The nation of Slovakia has decided to recognize science by changing its constitution regarding sex:
Slovakia passes constitutional amendment to recognize only 2 sexes, sparking human rights concerns

BRATISLAVA, Slovakia (AP) — Slovakia’s parliament on Friday passed an amendment to the constitution that recognizes only two sexes, along with other measures that critics say might breach the country’s international obligations and undermine the protection of human rights.
The amendment, which was drafted by populist Prime Minister Robert Fico’s government, required a three-fifths majority. It passed with 90 votes of the 150-seat National Council. Twelve conservative opposition lawmakers helped the ruling coalition win the vote.
The amended constitution now recognizes only two sexes, male and female, and states that Slovakia retains sovereignty in matters of “national identity,” which is not specifically defined, especially in “fundamental cultural-ethical questions.”

This is a positive move by the government of Slovakia.
Russia made similar declarations and moves in the past (see Russia’s Supreme Court effectively outlaws LGBTQ+ activism in a ruling consistent with other Russian government pronouncements).
Despite criticism from those promoting an anti-biblical agenda, so has Hungary (see ZH: Hungary Told To Repeal Law Banning LGBT Promotion To Children “Or Else Leave EU”).
Even US President Donald Trump has declared that there are only two genders (see Trump, Putin, and Gender).
However, many in the mainstream oddly push what has historically been called gender dysphoria.
Until recent times, it was accepted by nearly all that gender dysphoria was basically a psychological, spiritual, and/or mental health issue that most with it would grow out of.

The British Medical Journal reports that there is an increase in “gender dysphoria” “in young people.” According to the Mayo Clinic, what is gender dysphoria? Is gender confusion physical or is there a psychological component associated with it? Does research suggest that most young people with it will to grow out of it? Is what are called “gender-affirming treatments” the right answer? Has it been reported that Sweden’s National Board of Health and Welfare determined that the risks of puberty blockers and treatment with hormones “currently outweigh the possible benefits” for minors? Did researchers at the University of Florida find that 81% of those who had undergone sex change surgeries in the past five years reported experiencing pain simply from normal movement in the weeks and months that followed? What about the effects of gender altering surgeries on fertility and libido? Have researchers concluded that there are often psychological comorbidities strongly associated with gender confusion? Do studies show that “gender-reassignment” treatments reduces suicides? Do males who undergo surgerical genitalia removal have a highly increased suicide rate according to a peer-reviewed study published in The Journal of Urology? What are some of the side effect associated with “gender-reassignment” treatments? Does the Bible condone or condemn cross dressing? What did Jesus say about God making males and females? Can gender be determined by looking at XX and XY chromosomes? Are there 6500 genetic differences between males and females? How sex is determined
Humans have an additional pair of sex chromosomes for a total of 46 chromosomes. The sex chromosomes are referred to as X and Y, and their combination determines a person’s sex. Typically, human females have two X chromosomes while males possess an XY pairing. This XY sex-determination system is found in most mammals as well as some reptiles and plants.
Whether a person has XX or XY chromosomes is determined when a sperm fertilizes an egg. Unlike the body’s other cells, the cells in the egg and sperm — called gametes or sex cells — possess only one chromosome. Gametes are produced by meiosis cell division, which results in the divided cells having half the number of chromosomes as the parent, or progenitor, cells. In the case of humans, this means that parent cells have two chromosomes and gametes have one.
All of the gametes in the mother’s eggs possess X chromosomes. The father’s sperm contains about half X and half Y chromosomes. The sperm are the variable factor in determining the sex of the baby. If the sperm carries an X chromosome, it will combine with the egg’s X chromosome to form a female zygote. The LGBTQ+ crowd pushes not only transgenderism but the idea that gender is fluid. The idea that you can be something one day, then another gender another day.
No matter what hormones (or hormone blockers) one takes, no matter how much surgery one has, people born male have XY chromosomes and people born female XX chromosomes.
Transgenderism is against scripture.
As far as biology goes, Jesus taught the truth about biological sex:
4 And He answered and said to them, “Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning ‘made them male and female,’ 5 and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? 6 So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.” (Matthew 19:4-6)
Of course, many ‘moderns’ want to act like there is no difference, but the Bible is clear that men and women are different. God warned that there would be those “who suppress the truth in unrighteousness” (Romans 1:18). But the truth is still the truth.
It is proper that Slovakia has decided to promote what science and scripture support related to the two sexes.
We should pray for those who have gender confusion.
Most will grow out of it if they do not allow themselves to be highly drugged or mutilated.
