warrior;
\nNone shall return in vain. (Jeremiah 50:8-9)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Notice also that the Bible shows Babylon tied together with birth pains\/pangs to a group from a far country:<\/p>\n

1 The burden against Babylon which Isaiah the son of Amoz saw.<\/p>\n

2 “Lift up a banner on the high mountain, Raise your voice to them; Wave your hand, that they may enter the gates of the nobles. 3 I have commanded My sanctified ones; I have also called My mighty ones for My anger–Those who rejoice in My exaltation.” 4 The noise of a multitude in the mountains, Like that of many people! A tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together!<\/strong> The LORD of hosts musters The army for battle. 5 They come from a far country<\/strong>, From the end of heaven–The LORD and His weapons of indignation, To destroy the whole land. 6 Wail, for the day of the LORD is at hand! It will come as destruction from the Almighty. 7 Therefore all hands will be limp, Every man’s heart will melt, 8 And they will be afraid. Pangs and sorrows will take hold of them; They will be in pain as a woman in childbirth; They will be amazed at one another; Their faces will be like flames (Isaiah 13:1-8).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Thus, both the accounts in Jeremiah and Isaiah seem to be related to the same invaders. This is referring to an end time confederation that has a distance to travel–apparently a type of union of powers from the east including Russia, who is also the major power of the far north.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, a “far country” also seems to be tied to the powers of the east elsewhere in Isaiah:<\/p>\n

\n

11 Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man who executes My counsel, from a far country. Indeed I have spoken it; I will also bring it to pass. I have purposed it; I will also do it. (Isaiah 46:11)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Anyway, yes, the President of Serbia is right.<\/p>\n

War will occur between Russia and Europe.<\/p>\n

And yes, the President of Poland is right.<\/p>\n

The Russia-China alliance is a real threat.<\/p>\n

And despite preparations, Europe will be defeated.<\/p>\n
