There have been around 2000 volcanic earthquakes in the Philippines so far this week:

This has been a difficult year in the Philippines with storms, typhoons (Philippines Typhoon and Updates) , and major flooding (Flooding in Manila, Philippines).

Jesus warned that earthquakes would be part of the biblically prophesied “sorrows” (Matthew 24:7-8).  The Philippines has had many troubles this year.
