US debt passes $33 trillion: The Rise Of The Pig People

COGwriter

ABC reported the following:

September 20, 2023

The U.S. gross national debt surpassed $33 trillion, a troubling benchmark as lawmakers show little interest in reining in spending, let alone a balanced budget.

The milestone comes as Congress faces a deadline of Sept. 30 to pass another spending measure or face a federal government shutdown.

“$1 trillion more debt… SINCE JUNE!” Rep. Dan Bishop, R-N.C., wrote on social media. “Now $33 trillion. Your family’s share is over $260,000. The swamp’s answer: let’s do another CR.” …

That debt has several economic consequences, including elevated inflation and taxpayers shelling out billions just for interest payments on the debt. As The Center Square previously reported, within a decade the cost of interest payments on the national debt will cost taxpayers more than spending on national defense. In addition, interest payments on the national debt are on track to become the federal government’s biggest expense. https://www.montanarightnow.com/national_news/national-debt-surpasses-33-trillion/article_b6960116-0df5-513a-90bf-1a91ae5231af.html

A “CR” is a “continuing resolution,” which basically means that the USA government can continue to spend.

As the debt and interest rates rise (which they both have this past year), this is putting the USA into a position from which it will not properly ever properly recover from.

Regarding interest rates. the Federal Reserve today said it was not changing them for now, but the rates for the 2 and 10 year Treasury Bills have been rising the past couple of days (https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/stocks-bonds-slammed-powell-pies-next-years-punchbowl 09/20/23).

Michael Snyder referred to many Americans as “pig people,” partially because of the growing debt. He posted the following:

The Rise Of The Pig People

September 19, 2023

In all of human history, has there ever been a society more gluttonous than our own?  We are addicted to sex, we are addicted to drugs, we are addicted to shopping, we are addicted to eating, we are addicted to entertainment, but our biggest addiction of all may be money.  Even though we were handed the keys to the greatest economic machine the world has ever seen, it was never enough for us.  We always had to have more, and so we have run up the largest single mountain of debt in the entire history of the planet.  If you can believe it, on Monday the size of the U.S. national debt crossed the 33 trillion dollar mark for the very first time

It took from the founding of our nation all the way up to 1980 for the national debt to reach one trillion dollars.

But now we have added a trillion dollars to the national debt in just three months.

And thanks to rising interest rates, interest payments on our debt are projected to increase at an exponential rate in the years ahead…

And that is because we are extremely gluttonous “pig people” that simply do not care that we are literally destroying the future for our children and our grandchildren.

Sadly, the politicians that are racking up all of this debt are extremely gluttonous “pig people” too. …

As a nation, we are also deeply addicted to drugs.

Today, more Americans than ever before are addicted to legal and/or illegal drugs.

And more Americans than ever are dying from those addictions. …

Our addiction to food is also killing many of us.

In fact, we are being told that the number of Americans that die from heart disease each year with obesity as a factor has actually “tripled” since 1999

The number of Americans who died of heart disease with obesity as a factor has *tripled* since 1999.

Obesity now affects 42% of all Americans, and 20% of children. …

I was quite shocked to see “the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence” standing at the front of the church as the congregation of the Cathedral of Hope “recited a pledge dedicated to drag queens”… That is supposed to be a church! …

What is next?

Are churches going to start reciting pledges to Satan during their worship services?

We can’t fall much farther than we have already fallen, and if we stay on the path that we are currently on there will be no future for our country. https://endoftheamericandream.com/the-rise-of-the-pig-people/

The “pig people” comment brought the following scripture to mind:

15 “The leech has two daughters. ‘Give! Give!’ they cry. “There are three things that are never satisfied, four that never say, ‘Enough!’: (Proverbs 30:15, NIV)

In many ways, the USA is acting like an international leech as it misuses the role of its dollar as the primary trading and reserve currency of the world.

Will that last?

No.

Without national repentance, the USA is doomed.

Despite some political rhetoric, no serious plan to actually reduce the debt is in the works that currently stands a chance to be implemented. The USA never intends to actually pay back all its debt in any fair way. Nor does it wish to repent of its promotion of sexual perversion.

That said, increasing debt in the Biden-Harris Administration was discussed in my book Biden-Harris: Prophecies and Destruction as follows:

Debt is a prophesied problem (cf. Habakkuk 2:6-8). But many in the media as well as politically-inclined economists do not see it that way—but that is too short sighted (cf. Ecclesiastes 8:11).

The time will come when the U.S.A. government will no longer be able to borrow at low interest rates and/or it will create more money electronically and/or via the printing press to try to continue.

Make no mistake about it — massive inflation is coming.

The U.S.A. dollar will ultimately crash and be worthless. That “pride” of American power will be broken (cf. Leviticus 26:19).

A Biden-Harris Administration has asserted it will take debt raising steps.

Let us also consider that there is a prophecy in Habakkuk, written about 2600 years ago, about debt which is preceded by the following:

2 Then the Lord answered me and said:

Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it. (Habakkuk 2:2)

The Bible says that the ‘debt prophecy’ to be revealed later in Habakkuk 2 is so significant that those who read it should run—essentially that they should take steps because the results will be horrific. Joe Biden and many other American politicians have not run away from increasing U.S.A. debt—that will be to the nation’s peril.

The Bible warns about something that will happen to a heavily indebted nation. Notice what the Hebrew seer Habakkuk wrote over 2,600 years ago:

3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry … 5 Indeed, because he transgresses by wine, He is a proud man … 6 “Will not all these take up a proverb against him, And a taunting riddle against him, and say, ‘Woe to him who increases What is not his—how long? And to him who loads himself with many pledges’? 7 Will not your creditors rise up suddenly? Will they not awaken who oppress you? And you will become their booty. 8 Because you have plundered many nations, All the remnant of the people shall plunder you… (Habakkuk 2:2-3,6–8). …

Notice that what is to happen is so bad, that people who read the prophecy should run, when it is time for it to be fulfilled. Since that prophecy is to be fulfilled at the appointed time of the end, it is still for the future, but perhaps not too far distant in the future. No nation has ever been in as much total debt as the U.S.A. …

European leaders have been working for years to establish a new reserve currency for the world, partially with the intent to remove the U.S. dollar from its position as the world’s primary reserve currency.

The Bible clearly warns against cheapening the money supply and encourages having money hold its value (Proverbs 25:4 Isaiah 1:25, Ezekiel 22:18-22). Yet policies enacted under the Obama and Trump Administrations, following certain other administrations, have ignored these warnings.

No nation in the history of humankind has ever accumulated as much debt as the United States of America (because the U.K. may have close to the highest amount of per capita debt {Conway E. Britain showing signs of heading towards 1930s-style depression, says Bank. Telegraph, March 16, 2009 },its fate would be similar). Destruction is coming.

However, the relationship between debt accumulation and prophesied destruction remains unapparent to many. Because there is a time lag, many ignore that there will be real consequences (cf. Ecclesiastes 8:11; Habakkuk 2:3,6-8). Yet, these increases of debt are utterly dangerous.

When the time comes that the Federal Reserve is no longer able to keep interest rates artificially low, the U.S.A. will continue past the point of no return. That will become one of the final factors that will cause creditors to rise up and destroy the U.S.A. (Thiel B. Biden-Harris: Prophecies and Destruction. Nazarene Books, 2021)

We have already seen the Biden-Harris Administration massively increase official USA government debt. We have already seen the Fed begin to increase interest rates. Habakkuk 2:6-8 shows that this will be even worse than an economic-only disaster.

Raised interest rates and raised debt also increases the debt for the future. The USA is in a bad way because of its political moves which often increase debt.

Related to USA debt, we put together the following video:

14:44

And the Debt Goes On …

On June 3, 2023, US President Joe Biden signed a bill to increase the official debt-ceiling of the United States. According to the US Treasury the “ceiling” has been changed, increased, or delayed 78 other times. The official debt has nearly tripled since the Obama-Biden Administration. The official debt increased about $2 trillion per year under Donald Trump’s Administration and has done close to that in the Joe Biden Administration. While the USA has been able to increase debt with limited consequences (like inflation) so far, does the Bible show this can end in destruction? What did God warn about debt through the prophet Habakkuk? Is getting into high amounts of debt a blessing or curse according to the Bible? Do Democrats or Republicans currently have a plan that will now be implemented to pay off the debt? Has the USA been functioning as an international “leech” consistent with statements in the Book of Proverbs? Does the Bible say it is wicked to borrow money you do really intend to repay? Steve Dupuie and Dr. Thiel cover these matters.

Here is a link to our video: And the Debt Goes On …

While you might be thinking that debt has been an issue for a long time, so it can continue for a long time. But if you believe the Bible, you should consider that God’s word says though the punishment for debt will tarry, it will come:

3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; … Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come (Habakkuk 2:3)

The “appointed time” is the end time.

The prophesied reality is that Anglo-American world order will come to an end. Accumulation of debt will end up being a financial crisis beyond what most “experts” and politicians believe is possible per Habakkuk 2:6-8.

National repentance is needed, but is not expected. The USA and its Anglo-Saxon allies will not last to the end of this century (watch also Might the U.S.A. Be Gone by 2028?).

Things will not continue as they have been for too many more years.
