Could Herbert W. Armstrong have been correct that Adolf Hitler did not die in Berlin, but fled and that German domination plans went underground?

The late Pastor General of the old Radio Church of God, Herbert W. Armstrong, did not accept the official narrative that Adolf Hitler died by suicide in Berlin. Here is something he wrote about that in 1952:
HITLER Did Not Die
ADOLPH HITLER probably is still alive, today. Evidence piles up that he is this minute secretly directing the powerful Nazi Underground! There is absolutely NO EVIDENCE that Hider committed suicide, and, as the world was led to believe, his body with that of Eva Braun burned in the Reichschancellery garden. …
HITLER’S PLAN FOR WORLD RULE IS NOT DEAD! Before Germany surrendered, in May, 1945, the Nazis went underground! Is the above some type of unsubstantiated conspiracy theory?
Well, in the 1952 article, Herbert W. Armstrong insisted he had proof Adolf Hitler was not killed and gave various reasons.
As it turns out, the US Central Intelligence Agency had reasons to believe that Herbert W. Armstrong’s view was correct. Notice the following:

In 2017, the CIA declassified a document revealed that the intelligence agency investigated the possibility that Adolf Hitler was alive in South America as late as 1955 — nearly a decade after World War II ended.
The three-page document, which appears on the CIA’s website, highlights a former SS soldier who told spies he had regularly met with Hitler in Colombia.
The document suggests that Hitler may have worked as a shipping company employee, prior to potentially fleeing to Argentina. On the second page is a picture of the informant, Phillip Citroen, with a person he claims is Hitler in the mid-1950s.

Let me add that in May of 1965, in the Plain Truth magazine pointed to Adolf Hitler going to South America.

KURT WALDHEIM: He was drafted into the German Wehrmacht in 1941. He served as an intelligence officer in the Balkans, primarily in Yugoslavia and Greece, as part of Army Group E. His unit was involved in brutal anti-partisan operations, including deportations of Jews and reprisals against civilians. None of that stopped Waldheim from becoming the Secretary General of the United Nations General Assembly.
The Nazi Party was taken down from power at the end of WWII, … But the war started by the Nazis continues to be waged through the organizations the Nazis went on to create. These men were not heros, they were unrepentant Nazis who found fame and fortune doing for themselves what they had done for Hitler. As far as Nazi infiltration of Europe goes, consider that the President of the European Commission is the highest office in the European Union at this time and its first president was had Nazi ties as Walter Hallstein was not only a WWII German soldier, but was a member of several Nazi organizations.
So, there has been influence of former Nazis in several institutions.
Of course, all of the high-level Nazis of WWII are now gone.
Yet, many of the objectives that they had are, in fact, in the process of being put in place by the European Union–see The European Union and the Seven Kings of Revelation 17.
So, will someone like Adolf Hitler rise again?
Will instead of just leading Germany, will he lead Europe?

Boris Johnson, the former Mayor of London, stated that the European Union wanted to be what Adolf Hitler and Napoleon Bonaparte tried to create. Duncan Smith agreed. But European Council President Donald Tusk called Johnson’s comments absurd and then stated that the EU was the answer to the problems facing Europe. But what does the Bible teach about the future of Europe? Is European unity the answer or will it usher in something worse than Adolph Hitler? The Bible shows that the coming Beast power will restore European power and wealth, as well as make much of the world wealthy for a time (cf. Revelation 18:3-18).
Consistent with Isaiah 10:5-12, this Beast leader will have at least partial Germanic origins (see Germany’s Assyrian Roots Throughout History and Germany in Biblical and Roman Catholic Prophecy).
A dictator that the Bible refers to as the Beast will rise up.
